The following detailed description is made on the working process of the automatic floating oil collecting device of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawing 1: it is worth noting that the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove can be suspended at a proper liquid level position by utilizing the self buoyancy of the adjustable buoy, and the oil collection is realized by utilizing the siphon principle of the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove (the upper opening of the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove is large, so that the oil collection area is increased, and the floating oil can more easily flow into the oil collecting groove). When the suspension height position of the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove needs to be adjusted, liquid can be fed into and discharged from the adjustable buoy through the liquid feeding and discharging telescopic pipe, so that the balance weight of the adjustable buoy is changed, and finally the purpose of adjusting the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove to enable the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove to be suspended at any liquid level position is achieved.

For example: when the measured thickness of the floating oil medium is larger than the set thickness of the oil recovery, the automatic control oil recovery is started; the oil collecting valve, the oil collecting pump inlet valve, the oil collecting pump starting and the oil collecting pump outlet valve are sequentially and automatically opened, so that the floating oil is led out through the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting groove (oil collecting port) and the oil collecting telescopic pipe; and when the water content of the discharged liquid exceeds the set value of the water content analyzer, but the thickness of the oil layer does not reach the set value and oil needs to be collected, the adjusting drain valve and/or the adjusting water feeding valve are opened, and the height of the funnel-shaped oil collecting opening is adjusted. And when the water content of the discharged liquid exceeds the set value of the water content analyzer and the thickness of the oil layer reaches the specified value range, the PLC automatically stops the oil collecting pump according to the automatic control program, and closes the valves in sequence to finish the oil collecting process.

3. The automatic floating oil collecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inlet side of the oil collecting pump is provided with an inlet valve of the oil collecting pump, and an outlet side of the oil collecting pump is provided with an outlet valve of the oil collecting pump.
4. The automatic floating oil collecting device of claim 1, wherein a water collecting pipe is installed at the lower part of the tank body, and a plurality of water collecting ports are arranged on the water collecting pipe.
5. The automatic floating oil collecting device of claim 1, wherein a water distribution pipe is installed at an upper portion of the tank body, and a plurality of water distribution ports are provided on the water distribution pipe.

The automatic floating oil collecting device of claim 1, wherein the upper part of the tank body is further provided with a fixed oil collecting tank, and the fixed oil collecting tank is connected with a fixed oil collecting pipe; the fixed oil collecting pipe is also provided with a fixed oil collecting valve.
7. The automatic oil spill collection device according to claim 1, further comprising: an oil receiving port; the oil receiving port is connected with the ladder-shaped annular oil collecting tank through an oil receiving connecting pipe.
8. The automatic oil spill collection device according to claim 1, further comprising: oil-water interface measuring instrument, level gauge and PLC switch board.
9. The automatic floating oil collecting device of claim 1, wherein a regulating drain valve and a regulating water feeding valve are further arranged between the liquid inlet and outlet telescopic pipes and the liquid inlet and outlet storage tank.
