Preferably, an accommodating groove is formed in the middle of the base, and a plurality of positioning clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of the accommodating groove; and clamping strips matched with the positioning clamping grooves are arranged on two sides of the back of the fixed box.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is made with reference to the accompanying drawings, so that the technical solution of the present invention can be more easily understood and grasped.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment provides a soap dispenser, including base 1, top cap 2, both sides at the lower extreme of base 1 are provided with first shaft hole 12, are provided with first pivot 24 correspondingly in both sides of the lower extreme of top cap 2 simultaneously, and then through the cooperation of first pivot 24 with first shaft hole 12, realize that top cap 2 is connected with base 1's rotation for top cap 2 can overturn from top to bottom for base 1, and then only need through upset top cap 2, can realize opening and shutting to top cap 2.
A magnet 51 is arranged at the upper end of the top cover 2, and an iron block 52 is arranged at the position of the base 1 corresponding to the magnet 51; when the top cover 2 is in a closed state, the magnet 51 is attracted to the iron block 52. By adopting the structure, the inconvenience brought by the traditional connecting structures such as buckles, screws and the like is avoided.
The base 1 is provided with a fixed box 3 for fixing a soap lye bag 7, and the fixed box 3 and the base 1 are fixed by adopting a plug-in/clamping structure. Specifically, an accommodating groove 11 is formed in the middle of the base 1, a plurality of positioning clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of the accommodating groove 11, and meanwhile, clamping strips 31 matched with the positioning clamping grooves are arranged on two sides of the back of the fixing box 3; therefore, when the fixing box 3 is installed, the fixing box can be installed only by aligning the clamping strip 31 with the positioning clamping groove and then pushing the clamping strip into the positioning clamping groove.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the soap solution bag 7 includes a bag body 71 and a liquid outlet pressing valve mounted on the bag body 71; the liquid outlet pressing valve comprises a bottom plate 72, an elastic pressing cover 73, a clamping ring 74, a blocking bead 76 and a liquid outlet nozzle 75.
A mounting groove is formed in the middle of the base plate 72, and a liquid outlet 721 and a liquid inlet 722 penetrate through the bottom of the mounting groove; the liquid outlet nozzle 75 is connected to the lower end of the liquid outlet 721. The bottom of chassis 72 is provided with connecting mouth 728, and the one end of connecting mouth 728 communicates with the lower extreme of inlet 722, and simultaneously, be provided with on the bag body 71 of soap lye bag 7 with the hole post 711 of connecting mouth 728 adaptation, and then the soap lye in the bag body 71 enters into in the inlet 722 through the hole post 711. The edge of the upper end of the liquid inlet 722 is circumferentially provided with a plurality of limiting hooks, the limiting hooks and the upper end of the liquid inlet 722 form a movable space, and the blocking beads 76 are positioned in the movable space.
The width of the snap ring 74 is matched with the width of the mounting groove, a ring platform 723 is formed at the edge of the bottom of the mounting groove, a plurality of limiting blocks 726 are arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove above the ring platform 723 at intervals, and a limiting groove matched with the edge of the snap ring 74 is formed between the ring platform 723 and the limiting blocks 726; the upper end of the limiting block 726 is a slope, and the snap ring 74 can be pressed down along the slope with strong force, so that the edge of the snap ring 74 enters the limiting groove.
A first annular insertion strip 724 is arranged at the inner side of the annular platform 723 at intervals, and a first annular insertion groove 725 is formed between the first annular insertion strip 724 and the annular platform 723; an annular pressing edge 731 is formed on the edge of the elastic pressing cover 73, a second annular embedding groove 7311 matched with the first annular embedding strip 724 is formed on the lower surface of the annular pressing edge 731, and a second annular embedding strip 7312 matched with the first annular embedding groove 725 is formed between the second annular embedding groove 7311 and the outer edge of the annular pressing edge 731; the upper surface of the annular pressing edge 731 has a third annular embedding groove 7313, and a third annular embedding strip 7314 is formed between the third annular embedding groove 7313 and the edge of the annular pressing edge 731; the lower surface of the snap ring 74 has a fourth annular caulking groove 741 fitted to the third annular caulking groove 7314, and the fourth annular caulking groove 741 and the inner side edge of the snap ring 74 form therebetween a fourth annular caulking groove 742 fitted to the third annular caulking groove 7313.
When the elastic pressing cover 73 is installed, the elastic pressing cover 73 is attached to the installation groove, so that the first annular embedding strip 724 is embedded with the second annular embedding groove 7311, and the second annular embedding strip 7312 is embedded with the first annular embedding groove 725; then, the snap ring 74 is fitted in place so that the third annular molding 7314 is fitted with the fourth annular caulking groove 741, and so that the fourth annular molding 742 is fitted with the third annular caulking groove 7313.
It can be seen that after the installation, the liquid inlet 722 and the liquid outlet 721 are both located inside the first annular molding 724, so that when the annular pressing edge 731 of the elastic pressing cover 73 is combined with the first annular molding 724, a relatively sealed accommodating space is formed between the elastic pressing cover 73 and the bottom of the installation groove. When the elastic pressing cover 73 is squeezed, the space of the accommodating space is reduced, the blocking bead 76 is affected by air pressure and is tightly attached to the upper end of the liquid inlet 722 to completely seal the liquid inlet 722, so that the soap liquid in the bag body 71 cannot enter the accommodating space through the liquid inlet 722; at the same time, soap in the receiving space will flow out of the spout 75 through the outlet 721. When the elastic pressing cover 73 is released, the accommodating space is restored, the blocking bead 76 no longer blocks the liquid inlet 722, and the liquid soap flows into the accommodating space from the bag body 71, and the process is repeated.
With reference to fig. 2 and 4, a positioning clamping seat 33 adapted to the liquid outlet pressing valve is disposed on the front surface of the fixing box 3, specifically, the positioning clamping seat 33 is in a fitting relationship with the liquid outlet pressing valve of the liquid outlet pressing valve. The upper end of the fixed box 3 is open, and the front is provided with a positioning groove 32 communicated with the opening along the longitudinal direction, and the positioning groove 32 penetrates through the positioning clamping seat 33. Therefore, the outlet pressing valve is only required to be clamped into the positioning groove 32 from the opening and slide onto the positioning clamping seat 33 along the positioning groove 32, so that the bottom plate 72 is embedded into the positioning clamping seat 33. In order to make this click-in process smoother, a guide slope 331 is formed at the upper end of the positioning holder 33. In addition, the lower end of the positioning clamping seat 33 is also connected with a positioning clamping sleeve 34 matched with the liquid outlet nozzle 75, and after the liquid outlet pressing valve is in place, the liquid outlet nozzle 75 penetrates into the positioning clamping sleeve 34 and is limited by the positioning clamping sleeve 34, so that longitudinal displacement cannot occur.
In order to press the elastic pressing cover 73, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a liquid outlet button 4 is provided on the top cover 2 at a position corresponding to the liquid outlet pressing valve, and a contact 42 is formed on the back surface of the liquid outlet button 4 to contact the elastic pressing cover 73. In addition, the second rotating shafts 41 are arranged on two sides of the liquid outlet button 4, the second shaft holes 23 are correspondingly arranged on the back surface of the top cover 2, the liquid outlet button 4 is rotatably connected with the top cover 2 through the matching of the second rotating shafts 41 and the second shaft holes 23, and the contact 42 can extrude the elastic pressing cover 73 when the liquid outlet button 4 turns towards the inside of the top cover 2. The lower end of the top cover 2 is provided with a liquid outlet window 21 corresponding to the liquid outlet nozzle 75. A baffle 6 is further arranged at the lower end of the mounting box close to the liquid outlet window 21, and a notch 61 is formed on the baffle 6 corresponding to the liquid outlet nozzle 75 for the liquid outlet nozzle 75 to extend out.
In addition, the top cover 2 of the soap solution bag 7 is provided with an observation window 22 for facilitating observation.
