Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
In one embodiment, referring to FIGS. 1-3, the upper 100 includes a forefoot upper 110, a midfoot upper 120, a rearfoot upper 130, and a tongue 140, with the end of the tongue 140 adjacent the forefoot upper 110 being a forward end; the opposite end of tongue 140, i.e., the end of tongue 140 distal from forefoot portion 110, is the rear end. The front end of tongue 140 is fixedly attached to forefoot 110; the rear end of the tongue 140 and the upper end of the shoe front 110 adjacent the counter 130 enclose a throat 150. A first side (the upper side in FIG. 1) of tongue 140 is fixedly attached to midfoot portion 120, forming a unitary structure; a second side (the underside in fig. 1) of tongue 140 is hingedly connected to the inside of midfoot 120 by way of a hinge. Because the first side of the tongue 140 is fixedly connected with the shoe upper 120 and forms an integrated structure, the sliding of the tongue 140 caused by the twisting friction of the foot body in the shoe when a user walks and exercises can be avoided, thereby avoiding the uncomfortable feeling and the beautiful appearance caused by the sliding of the tongue 140. In addition, a second side of tongue 140 is movably coupled to the interior side of midfoot portion 120 by a movable member, which is configured to control the size of throat 150. When the user wears the shoe, the second side of the tongue 140 can be separated from the moving parts between the shoe upper 120, so that the area of the shoe opening 150 is increased, and the foot body of the user can more easily and conveniently penetrate into the shoe; after the foot body of the user penetrates into the shoe, the second side of the tongue 140 is connected with the shoe middle upper 120 through the movable piece, so that the area of the shoe opening 150 is reduced, the foot body is closely attached to the shoe, and the foot body is not separated from the shoe when the user walks and exercises due to the fact that the shoe wraps the foot body untight.
In one embodiment, the movable member is preferably a velcro tape (not shown) comprising a male surface and a female surface, wherein the male surface is formed of relatively stiff barbed bristles; the female facing is formed from fine, soft, round fibers. Because the velcro tape is light in weight, easy to fix, durable, not easy to deform, and strong in fastening force, the movable member movably connecting the tongue 140 and the upper 120 is preferably a velcro tape. Of course, other moving parts such as buttons and the like can be used in the embodiment of the application instead of the magic tape.
In one example, a male face of a hook and loop fastener is fixedly disposed on a lateral side of the second side of the tongue 140 and a female face of the hook and loop fastener is fixedly disposed on a medial side of the midfoot 120. Since the inner side of the upper 120 is in direct contact with the foot, the fine soft round fibers on the female upper are in contact with the skin, and the female upper formed of the fine soft round fibers is disposed on the inner side of the upper 120 in order to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of the foot. If the male facing formed by the harder barbed bristles is in contact with the foot, the harder barbed bristles on the male facing may cause the foot to feel a tingle, so that in designing, the male facing is designed on the outer side of the second side of the tongue 140 to prevent the male facing from contacting the foot.
In one embodiment, the first side of the tongue 140 is provided with four first eyelets 141, and the cloth strip is bent in an arch shape and fixed at both ends to the outer side of the first side of the tongue 140 to form an arch bridge structure in which the arch bridge is the first eyelet 141, so that the first eyelet 141 is located on the outer side of the first side of the tongue 140, unlike the conventional lace holes embedded in the counter 120. In addition, the first strap hole 141 is oriented along the forefoot upper 110 to the rearfoot upper 130. The middle upper 120 is provided with four second holes 121 on the outer side, and the cloth strip is bent into an arch shape and fixed at both ends to the outer side of the middle upper 120 to form an arch bridge structure, wherein the arch bridge hole is the second hole 121, so the second holes 121 are located on the outer side of the middle upper 120, which is different from the common lace holes embedded in the middle upper 120. In addition, the second strap apertures 121 are oriented along the forefoot upper 110 to the rearfoot upper 130. And first strap aperture 141 and second strap aperture 121 are symmetrically distributed about a midline of upper 100. In other embodiments, the number of the first strap aperture 141 and the second strap aperture 121 may also be one, two, three, five, etc. each, and there is no need to limit the number of the first strap aperture 141 and the second strap aperture 121. In order to prevent the magic tape from being unable to tightly attach the foot body to the shoe, the first lace hole 141 and the second lace hole 121 are provided, and the lace is threaded through the first lace hole 141 and the second lace hole 121, thereby further tightly attaching the foot body to the shoe. It will be appreciated that, because a first side of tongue 140 is integrally formed with midfoot 120 and a second side of tongue 140 is movably coupled to midfoot 120, providing first strap apertures 141 on the exterior of the first side of tongue 140 and second strap apertures 121 on the exterior of midfoot 120 provides more stable securement of tongue 140.
In one embodiment, adjustment strap 131 is disposed around the lateral side of counter 130, and a central portion of adjustment strap 131 is secured to the lateral side of counter 130 adjacent to collar 150 to form a securing end 1311, and both ends of securing end 1311 extend downward to be secured to sole 200, and both ends of securing end 1311 extend along collar 150 to form a free end 1312 toward tongue 140. The user can fix the free ends 1312 at the two ends of the adjusting belt 131 by external means, such as laces, velcro tapes, etc., so that the adjusting belt 131 forms a surrounding for the welt 150, thereby more firmly fixing the foot body and preventing the foot body and the shoe from being separated during walking or sports.
In one embodiment, adjustment strap 131 is symmetrically distributed about a midline of upper 100. It will be appreciated that free ends 1312 of adjustment strap 131 are symmetrically disposed about the midline of upper 100, and thus may be designed to provide an aesthetically pleasing upper 100. The midline of the upper 100 divides the adjusting belt 131 into two parts, the lateral side of each part is sequentially provided with a first guide hole 1313, a second guide hole 1314 and a third guide hole 1315 along the direction from the counter 130 to the counter 110, and the first guide hole 1313 is arranged in the middle of the adjusting belt 131, namely on the fixed end 1311; second guide holes 1314 are provided at the intersection of the downward extending portion of fixed end 1311 of adjustment strap 131 and the portion of fixed end 1311 of adjustment strap 131 extending toward tongue 140; a third guide hole 1315 is provided at the free end 1312 of the adjustment belt 131.
In one embodiment, elastic cord 1316 is disposed on a lateral side wall of adjustment strap 131, elastic cord 1316 passing through first guide hole 1313, second guide hole 1314, and third guide hole 1315, respectively, of adjustment strap 131 in sequence, and forming a loop 1317 at free end 1312 on a side away from counter 130. When the user's foot is inserted into the shoe and feels the binding of the shoe to the ankle loose, the collar 1317 of the elastic string 1316 is pulled to adjust the width of the counter 130, thereby enhancing the binding force of the counter 130 to the ankle. When elastic cord 1316 is pulled into position, with the proper amount of restraining force applied to the foot by counter 130, then it is laced through loop 1317 of elastic cord 1316 at free end 1312 of adjustment strap 131 and secured. Because the elastic cord 1316 is resilient, it can retract, and the first guide hole 1313, the second guide hole 1314, and the third guide hole 1315 can limit the retraction of the elastic cord 1316. Accordingly, the first guide hole 1313, the second guide hole 1314, and the third guide hole 1315 not only guide the elastic cord 1316 in the correct position, but also restrict the elastic force of the elastic cord 1316.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment also provides a shoe that may include a sole 200, as well as the upper 100 described above.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the sole 200 includes a midsole 210 and an outsole 220, the midsole 210 being made of a foamed material. The foamed material is light, and can reduce the weight of the sole 200 to a great extent. Wherein, expanded material is comparatively soft and has fine elasticity and shock attenuation performance, can be when the user motion, and the protection foot body avoids the foot body to be injured. In addition, the foaming material includes, but is not limited to, EVE (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), PU (high molecular weight polyurethane), PHYLON (EVE two-shot high pressure molded article), and the like.
In one example, outsole 220 is secured to the outside of midsole 210. It will be appreciated that the outer side of midsole 210 is the side of midsole 210 that contacts the ground, and the side of midsole 210 closest to the ground is the outer side of midsole 210. A plurality of first protrusions 221 are provided on the outer side of the outsole 220, and the horizontal section of the plurality of first protrusions 221 is hexagonal. The outsole 220 is made of a wear-resistant material and has good wear resistance, and the first protrusion 221 is made of the same material as the outsole 220. It is understood that the outer side of outsole 220 means that the side of outsole 220 closest to the ground is the outer side of outsole 220 when the shoe is in contact with the ground. Set up a plurality of first archs 221 in the outside of outsole 220, can play skid-proof effect, promote the skid resistance performance of shoes, and then security when making the user wear the shoes walking that have this outsole 220 has had the guarantee. In addition, in other embodiments, the horizontal cross section of the first protrusion 221 may be a polygon such as a triangle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, and the like, which need not be limited herein.
In one embodiment, the midsole 210 is provided with a plurality of second protrusions 211, a plurality of through holes 222 are formed in the opposite positions of the outsole 220, and the second protrusions 211 are matched with the through holes 222. The second protrusion 211 is flush with the first protrusion 221 through the through hole 222 of the outsole 220. Since the midsole 210 is made of a foamed material, the second protrusions 211 formed on the midsole 210 also have excellent elasticity and shock-absorbing properties. The first protrusion 221 is made of a wear-resistant material, so that the second protrusion 211 and the first protrusion 221 are flush with each other, so that the service life of the sole 200 can be prolonged on the basis of ensuring the anti-slip performance and the shock absorption performance of the sole 200 to a great extent.
