An explosion-proof full-face display screen 11 operation box is arranged on an operation table and in a panel right in front of a driver. An emergency stop button is arranged on the upper surface. When a driver finds an emergency, the driver can immediately beat down the emergency stop button by hand to cut off the power source of the equipment, so that the equipment is immediately stopped, and the danger early warning is relieved. Two rows of control handles which can swing up and down are arranged below the display screen and are used for controlling the starting and stopping of all electrical devices of the equipment. The operation box is provided with an oversized display screen, so that characters which are not required to be abbreviated can be completely displayed, and the operation box is particularly suitable for displaying foreign complicated character information, such as Russian and the like.
2) Highly integrated manometer, all place on the side of operation panel, wherein contain the preceding pump manometer of control hydraulic system, back pump manometer, guide's manometer. And an outer spraying pressure gauge and an inner spraying pressure gauge of the monitoring water system are also included. When debugging equipment or processing problems, the pressure monitoring system can clearly and visually and conveniently display whether the pressure of each system is normal or not.
3) The electromagnetic valve box 3 is mainly composed of an electromagnetic valve body 31, an electromagnetic directional valve 32, and an explosion-proof housing (i.e., a housing 33). The electromagnetic directional valve 32 is covered in the explosion-proof shell, and the explosion-proof shell and the valve body are fixed through high-strength bolts for realizing an explosion-proof function.
The shuttle valve assembly 4 is composed of a plurality of shuttle valve spools 42 and a shuttle valve body 41, the shuttle valve spools 42 are screwed into the shuttle valve body 41, and the comparison function of the shuttle valve is realized through a hole channel preset in the shuttle valve.
According to the spatial position of the operation platform, a first conductive magnetic valve box 3 is arranged under the driver seat. The shuttle valve assembly 4 is placed under the feet of the driver. According to the functional requirements, an oil port of the electromagnetic directional valve 32 of the electromagnetic valve box 3 and an oil port of the operating handle 2 below the display screen are connected to the shuttle valve assembly 4 by a high-pressure rubber pipe. The functions of wireless remote control and manual equipment are realized together.
When the manual operation equipment is adopted, the electromagnetic directional valve 32 is not electrified, the hydraulic oil port is closed, and the outlet pressure is 0. At the moment, the oil port pressure of the operating handle 2 is greater than the oil port pressure of the electromagnetic directional valve 32, and the operating handle 2 controls the reversing multi-way valve 5 through the shuttle valve comparison function, so that the action of each operation executing element is controlled.
If the wireless remote control function is to be realized, the electromagnetic directional valves 32 of the electromagnetic valve box 3 can be controlled by a program to be powered on, an oil path is connected, an oil supply path of the operating handle 2 is cut off, the pressure of an oil port of the operating handle 2 is 0, at the moment, the pressure of the oil port of the electromagnetic directional valves 32 is greater than that of the oil port of the operating handle 2 through the shuttle valve comparison function, so that the electromagnetic directional valves 32 of the electromagnetic valve box 3 control the reversing multi-way valve 5, and the action of each operation execution element is controlled by a remote controller or a time remote control mode.
4) The high-pressure water pump unit 6 is composed of a shroud 61, a high-pressure water pump 62, and a water pump relief valve 63, and is integrally installed in front of the operation table. The high-pressure water pump 62 and a plunger motor for driving the high-pressure water pump 62 to operate are integrated into a whole structure, the integration is high, and the plunger motor is driven by a driving oil source of the reversing multi-way valve 5 in the operation table through a safety valve. Thereby driving the high-pressure water pump 62 to work, the high-pressure water pump 62 can provide 150L/min water flow for equipment, the highest pressure is 9Mpa, and the normal tunneling of the tunneling machine is completely met. The water pump safety valve 63 plays a role in overflow protection, and when the driving oil source pressure is high and exceeds the rated pressure of the plunger motor, the water pump safety valve 63 is unloaded to play a role in safety protection.
5) The water monitoring unit 7 is composed of a water monitoring valve body 71, a water monitoring pressure sensor 72 and a flowmeter 73, the water monitoring valve body 71, the water monitoring pressure sensor 72 and the flowmeter 73 are arranged on a rear support of a driver seat of an operation platform, incoming water of the heading machine firstly divides into two branches to enter a hydraulic control water valve 8 after passing through a water filter, then respectively enters from an inlet of the flowmeter 73 of the water monitoring unit and respectively flows out to an outer spraying structure and an inner spraying structure from the upper part of the water monitoring unit 7, the flowmeter 73 and the water monitoring pressure sensor 72 are both analog quantity type and are connected to a display through data lines for evaluation, and whether the flow and the pressure of a water system of the two branches meet requirements can be monitored.
6) A set of remote control water valve control switch is arranged behind the operation table. The electromagnetic control water valve assembly is composed of an electromagnetic control water valve assembly 9 and a hydraulic control water valve 8, wherein the electromagnetic control water valve assembly 9 is hung on a support behind a seat, and the hydraulic control water valve 8 is placed on the support behind the seat.
The solenoid operated water valve assembly 9 includes: a connecting bottom plate (i.e., a connecting plate 91), a pilot operated relief valve 92, a pilot operated valve body 93, and a pilot operated directional valve 94.
The working principle is as follows: the remote controller controls the hydraulic control directional control valve 94, so that the control oil acts on the control port of the hydraulic control water valve 8 to push the valve core of the hydraulic control water valve 8 to move, and the on-off of the water path of the hydraulic control water valve 8 is controlled.

the operating handle (2) is arranged on the bottom side of the comprehensive display screen (11), and the operating handle (2) is connected with the shuttle valve assembly (4);
the electromagnetic valve box (3) is arranged at the bottom of the seat of the heading machine and is electrically connected with the operation control panel (1), and the electromagnetic valve box (3) is connected with the shuttle valve assembly (4);
the shuttle valve assembly (4) is connected with the operation execution elements through the reversing multi-way valve (5), and each reversing valve is connected with each operation execution element in a one-to-one correspondence mode;
the operating handle (2) controls the shuttle valve assembly (4), or the operating control panel (1) can receive a control signal sent by a remote controller, and the solenoid valve box (3) is used for controlling the shuttle valve assembly (4) according to the control signal; and the shuttle valve assembly (4) is used for controlling the reversing multi-way valve (5) to operate a corresponding operation executing element.
2. The intelligent operating device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of pressure gauges (12) are collectively provided on one side of the operating control board (1), each pressure gauge being connected to a hydraulic output port installed on each operating device of the heading machine.

The smart operating device according to claim 1, wherein the solenoid valve housing (3) comprises: the electromagnetic control valve comprises an electromagnetic valve body (31), an electromagnetic reversing valve (32) and a shell (33), wherein the electromagnetic valve body (31) is arranged at the bottom of the shell (33), the electromagnetic reversing valve (32) is arranged in the shell (33), an interface of the electromagnetic reversing valve (32) is arranged on the electromagnetic valve body (31), an interface of the electromagnetic reversing valve (32) is connected with a shuttle valve assembly (4), and the electromagnetic reversing valve (32) is electrically connected with an operation control panel (1).

A smart operating device according to claim 3, characterized in that the shuttle valve assembly (4) comprises: the electromagnetic reversing valve comprises a shuttle valve body (41) and a shuttle valve spool (42), wherein the shuttle valve spool (42) is arranged on the shuttle valve body (41), and the electromagnetic reversing valve (32) is connected with the reversing multi-way valve (5) through the shuttle valve spool (42).
5. The smart operating device according to claim 1, wherein the operation executing element includes: and the high-pressure water pump assembly (6) is arranged at the front end of the machine body of the heading machine and is connected with the reversing multi-way valve (5).

8. The smart operating device according to claim 7, wherein the water monitoring unit (7) comprises: a water monitoring valve body (71), a water monitoring pressure sensor (72) and a flowmeter (73);
a water inlet pipeline of the water monitoring valve body (71) is connected with the hydraulic control water valve (8), and a water outlet pipeline of the water monitoring valve body (71) is connected with the spraying structure;
the water monitoring pressure sensor (72) is arranged on one side of the water monitoring valve body (71);
the flowmeter (73) is arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the water monitoring valve body (71), and the water monitoring pressure sensor (72) and the flowmeter (73) are electrically connected with the operation control panel (1).

The smart operating device of claim 7, further comprising: the electromagnetic control water valve assembly (9) is electrically connected with the operation control panel (1), the electromagnetic control water valve assembly (9) is connected with the hydraulic control water valve (8), can receive a water valve control signal sent by a remote controller, and controls the operation of the hydraulic control water valve (8) according to the water valve control signal.
