Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Also, the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a pet watering device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is mainly composed of a bottom tub 10, a water pump 20, a bracket 30, a guide 40, a filter 50, a flow rate adjusting valve 60, a top cover 70, and a water guide boss 80. The bottom basin 10 comprises a bottom 11 and a basin wall 12 enclosed around the bottom 11, wherein the bottom 11 and the basin wall 12 enclose a water storage space with an open upper part for containing water for pets to drink. The bracket 30 is a hollow shell, and the lower end of the bracket 30 is fixed on the bottom 11 of the bottom basin 10. As shown in fig. 1, a limiting angle block 12 is disposed on the bottom 11 of the bottom basin 10, and the lower end of the bracket 30 is fixed and supported on the limiting angle block 12 in a detachable manner, such as a snap-fit manner, and a gap is ensured between the lower end of the bracket 30 and the bottom 11 of the bottom basin 10. The water pump 20 is installed in the space covered by the bracket 30 on the bottom 11 of the base tub 10, and the water outlet 21 of the water pump 20 extends upward (see fig. 6 and 8). The air guide 40 is inserted into the upper end inner space of the bracket 30. The bottom of the guide member 40 has a downwardly extending guide tube 41, and the lower end of the guide tube 41 is inserted into the water outlet 21 of the water pump 20. The front side wall of the flow guiding element 40 is provided with a first water outlet 42, and a first water outlet edge 421 is formed along the first water outlet 42. The front side wall of the bracket 30 is provided with a second water outlet 32 opposite to the first water outlet 42, and a second water outlet nozzle 321 is formed along the second water outlet 32. After the diversion member 40 is inserted into the bracket 30, the first water outlet edge 421 of the diversion member 40 is just abutted against the second water outlet nozzle 321 of the bracket 30. The filter 50 and the flow control valve 60 are installed in the guide 40, respectively. The top cover 70 covers the top of the support frame 30 to cover the airflow guide 40. As shown particularly in fig. 3, the cap 70 may snap-fit into engagement with the upper edge 31 of the bracket 30. The water guide boss 80 is disposed on the bottom 11 of the bottom basin 10 and below the second water outlet nozzle 321. The upper end surface of the water guide boss 80 is a slope 81 that is inclined downward from a side close to the second nozzle 321 to a side away from the second nozzle 321.
In the drinking device 100 for pet according to the present application, the water pump 20 pumps the water in the bottom basin 10 upwards, through the water outlet 21 of the water pump 10 into the conduit 41, and into the flow guide 40 from the water outlet 412 at the upper end of the conduit 41. Then, a part of the water flows out from the first water outlet 42 of the flow guide member 40 and further from the second water outlet 32 of the bracket 30 through the second water outlet 321 after being filtered by the filter 50, just falls onto the inclined surface 81 of the water guide boss 80, and then falls into the bottom basin 10 from the inclined surface 81 of the water guide boss 80. Another portion of the water flow in the baffle 40 passes through the flow control valve 60 and then falls from the sink 44 back into the bottom basin 10. The flow regulating valve 60 regulates the flow rate of the other part of the water flow, i.e. the flow rate of the water falling from the second nozzle 321.
As further shown in fig. 4 and 5, according to one embodiment of the present application, an enclosing wall 43 is disposed in the diversion member 40 to divide the water storage space in the diversion member 40 into an inner water storage space 45 inside the enclosing wall 43 and an outer water storage space 46 outside the enclosing wall 43. The upper outlet 412 of the conduit 41 is located inside the surrounding wall 43 and is communicated with the inner water storage space 45. The filter 50 is inserted into a position-limiting structure, such as a position-limiting groove, provided at the rear-side opening of the surrounding wall 43. The water pumped by the water pump 20 firstly enters the inner water storage space 45 from the upper water outlet 412 of the conduit 41, then flows through the filter 50 for filtration, enters the outer water storage space 46, as shown by the arrow in fig. 5, and then flows out from the second water outlet nozzle 321. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the right side wall of the surrounding wall 43 is provided with a water leakage groove 44 which vertically penetrates to the bottom of the flow guide member 40, and a flow guide groove 441 which vertically penetrates to the inner water storage space 45 is formed in the water leakage groove 44. The flow control valve 60 is installed in the water leakage groove 44, and the opening size of the guide groove 441 can be adjusted by rotating the flow control valve 60, so as to adjust the water flow rate of the water in the inner water storage space 45 flowing into the water leakage groove 44 from the guide groove 441 and then falling back into the bottom basin 10 from the bottom of the guide member 40. The specific structural implementation of the flow control valve 60 is prior art, and is not described in detail in this application.
As further shown in fig. 6 and 7, if water flows directly from the water leakage groove 44 into the bottom basin 10, the falling water may generate sound due to its relatively high falling height, and for this reason, the inner wall of the support 30 below the water leakage groove 44 is provided with an inclined baffle 343 inclined downward from the side close to the water leakage groove 44 to the side far from the water leakage groove 44, and a certain gap is formed between the lower end of the inclined baffle 343 and the inner wall of the support 30. As shown in fig. 7, two supporting arms 341 and 342 extending laterally inward are spaced apart from each other on the inner wall of the bracket 30, and a slant plate 343 is connected between the two supporting arms 341 and 342 and spaced apart from the inner wall of the bracket 30. Thus, the water flow firstly falls from the water leakage groove 44 to the lower inclined baffle 343, and then slowly falls along the inclined baffle 343 and flows back into the bottom basin 10, thus solving the problem of sound when falling into water due to large height difference.
As shown in fig. 6, at least one supporting block 47 for supporting the filter 50 is further disposed at the opening of the surrounding wall 43 at the bottom of the flow guiding element 40, and the supporting block 47 raises the filter 50 without directly contacting with the bottom surface of the flow guiding element 40, so that when the filter 50 is blocked by the slag after a long time, water can flow between the supporting blocks 47 at the lower part of the filter 50, and the water is prevented from overflowing.
As further shown in fig. 1 and 8, the water guide protrusion 80 is disposed on the bottom 11 of the bottom basin 10 and directly below the second water outlet nozzle 321, and may be integrally formed with the bottom basin 10 in a specific implementation. The upper end surface of the water guide boss 80 is an inclined surface 81 that is inclined downward from a side close to the second nozzle 321 to a side away from the second nozzle 321, and is used for alleviating the impact force of the water flow falling from the second nozzle 321 and avoiding the water falling from splashing and the sound of the water falling. Referring specifically to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 8, the inclined surface 81 is formed by four small inclined surfaces inclined downward from the central point 811 to the front, rear, left, and right sides, respectively, but still has a tendency to incline downward from the side close to the second nozzle 321 to the side away from the second nozzle 321 as a whole. The outermost end 3211 of the second nozzle 321 is vertically aligned with at least the inner edge 812 of the inclined surface 81 of the upper end of the water guide boss 80, or is located a distance (preferably controlled between 0mm and 10 mm) beyond the inner edge 812, so as to ensure that the water flow falling from the second nozzle 321 can fall onto the inclined surface 81 of the water guide boss 80 even when the water flow rate is small. The height difference h2 between the outermost end 3211 of the second water outlet nozzle 321 and the highest point of the inclined surface 81 of the water guide boss 80 is preferably controlled to be 55mm-70mm, when h2 is too high, water is easily splashed to generate water falling sound, when the water flow is high, the water flow is easily caused to exceed the water guide boss 80 and directly fall into the bottom basin 10, and when h2 is too low, the drinking range of the pet is affected. In addition, the height difference h1 between the highest point of the inclined plane 81 of the water guide boss 80 and the upper edge 121 of the basin wall of the bottom basin 10 is preferably controlled to be between 5mm and 10mm, so that the highest point of the inclined plane 81 of the water guide boss 80 is slightly lower than the upper edge 121 of the basin wall, water is easily splashed when the water guide boss 80 is too high, and water falling sound is easily generated when the water guide boss 80 is too low.
According to the pet drinking device introduced in each embodiment of the application, the water guide boss with the inclined surface on the upper end surface is arranged in the bottom basin below the water outlet nozzle, and water flow falls into the bottom basin after being buffered by the inclined surface of the water guide boss, so that the problems of splashing outside falling into water and falling sound are effectively solved. The flow regulating valve is arranged in the water leakage groove, so that the size of water flow which directly falls back into the bottom basin from the flow guide piece can be regulated, namely, the size regulation of the water flow which falls onto the water guide boss from the water outlet nozzle is reversely realized. The inclined baffle plate is arranged below the water leakage groove to buffer and guide water leakage flow, and the problem that water falls into water due to large height difference to cause sound is further solved.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
