Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the energy-saving large cooking range disclosed by the invention comprises a cooking bench 1, wherein a placing groove 2 is arranged on the cooking bench 1, and a frying pan 21 is placed in the placing groove 2. The gas bottle 22 is placed at the lower part of the cooking bench 1, the combustion head 23 is installed at the bottom of the placing groove 2, the combustion head 23 is communicated with the gas bottle 22 through a gas pipe, and the control switch 24 for controlling the on-off of the combustion head 23 is installed on the cooking bench 1.
When cooking, the staff puts the food material into the frying pan 21 in the placing groove 2, and before putting the food material, the combustion head 23 is turned on through the control switch 24, so that the flame generated at the combustion head 23 heats the bottom of the frying pan 21, and the food material is heated. Wherein, during cooking, the pan cover 3 is generally covered on the frying pan 21 to prevent the heat in the frying pan 21 from leaking.
However, when the cooking is finished, the worker lifts the lid 3, so that the steam in the wok 21 directly emerges and is dissipated in the air, and the heat in the steam is diffused into the air, so that the steam cannot be directly utilized.
In order to collect the steam emerging from the wok 21 and to recover and utilize the heat in the steam, a heat recovery device 4 for improving the heat utilization rate is provided on the cooking bench 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the heat recovery device 4 includes a placement box 41 fixedly connected to the cooking bench 1, the placement box 41 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the lower layer is a water tank 411, a placement position of the placement box 41 on the cooking bench 1 is located on a side of the cooking bench 1 away from the control switch 24, and the placement groove 2 is located between the placement box 41 and the control switch 24. A water inlet pipe 4111 and a water outlet pipe 4112 are fixedly connected to the water tank 411, the water inlet pipe 4111 is arranged on the upper side of the water tank 411, penetrates out of the arrangement tank 41, is communicated with the inside of the water tank 411, and is used for adding water into the water tank 411; outlet pipe 4112 is disposed on the side of tank 411 facing control switch 24, and faucet 4113 is mounted on outlet pipe 4112. Tap 4113's play water direction is towards in the standing groove 2, and when having placed frying pan 21 in the standing groove 2, tap 4113 exhaust water can directly get into frying pan 21, provides clean water when brushing the pot for the staff.
The upper layer of the arrangement box 41 is a recovery box 412, an exhaust fan 4121 is fixedly connected in the recovery box 412, an air inlet pipe 4122 connected with the exhaust fan 4121 is installed on the exhaust fan 4121, one end of the air inlet pipe 4122 is connected with the exhaust fan 4121, the other end of the air inlet pipe 4122 penetrates out of the recovery box 412, and the penetrating position is located on one side, facing the placing groove 2, of the recovery box 412.
The exhaust fan 4121 is further provided with an air outlet pipe 4123 connected with the exhaust fan 4121, the air outlet pipe 4123 is arranged in the water tank 411, two ends of the air outlet pipe 4123 respectively penetrate out of the water tank 411, one end of the air outlet pipe 4123 penetrates out of the water tank 411, penetrates into the recovery tank 412 and is connected with the exhaust fan 4121, and the other end of the air outlet pipe 4123 penetrates out of the water tank 411.
When a worker lifts the cooker cover 3, the worker firstly opens the exhaust fan 4121, when the exhaust fan 4121 is started, the outside air is pumped, and when the outside air enters the exhaust fan 4121 through the air inlet pipe 4122, one end of the air inlet pipe 4122 penetrates out of the recovery box 412 and faces the placing groove 2, so that steam discharged from the cooker cover 3 enters the air inlet pipe 4122 under the pumping action of the exhaust fan 4121, and after passing through the air inlet pipe 4122 and the exhaust fan 4121, the steam enters the air outlet pipe 4123 and is discharged to the outside from the pipe opening of the air outlet pipe 4123.
When the steam flows through the outlet tube 4123, most of the outlet tube 4123 is positioned in the water tank 411, water is filled in the water tank 411, and the outlet tube 4123 is submerged in the water tank 411, so that when the steam is positioned in the outlet tube 4123, the steam and the water in the water tank 411 perform heat exchange through the outlet tube 4123, thereby heating the water in the water tank 411, and improving the utilization rate of the steam.
The portion of the outlet tube 4123 in the water tank 411 is bent to increase the length of the outlet tube 4123 in the water tank 411, thereby allowing the steam to exchange heat more completely.
Referring to fig. 4, in which the steam in the outlet tube 4123 is liquefied after heat exchange occurs, so that water exists in the outlet tube 4123, in order to facilitate collection of the water, a drain tube 5 is fixedly connected to the outlet tube 4123, the drain tube 5 is communicated with the outlet tube 4123, and a container 51 is fixedly connected to the other end of the drain tube 5, and the container 51 is disposed at the lower side of the outlet tube 4123. The outlet tube 4123 is arranged in the water tank 411 and is integrally bent in an arc shape, the bending direction is upward, and the drain pipe 5 is fixedly connected to the lowest end of the outlet tube 4123 in the water tank 411.
After the steam in the outlet tube 4123 is liquefied, the liquefied steam flows to the lowest part of the outlet tube 4123, and then flows into the drain pipe 5, and flows into the containing box 51 through the drain pipe 5 for temporary storage. A drain pipe 52 is installed on the housing box 51, a water valve 53 is installed on the drain pipe 52, and a position where the drain pipe 52 is connected to the housing box 51 is located at a lower side of the housing box 51, so that the water in the housing box 51 can be completely discharged through the drain pipe 52.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, when cooking the food material requiring the cover 3 to seal the frying pan 21, since the worker needs to move away the cover 3 and locate the food material when turning over the food material, the worker will move back and forth during the cooking process, which reduces the working efficiency of the worker and shares a part of the attention of the worker, and is not beneficial to the effective work and safe operation of the worker. In order to enable a worker to conveniently open the pot cover 3 and stir-fry food materials in the frying pan 21 without moving back and forth, a turnover device 6 which is convenient for the frying pan 21 to open and close and does not need to move the pot cover 3 back and forth is arranged on the cooking bench 1.
