Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. However, these examples are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodical, or functional changes that may be made by one of ordinary skill in the art in light of these examples are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 16, the present embodiment provides a combination refrigerator 100.
Referring to fig. 1 in particular, the combination refrigerator 100 includes at least two single refrigerators 1, that is, the combination refrigerator 100 may be formed by combining two or more single refrigerators 1, and in the drawing, two single refrigerators 1 are illustrated as an example, it can be understood that, if the number of the single refrigerators 1 is further increased, the connection and matching manner between any two adjacent single refrigerators 1 may be the same as or similar to that of the two single refrigerators 1 illustrated in the drawing.
Each single refrigerator 1 is provided with an independent door body, a refrigerator body 10, a refrigerating system and a circuit system, and any two single refrigerators 1 can be independently powered to operate to realize the function of low-temperature storage without mutual interference. For example, each unit refrigerator 1 can be operated independently under the control of its independent circuit system, and the start or stop of the unit refrigerator can not affect the use of other unit refrigerators.
The refrigeration systems, the circuit systems, the door bodies, the refrigerator bodies 10 and the like of the two single refrigerators 1 can be set to be the same or different, for example, the refrigeration systems of the two single refrigerators 1 all adopt a refrigerant circulating refrigeration loop comprising a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator, or one of the two single refrigerators 1 adopts a refrigerant circulating refrigeration loop comprising a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator, and the other one adopts a semiconductor for refrigeration.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the two single refrigerators 1 have the same height (i.e. the distance between the top and the bottom of the refrigerator in the up-down direction), the same depth (i.e. the distance between the door body and the back panel in the front-back direction), and the same width (i.e. the distance in the left-right direction), and the color, the door panel, and other appearance effects are substantially the same. Of course, two single refrigerators 1 having different heights, or different depths, or different widths, or different appearance effects may be selected and combined as desired.
Referring to fig. 2, two single refrigerators 1 have their cabinets 10 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, and a large or small but inevitable splicing gap T is formed between the two.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment, the combination refrigerator 100 includes a connection bar 2 extending lengthwise along a splicing gap T. The connecting strip 2 specifically includes a baffle 21 and a fixing member 22 connected to the baffle 21.
The baffle 21 shields the splicing gap T, thereby enhancing the beauty of the combination refrigerator 100, preventing dust from being deposited or impurities from falling into the splicing gap T, and improving the grade and quality of the combination refrigerator 100. For example, as shown in the embodiment of the drawings, the connecting strip 2 is disposed at the front sides of the two boxes 10 and extends lengthwise up and down along the splicing gap T, and accordingly, the baffle 21 shields the splicing gap T from the front side, so that the splicing gap T is prevented from being exposed to the sight of a user from the front side, and the product appearance and integrity are improved; of course, in a modified embodiment, the connecting bar 2 may also be disposed on the top sides of the two cases 10 and longitudinally extend along the splicing gap T, and accordingly, the baffle 21 shields the splicing gap T from above, so as to prevent the foreign matter from falling into the splicing gap T from above.
The fixing member 22 is inserted into the splice slit T to fix the position of the baffle 21. In the embodiment of the drawing, the fixing member 22 is located behind the baffle 21 and inserted deeply into the splice slit T rearward.
The fixing member 22 is fixedly provided with a magnetic body 23, and the magnetic body 23 is magnetically attracted to one or two of the boxes 10, that is, at least one of the two boxes 10. Therefore, compared with the prior art that the baffle 21 is simply placed at the position of the splicing gap T, the baffle 21 is prevented from falling down from the splicing gap T by arranging the magnetic body 23, magnetically adsorbing the magnetic body 23 and the at least one box body 10, and connecting the magnetic body 23 to the baffle 21 through the fixing piece 22 to fix the baffle 21.
It is understood that the magnetic body 23 is magnetically attracted to one of the two cases 10, and thus can fix the baffle 21. When the magnetic body 23 is attracted to both of the cases 10, the fixing action of the baffle 21 can be further enhanced.
In one embodiment, the fixing member 22 is fixedly provided with two magnetic bodies 23, one of the magnetic bodies 23 is magnetically attracted to one of the two cases 10, and the other of the magnetic bodies 23 is magnetically attracted to the other of the two cases 10, so that the two magnetic bodies 23 are respectively attracted to the two cases 10, thereby enhancing the position stabilizing effect of the baffle 21, and further enabling the baffle 21 to be fixed relative to both cases 10.
Preferably, at least a portion of the baffle 21 is attached to the two housings 10, as shown, a left portion of the baffle 21 is attached to a front side of the left housing 10, and a right portion of the baffle 21 is attached to a front side of the right housing 10. Therefore, the two magnetic bodies 23 are respectively adsorbed to the two cases 10, so that the baffle 21 and the two cases 10 are prevented from being easily separated when the two cases 10 are slightly uneven in front and back or slightly uneven in top and bottom, and the overall quality of the combination refrigerator 100 is improved.
The two magnetic bodies 23 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction, and both are provided in a long shape extending in the longitudinal direction of the connecting bar 2. For example, as shown in the embodiment of the drawings, the connecting bar 2 extends vertically and lengthily, and accordingly, the two magnetic bodies 23 are both shaped like long bars extending vertically, so that the baffle 21 can be fixed by the magnetic bodies 23 at different heights up and down to prevent the baffle 21 from being partially separated from the box 10 and tilted.
The fixing member 22 includes a disposition portion 223 for mounting the magnetic body 23, the disposition portion 223 has a sleeve extending along the longitudinal direction of the connection bar 2, and the magnetic body 23 is inserted into the sleeve along the longitudinal direction of the connection bar 2 to realize the assembly connection of the magnetic body 23 and the fixing member 22, and the assembly manner is simple and fast. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the connecting strip 2 extends vertically up and down, and accordingly, the sleeve extends vertically up and down to allow the magnetic body 23 to be inserted into the sleeve from the upper end or the lower end.
Further, the baffle 21 is detachably assembled and coupled with the fixing member 22. Thus, the connecting strips 2 can be conveniently processed and manufactured, and in the assembling process of the combined refrigerator 100, the fixing piece 22 can be fixed in the splicing gap T through the magnetic body 23, and then the baffle 21 is assembled and connected to the fixing piece 22, so that the assembling and mounting process is more convenient and faster.
Preferably, one of the baffle 21 and the fixing member 22 is formed with a sliding groove 212 extending in the longitudinal direction of the connecting bar 2, specifically, in the embodiment of the drawings, the sliding groove 212 extending in the up-down direction; the other of the baffle plate 21 and the fixing member 22 is formed with an insertion portion 224 adapted to the sliding groove 212, and the insertion portion 224 can be inserted into the sliding groove 212 or separated from the sliding groove 212 in a sliding manner in the up-down direction, so that the baffle plate 21 and the fixing member 22 can be quickly assembled by sliding up and down.
Moreover, when the inserting portion 224 is in an inserting state with the sliding groove 212, the fixing member 22 limits the baffle 21 to move away from the splicing gap T perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the connecting bar 2, specifically, in the embodiment of the drawings, the fixing member 22 limits the baffle 21 to move forward, thereby preventing the baffle 21 from falling off from the splicing gap T forward.
More specifically, the shutter 21 includes an end plate 210 and two protruding plates 211. The end plate 210 is attached to the two cases 10, and as described above, the left portion of the end plate 210 is attached to the front side of the case 10 arranged on the left, and the right portion of the end plate 210 is attached to the front side of the case 10 arranged on the right. The two protruding plates 211 are integrally provided with the end plate 210, and the baffle 21 is provided as an integrally formed aluminum alloy sheet metal member in this embodiment. The two protruding plates 211 are opposite left and right and protrude towards the inside of the splicing gap T perpendicular to the end plate 210, that is, the protruding plates 211 are located behind the end plate 210 and protrude backwards in the example of the drawing; and the surfaces of the two protruding plates 211 close to each other are formed with sliding grooves 212, and the sliding grooves 212 are recessed and formed from the protruding plate 211 where the sliding grooves 212 are located away from the other protruding plate 211 in the left-right direction.
Correspondingly, the fixing element 22 includes a connecting portion at the front end thereof, the connecting portion is specifically an inserting bar 221 allocated to the baffle 21, the inserting bar 221 is clamped between the two protruding plates 211, and the inserting portion 224 is a convex rib protruding out of the inserting bar 221 along the left-right direction, so that in the assembly of the fixing element 22 and the connecting bar 2, the quick assembly connection can be realized through the matching of the convex rib and the sliding groove 212; moreover, the insert 221 is arranged between the two protruding plates 211, so that the fixing element 22 can be further conveniently arranged into a relatively flexible integrally-formed plastic piece, and the rigid collision between the fixing element 22 and the baffle 21 of the aluminum alloy sheet metal part can be avoided.
Further, the fixing member 22 further includes two elastic arms 222 disposed opposite to each other in the left-right direction, and the two elastic arms 222 are respectively tightly attached to the side walls 13 of the two cases 10 and are in an elastic deformation state close to each other under the clamping action of the two cases 10. Thus, the two elastic arms 222 are tightly held by the two cases 10 and deformed, thereby further fixing the baffle 21 by increasing the frictional resistance between the fixing member 22 and the cases 10.
Preferably, the elastic arm 222 is connected between the arrangement portion 223 and the insertion strip 221, and a front end thereof is configured as a fixed end fixedly connected with the insertion strip 221, and a rear end thereof is configured as an elastic movable end relatively distant from the insertion strip 221 and connected with the arrangement portion 223 for achieving the aforementioned elastically deformed state close to each other. As shown in fig. 4, in the natural state, the maximum width W of the fixed member 22 in the left-right direction is configured at the position P of the elastic movable ends of the two elastic arms 222; as shown in fig. 6, when the two elastic arms 222 are held by the two cases 10 in the elastically deformed state, the width of the fixed member 22 at the position P is reduced with respect to the maximum width W, that is, the elastic movable ends of the two elastic arms 22 are close to each other.
Further, referring to fig. 7 to 12, the combination refrigerator 100 of an embodiment further includes a first connector 3 and a second connector 5 to achieve a tight connection between the two cases 10.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 to 9, the first connecting member 3 is provided as an integrally formed member in a T shape, which includes a fastening plate 31 and a distance projection 32.
The fastening plate 31 has at least two screw holes 311, and is fastened and coupled to the preset screw holes 15 (reference numeral refers to fig. 2) of the two cases 10 by screws 9 disposed in the screw holes 311; in the illustrated embodiment, the fastening plate 31 is configured as a continuous plane plate, and has a screw hole 311 at each of the left and right ends, wherein the screw hole 311 at the left end is tightly coupled to the preset screw hole 15 of the left arranged casing 10 by a screw 9, and the screw hole 311 at the right end is tightly coupled to the preset screw hole 15 of the right arranged casing 10 by a screw 9.
The distance protrusion 32 protrudes out of the fastening plate 31 and is inserted into the splicing gap T; the two cases 10 tightly hold the distance protrusions 32 from the left and right sides, and meanwhile, the distance between any two cases 10 is larger than zero; that is, while the two cases 10 are in a state of closely holding the distance projection 32, the two cases 10 are not yet completely abutted together, and further approaching between the two cases 10 is not possible due to the restriction of the distance projection 32. From this, at the combination in-process of combination refrigerator 100, can push away the state of closing to with two boxes 10 earlier, the rethread is to inserting the protruding 32 mode of fixed distance in the concatenation gap T for two boxes 10 part each other, and then make two screw holes 311 on the mounting plate 31 just can be corresponding to two boxes 10 predetermine screw hole 15, thereby convenient completion combination assembly.
In order to achieve the alignment of the two screw holes 311 on the fastening plate 31 and the preset screw holes 15 of the two cases 10 in the prior art, the prior art relies on the installer to repeatedly push the cases 10 to adjust the distance between the two cases 10 to meet the expectation, the cases 10 are heavy and laborious to push, and difficult to adjust to the position at one time, and the process is complicated and inconvenient. In the embodiment, the distance protrusions 32 are arranged, so that the problem that the adjusting process is complicated in the prior art is well solved, and the rapid assembly is realized.
Further, the width of the protruding end 320 of the distance protrusion 32 in the left-right direction gradually increases toward the fastening plate 31, so that the distance protrusion 32 can be easily inserted into the splicing gap T during the assembly and installation process by the tip guide function, and easy assembly is realized.
The first connecting member 3 may be applied to the connection fixing at any suitable position of the two unit refrigerators 1 as required, and preferably, the first connecting member 3 is provided at the top side, the front top and the front bottom of the two cases 10 for the fixed connection of the top side and the front side of the two cases 10.
Further, referring to fig. 10 to 12, the second connecting member 5 includes two side plates 52 disposed opposite to each other in the left-right direction and a base plate 51 connecting the two side plates 52; each case 10 has a slit 130 concavely provided on a surface thereof; the base plate 51 crosses the splicing gap T, one side plate 52 is inserted into the slit 130 of one of the boxes 10 in a direction perpendicular to the left-right direction, and the other side plate 52 is inserted into the slit 130 of the other box 10 in a direction perpendicular to the left-right direction, so that the two boxes 10 can be tensioned and fixed by the second connecting piece 5 in the left-right direction through the splicing fit of the two side plates 52 on the slits 130 of the two boxes 10, and the two boxes 10 are prevented from being excessively close to or far away from each other. In the assembling process of the combined refrigerator 100, even when two boxes 10 are pushed to be close to each other, the distance between the two boxes 10 slightly deviates, the two boxes 10 do not need to be repeatedly pushed to adjust the distance as in the prior art, and the two boxes 10 can be quickly fixed in place only by inserting the two side plates 52 into the slits of the two boxes 10, so that the installation is convenient and quick.
Preferably, the second connecting member 5 is disposed at the rear side of the two cases 10, that is, the rear side of the two cases 10 is provided with a slit 130, and the slit 130 can be preferably implemented by an assembly joint of the rear back panel 12 and the side wall 13 of the case 10, for example, the side wall 13 has a flange 131 extending in the left-right direction and a U-shaped bend 132 formed at the end of the flange 131, and the U-shaped bend 132 has an opening opened toward the rear; the left and right edges 121 of the back plate 12 are bent forward and inserted into the U-shaped bends 132 through the opening to assemble and mate the back plate 12 and the side wall 13, and a slit 130 is formed therebetween; the side plate 52 of the second link 5 is inserted forward through the opening into the U-bend 132 and is held by the back plate 12 and the side wall 13 from the left-right direction.
In addition, the second connecting member 5 is preferably provided as an integral U-shaped bent plate member, and the base plate 51 is a flat plate perpendicular to the two side plates 52, so that the stability of the distance between the two side plates 52 can be enhanced, and the fastening strength of the second connecting member 5 to the two cases 10 can be enhanced.

In this way, by covering the front sides of the two cases 10 with the integrated upper decoration strips 4, compared with the prior art in which the two single refrigerators 1 are configured as the combined refrigerator 100 by being arranged side by side, the present embodiment is not simply put together, but can achieve the effect of integral modularization by arranging the integrated upper decoration strips 4, thereby increasing the quality and grade of the combined refrigerator 100.
Specifically, the upper decoration strip 4 crosses the splicing gap T and extends leftwards to the left frame of the left-arranged box 10 and rightwards to the right frame of the right-arranged box 10, so as to substantially cover the top of the front sides of the two boxes 10 and the middle splicing gap T, and to actually establish the combined connection between the two single refrigerators 1 from the front view, rather than simply placing them together.
Further, each of the cabinets 10 includes a top cover plate 11 configuring an appearance of a top side thereof, a top edge of the upper molding 4 is higher than or flush with the top cover plate 11 in an up-down direction, and a top edge of the upper molding 4 is higher than the top cover plate 11 in the embodiment of the drawings, so that even if the heights of the tops of the two unit refrigerators 1 are misaligned due to differences in assembling and foaming among the different unit refrigerators 1, the top cover plate 11 is located behind the upper molding 4 and is covered by the upper molding 4 from the front in the present embodiment, thereby preventing the problem of the height misalignment of the tops of the two unit refrigerators 1 from being exposed in a front view, improving the appearance of the combination refrigerator 100, and conversely, reducing the severity of the operations of leveling the two unit refrigerators 1, and achieving rapid assembling.
In the preferred embodiment, the upper molding strip 4 and each case 10 are assembled and connected by means of snap and screw fastening, but the fastening of the upper molding strip 4 and the case 10 can also be realized by means of only snap or only screw fastening in a modified embodiment.
Specifically, the front edge of the top of each box body 10 is provided with a clamping hole 15 which is opened upwards; correspondingly, the upper molding 4 includes a front end trim 41 provided with a snap-fit projection 42 and a flange 43 bent backward from the top of the front end trim 41. Wherein, the clamping convex block 42 can be vertically inserted downwards into the clamping hole 15 to make the front end decorative plate 41 be clamped and assembled and connected with the two boxes 10, and the front surface of the front end decorative plate 41 forms the front side appearance of the two boxes 10; the flanges 43 and the two cases 10 are fastened and connected by screws, specifically in the drawing, the flanges 43 cover the top cover plate 11, and the flanges 43 are fastened and connected with the top cover plate 11 by screws in the up-down direction at the screw holes 431. Therefore, in the assembling process, the upper decorative strip 4 can be pressed onto the two box bodies 10 from top to bottom, so that the clamping convex block 42 is inserted into the clamping hole 15 downwards and then locked through the screw 9, and the rapid assembling is realized.
In addition, referring to fig. 16, each unit refrigerator 1 further has a spare upper molding 4' detachably assembled to its cabinet 10; when the two single refrigerators 1 are not placed in the manner of the combination refrigerator 100 in the present embodiment, but are placed individually, the top of the front side of the cabinet 10 can be provided with an upper decorative strip 4'; in the sectional refrigerator 100, the upper molding 4 is assembled to the cabinet 10 instead of the spare upper molding 4'. That is, when two single refrigerators 1 are combined into the combined refrigerator 100, the original independent upper molding (i.e., the spare upper molding 4') of each single refrigerator 1 is detached, and then the upper molding 4 is replaced to construct a common upper molding for the two single refrigerators 1, thereby achieving the effect of integrally connecting the two refrigerator bodies 10.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the combination type refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment has the following main beneficial effects:
(1) when the baffle 21 is used for shielding the splicing gap T, the magnetic body 23 is configured on the fixing piece 22, so that the magnetic body 23 is magnetically adsorbed with at least one box body 10, and then the fixing piece 22 is connected with the baffle 21, so that the baffle 21 is fixed, and the baffle 21 is prevented from falling from the splicing gap T;
(2) furthermore, the two magnetic bodies 23 are respectively adsorbed to the two boxes 10 correspondingly, so that the baffle 21 is further stabilized, the baffle 21 is kept fixed relative to the two boxes 10, and the baffle 21 and the two boxes 10 are prevented from being easily separated when the two boxes 10 are slightly uneven in front and back or slightly uneven in up and down;
(3) through the structural arrangement of the first connecting piece 3, in the combining process, the two box bodies 10 can be pushed to be close to each other, and then the distance-fixing bulge 32 is inserted into the splicing gap T to separate the two box bodies 10 from each other, so that the two screw holes 311 on the fastening plate 31 can just correspond to the preset screw holes 15 of the two box bodies 10, the combining and assembling are conveniently completed, and the problem that the box bodies 10 are repeatedly pushed for adjusting the distance between the two box bodies 10 in the prior art is solved;
(4) through the structural arrangement of the second connecting piece 5, in the combination process, the box bodies 10 are repeatedly pushed to adjust the distance as in the prior art, and the two box bodies 10 can be quickly fixed in place only by inserting the two side plates 52 into the slits 130 of the two box bodies 10, so that the installation is convenient and quick;
(5) by covering the front sides of the two cases 10 with the integrated upper decoration strips, the two cases 10 can achieve the effect of integral modularization, rather than simply being put together as in the prior art, thereby increasing the quality and grade of the combined refrigerator 100.
The detailed description set forth above is only a specific description of the feasible embodiments of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent embodiments or modifications that do not depart from the technical spirit of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
