The problems to be solved at present are to be solved by doing epidemic prevention and control work, ensuring the life safety of patients and medical care personnel in the intensive care unit and improving the overall infection prevention and control level in the intensive care unit.
In order to prevent bacteria and viruses from being brought into the intensive care unit, the intensive care unit has high requirements on hand hygiene indexes, and then, before entering the intensive care unit, people who need to enter the intensive care unit need to be checked for hand hygiene through special instruments or manual work, but the method is time-consuming and inefficient.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an access control device and system, so as to solve the above problems.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an access control apparatus, where the apparatus includes: hand washers and detectors; the hand washer is electrically connected with the detector; the hand washer is used for discharging liquid for washing hands when the hand washer is triggered to be started, and sending an operating signal which is used for triggering the detector to start to operate to the detector; the detector is used for sending a control signal for representing and controlling the opening of the access control switch to enable the access control switch to be in an open state when the hand washing action of the hand washing personnel is determined to be completed.
In the implementation process, when the hand washer is triggered to be started, the hand washer discharges liquid for washing hands, so that a person washing the hands can wash the hands, and sends a working signal for triggering the detector to start working to the detector, so that the detector is prevented from starting working when the person washing the hands does not wash the hands, and the power consumption of the detector is reduced; secondly, when the detector determines that the hand washing personnel complete the hand washing action, a control signal for representing and controlling the opening of the access control switch is sent to the access control switch so that the access control switch is in an open state, and then the personnel with unqualified hand hygiene is prevented from entering a monitoring room.
In a possible design according to the first aspect, the detector comprises an image acquisition device and a processor; the image acquisition device is electrically connected with the processor; the image acquisition device is electrically connected with the hand washer; the processor is electrically connected with the access control switch; the image acquisition device is used for acquiring and transmitting a hand washing action image of the hand washing personnel to the processor in real time when the hand washer is triggered to be started; and the processor is used for sending a control signal for representing and controlling the opening of the access control switch to enable the access control switch to be in an open state when the hand washing action image is used for determining that the hand washing personnel finish the hand washing action.
In order to avoid that some people do not really complete the hand washing action after the hand washer is triggered, in the implementation process, when the hand washer is triggered to be started, the image acquisition device acquires and outputs the hand washing action image of the hand washing personnel to the processor in real time, so that the power consumption of the image acquisition device is reduced, and then the processor can more accurately determine whether the hand washing personnel complete the hand washing action based on the hand washing action image, so that the hand hygiene of the personnel entering the guardian can be further ensured to reach the standard.
In a possible design based on the first aspect, the apparatus further includes: a timer; the timer is electrically connected with the hand washer and the detector respectively; the timer is used for timing when the hand washer is triggered to be started until the hand washer stops discharging liquid, and ending timing to obtain timing duration; the timer is also used for sending the timing duration to the detector; the detector is further used for determining that the hand washing personnel completes the hand washing action when the timed duration reaches the preset duration.
If the time for the person entering the guardian to wash hands is too short, the hand hygiene of the person cannot reach the standard, therefore, in the implementation process, the timer counts the time when the hand washer is triggered to be started, and finishes the timing when the liquid is stopped to be discharged, so that the hand washing duration of the hand washer can be accurately counted, the timing duration is sent to the detector, the hand washing action of the hand washer is determined to be completed by the detector when the timing duration is determined to reach the preset duration, and the hand hygiene of the person entering the guardian is further ensured to reach the standard.
