Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides a water dispenser for pets, which comprises a water tank 100, a water pump 101, a water tray 102 and a filtering device; the drinking water tray 102 is arranged above the water tank 100; the pet water dispenser is further provided with a water return port 103 and a drainage device, wherein the drainage device is arranged below the water return port 103 so as to drain return water to the bottom of the water tank 100.
The water pump 101 is arranged in the water tank 100 to convey water in the water tank 100 to the water tray 102 for pets to drink, water in the water tray 102 flows back into the water tank 100 through the water return opening 103, and the drainage device is arranged below the water return opening 103 to guide the flow direction of return water, so that the return water is prevented from directly flowing to or dropping into the water tank 100 from a higher position. The drainage device may take various forms, for example, it may be embodied as a flow guide tube or a flow guide rod, and the flow guide tube or the flow guide rod extends into the bottom of the water tank 100 or the inner wall of the water tank 100 from below the water return port 103, so that the return water flows to the bottom of the water tank 100 along the channel in the flow guide tube, or along the flow guide rod, or along the inner wall of the water tank 100, so as to reduce the noise generated by the impact of the return water on the stored water in the water tank 100; it is also possible to implement a buffering member, such as an arc-shaped or inclined diversion cover 601, below the water return port 103, and the lower end of the diversion cover 601 is close to the bottom of the water tank 100, so as to reduce the impact of the return water flowing into the water tank 100 from the diversion cover 601 to the stored water, thereby reducing the noise. In addition, the drainage device may be further configured to dispose a porous material below the water return port 103 to disperse the return water, the porous material extending to the bottom of the water tank 100, or the porous material connecting the inner wall of the water tank 100.
In order to prevent impurities such as hair from being drunk when a pet drinks water, in an embodiment of the present invention, the filtering device includes a water outlet filter element 200 and a filter element cover 201, and the water outlet filter element 200 is accommodated in the filter element cover 201; the lower end of the filter element cover 201 is connected with a water inlet pipe 600, and the upper end of the filter element cover 201 is connected with a water outlet head 300; the water outlet head 300 comprises a water outlet pipe 307, a flow guide plate 306 and a connecting part 301, wherein the water outlet pipe 307 and the connecting part 301 are positioned on the lower side surface of the flow guide plate 306; the connecting portion 301 connects the filter element cover 201. The upper side surface of the guide plate 306 is in an arc arrangement with a low middle part and two high ends, and has a first end part 304 and a second end part 305 which are symmetrically tilted, and the water return port 103 is arranged below the first end part 304 and/or the second end part 305.
In this embodiment, the water outlet filter element 200 is disposed in the water outlet channel, so that the cleanness of the outlet water can be ensured. Meanwhile, referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the water outlet is located in the middle of the flow guide plate 306, and the outlet water flows to the water tray 102 along the lower portion of the upper arc surface of the flow guide plate 306 and flows back from the water return port 103 after the water tray 102 circulates a quarter of a circle. The flowing mode of the water flow in the drinking tray 102 of the embodiment can ensure the flowing uniformity of the drinking water in the drinking tray 102, effectively avoid the possibility of dead water areas in the drinking tray 102, and ensure the cleanness of the drinking tray 102 and the cleanness of the water in the drinking tray 102.
In order to improve the stability of the overall structure of the water dispenser, in an embodiment of the present invention, a cylindrical portion 400 is disposed outside the filter element cover 201; the water outlet head 300 further comprises a supporting portion 302, the supporting portion 302 is disposed on the lower side of the flow guide plate 306, the supporting portion 302 and the connecting portion 301 are disposed at an interval, and the supporting portion 302 is located on the outer side of the connecting portion 301; the support portion 302 abuts the upper end of the cylindrical portion 400.
In this embodiment, a return passage for returning water is formed between the cylindrical portion 400 and the filter element cover 201, and the cylindrical portion 400 is connected to or integrally formed with the water tray 102. The water outlet head 300 is positioned in the middle of the drinking water tray 102, and the flow guide plate 306 is arranged above the drinking water tray 102; the supporting portion 302 is provided with a notch 303, the notch 303 is opened below the first end portion 304 and/or the second end portion 305, and the notch 303 forms the water return port 103.
The water on the drinking water plate 102 flows between the cylindrical part 400 and the filter element cover 201 through the water return port 103, and a porous mechanism 203 is arranged between the filter element cover 201 and the cylindrical part 400 to disperse the return water flow and avoid generating water flow sound when the return water flows between the filter element cover 201 and the cylindrical part 400. The porous mechanism 203 can be made of sponge, cotton cloth and the like.
The lower end of the cylindrical part 400 is provided with a through hole 401; the filter device further comprises a water return filter element 202, wherein the water return filter element 202 is arranged between the cylindrical part 400 and the filter element cover 201; the return water filter element 202 is disposed at the bottom of the cylindrical portion 400 below the porous mechanism 203. The return water passes through the return filter element, so that impurities flushed down along with the return water can be filtered, and the stored water in the water tank 100 is kept clean. Under the synergistic action of the water outlet filter element 200 and the water return filter element 202, the water in the water tray 102 and the stored water in the water tank 100 can be ensured to be clean simultaneously in the embodiment, so that the breeding of bacteria and the turbidity of water quality are avoided.
The backflow water flows back into the water tank 100 through the through hole 401 after passing through the water return filter element 202, in this embodiment, the drainage device includes a diversion cover 601, the diversion cover 601 is disposed below the through hole 401, and the lower end of the diversion cover 601 is close to the bottom of the water tank 100. The return water flowing out through the through hole 401 is dispersed and smoothly flows into the water tank 100 under the action of the guide cover 601, and noise generated by the return water impacting the water in the water tank 100 can be effectively avoided. The kuppe 601 is the arc setting, just be equipped with evenly distributed and the slot that extends from top to bottom on the kuppe 601, specifically, the kuppe 601 is the hemisphere, just the kuppe 601 reduces to the periphery from the centre. The spherical air guide sleeve 601 can effectively disperse return water flow, and the grooves can guide the return water flow to be distributed on the air guide sleeve 601, so that the water flow is uniformly distributed and flows down on the peripheral side of the air guide sleeve 601.
In this embodiment, the water inlet pipe 600 is disposed in the middle of the air guide sleeve 601; the air guide sleeve 601 is connected with or integrally formed on the water inlet pipe 600; the bottom of the cylindrical part 400 is further provided with a mounting hole 402, and the water inlet pipe 600 passes through the mounting hole 402 and is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical part 400.
In order to further enhance the stability of the whole structure, the pet water dispenser further comprises a tray 500, wherein the tray 500 is arranged above the water tank 100 and is used for covering the water tank 100; the drinking water tray 102 is arranged above the tray 500; the drinking water tray 102 is made of transparent material, and when water is filled in the drinking water tray 102, the effect of the Pond can be achieved. The tray 500 has a supporting portion 501 protruding upward to support the drinking water tray 102; the cylindrical portion 400 passes through the receiving portion 501 and abuts against the receiving portion 501.
