The thigh support 1 and the calf support 2 are worn forward on the lower limb, and the brace for knee joint orthosis is fixed to the lower limb by a strap when the biaxial base 321 is aligned with the knee joint. The affected side fixing unit 313 such as a magnetic latch is removed, the sliding plate 312 and the fixing plate 311 are pulled to move and hold relative to each other, the fixing unit 313 such as a magnetic latch is inserted back into the sliding plate 312 and the fixing plate 311 to be fixed, and then the other side is adjusted in the same way. In a word, the affected side, i.e. the side with large stress, is enlarged, the side with narrow gap of the knee joint is enlarged, and the pain is relieved.
