The top end of the upright post 1 is provided with a through hole 17 which penetrates through the side wall of the upright post 1 on the surface opposite to the advertising board 2. The lifting assembly 4 comprises a wire rope 45 with one end in the length direction fixed on the hanging lug 23, and the other end of the wire rope 45 passes through the through hole 17 to be connected to a winding drum 46 positioned at the inner lower part of the upright post 1. The reel 46 is mounted on the top surface of the support plate 13 fixed inside the column 1. A first pulley seat 41 extending outwards is fixedly arranged at a position below the through hole 17 on the end surface of the upright post 1 facing the advertising board 2, and a first pulley 42 is rotatably connected on the first pulley seat 41. The first pulley 42 can ensure that the steel wire rope 45 horizontally enters the upright post 1.
A second pulley block 43 is also arranged in the upright 1.
