SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present application to provide a louver frame with ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions, and an outdoor cabinet using the same, which solves at least one of the above problems.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present application provides a louver frame with ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions, the louver frame comprising: the shutter comprises a frame body and a plurality of shutters embedded in the frame body; the frame body and the shutters are mounted and fixed by adopting a rivet pulling structure; the louver is in an S-shaped bent shape, the opening area of the upper half of the louver faces one side, and the opening area of the lower half of the louver faces the other side; the louvers are installed in a staggered mode.
In an embodiment of the present application, in a side view, the top edge and the bottom edge of the louver are parallel horizontal edges; the upper side edge and the lower side edge of each louver are vertical edges; the top edge and the bottom edge are respectively perpendicular to the upper side edge and the lower side edge.
In an embodiment of the present application, a top edge of each louver is inserted into a lower half-bending opening area of the louver located above the louver, and a bottom edge of each louver is inserted into an upper half-bending opening area of the louver located below the louver, so that each louver forms a labyrinth-type passage for ventilation, heat dissipation and water proofing when embedded in the frame.
In an embodiment of the present application, the upper side and the lower side of each louver are used to form an upward-going wind channel for ventilation and a channel for water flow or water drop outflow of water mist condensation.
In an embodiment of the present application, the upper side and the lower side are connected by an inclined edge; the inclined edges are used for forming a downhill channel through which water flow or water drops condensed by water mist flow out of the shutter.
In an embodiment of the present application, each louver independently adopts surface anticorrosion treatment.
In an embodiment of the present application, the louver frame further includes: the silk screen is embedded in the frame body and used for preventing foreign matters from entering; the silk screen is attached to the upper side edge of each louver.
In an embodiment of the present application, the frame and the silk screen are mounted and fixed by a rivet structure; the material of the screen includes: any one of metal wire, cotton thread, and plastic.
To achieve the above and other related objects, there is provided an outdoor cabinet, including: a cabinet body; the louver frames with the functions of ventilation, heat dissipation and water prevention are arranged on one or more sides of the cabinet body, which are reserved with the air channels; the louver frame with the ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions is mounted on the cabinet body in an outward buckling mode from outside to inside; or the louver frame with the ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions is arranged on the cabinet body in an embedded mode from inside to outside.
In an embodiment of the present application, the bottom edge of the louver frame with ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions is disposed above the drain hole at the bottom layer on the inner side wall of the side surface.

The following description of the embodiments of the present application is provided by way of specific examples, and other advantages and effects of the present application will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein. The present application is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modifications and/or changes in various respects, all without departing from the spirit of the present application. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present application, and the drawings only show the components related to the present application and are not drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, number and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
Outdoor equipment in the market at present adopts various waterproof structures, such as punching press tripe structure, welding tripe structure etc. but its waterproof or corrosion protection performance all has certain defect, and the simulation water smoke that shows in figure 1B, 2B gets into the route, can find out that these common tripe structures can't effectively prevent the problem that water smoke got into in fact. In addition, if the welding mode is adopted for welding the louver structure, when the surface of the louver structure is subjected to anti-corrosion treatment, spraying dead angles exist between the louver and the left frame and the right frame inevitably, and the anti-corrosion performance is low.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application proposes a louver frame with ventilation, heat dissipation and water resistance functions and an outdoor cabinet using the louver frame. The louver frame comprises a frame body and a plurality of louvers embedded in the frame body, and a steel wire mesh for preventing foreign matters from entering. But this application ventilation cooling's labyrinth waterproof construction, simple structure, it is convenient to install, but the wide application is effective reduce cost on the equipment that all kinds of outdoor IP54 required.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a louver frame with ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions according to an embodiment of the present invention. The louver frame includes: the device comprises a frame body 1 and a plurality of louvers 2 embedded in the frame body 1; the frame body 1 and the shutters 2 are mounted and fixed through rivet pulling structures 4.
In this embodiment, the frame 1 and the blinds 2 are mounted and fixed by the rivet structure 4, the rivet structure 4 has a simple process, easy operation, high operation efficiency, and low requirement for the skill of the worker, as shown in the schematic structural diagram of the mounting of the blinds 2 and the rivet structure 4 shown in fig. 4A, and as shown in the schematic structural diagram of the side view of the mounting of the blinds 2 and the rivet structure 4 shown in fig. 4B,
fig. 5 is a schematic side view of the louver 2 of the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the louver 2 is bent in an S-shape, the upper half of the bent opening area of the louver 2 faces one side, and the lower half of the bent opening area of the louver 2 faces the other side.
Optionally, in a side view, the top edge 211 and the bottom edge 212 of the louver 2 are parallel horizontal edges; the upper side 221 and the lower side 222 of each louver 2 are vertical sides; the top edge 211 and the bottom edge 212 are perpendicular to the upper side edge 221 and the lower side edge 222, respectively.
Optionally, the upper side 221 and the lower side 222 of each louver 2 are used for forming an upward-circuitous air duct for ventilation and a channel for water mist condensed water flow or water drops to flow out.
Optionally, the upper side 221 and the lower side 222 are connected by an inclined edge 23; the inclined edges 23 are used for forming a downhill passage for the water flow or water drops condensed by the water mist to flow out of the louver 2.
In this embodiment, during assembly, the top edge 211 of each louver 2 is inserted into the lower half-bending opening area of the louver 2 above it, so as to form a labyrinth-type circuitous structure; the upper side 221 and the lower side 222 are used for forming a wind channel which is upward and can ventilate and provide a channel direction for the condensed water mist to flow out; the function of the inclined edge 23 is used for guiding water flow or water drops to flow out of the louver 2, and the water drops and water flow at the upper part are guided to the outside of the outflow structure through the inclined edge 23 of the louver 2; the bottom edge 212 is used for inserting the top edge 211 of the lower louver 2, so that each louver 2 forms another circuitous labyrinth ventilation heat dissipation waterproof air duct through combination.
In the present application, the louvers 2 are installed in a staggered manner. As shown in fig. 6, the louver 2 is installed in a staggered manner in a side view.
Optionally, the top edge 211 of each louver 2 is inserted into the lower half-bending opening area of the louver 2 located above the top edge, and the bottom edge 212 of each louver 2 is inserted into the upper half-bending opening area of the louver 2 located below the top edge, so that each louver 2 forms a circuitous labyrinth passage for ventilation, heat dissipation and water prevention when embedded in the frame 1.

Optionally, each louver 2 independently adopts surface anticorrosion treatment. In one or more embodiments, each louver 2 in the louver frame of the application independently adopts surface anticorrosion treatment, the treatment process can realize no spraying dead angle, and the spraying is finished and then is installed with the rivet structure 4, so that the anticorrosion performance is higher.
Optionally, the louver frame further comprises: and the silk screen 3 is embedded in the frame body 1 and is used for preventing foreign matters from entering. As shown with reference to fig. 6.
The frame body 1 and the silk screen 3 are installed and fixed by adopting a rivet structure 4; the materials of the screen 3 include, but are not limited to: any one of metal wire, cotton thread, and plastic. For example, inside wire net 3 is fixed between through rivet structure 4 and framework 1, if it can accomplish to prevent the entering of foreign matter especially animals such as little insect, can effectively increase the inside electrical safety who installs the shutter frame equipment.

Fig. 7A is a schematic structural view of an outdoor cabinet with externally-buckled louvres according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7B is a schematic view of an outdoor cabinet with a louvered frame installed in-line according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown, the outdoor cabinet includes: a cabinet 100; the louver frames 200 with the functions of ventilation, heat dissipation and water prevention are arranged on one or more sides of the cabinet body, which are reserved with air ducts, as shown in fig. 3;
the louver frame 200 having the ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions corresponding to fig. 7A is mounted on the cabinet 100 in an outward buckling manner from the outside to the inside; alternatively, the louver frame 200 having the ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions corresponding to fig. 7B is mounted on the cabinet 100 in an inward-inward embedded manner.
In any embodiment, the bottom edge of the louver frame 200 with the ventilation, heat dissipation and waterproof functions is disposed above the drain hole at the bottom layer on the inner side wall of the side surface of the cabinet 100.
To sum up, the application provides a tripe frame and outdoor rack of using thereof with waterproof function of ventilation cooling. The outdoor IP 54-based power supply is simple in structure and convenient and fast to install, can be widely applied to various outdoor IP 54-based equipment, and effectively reduces cost.
The application effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
