The supporting sleeve 25 is connected with the lower shell 212 and extends into the water containing cavity 101, the supporting sleeve 25 is provided with a containing cavity 251 and a water through opening 252, the containing cavity 251 is communicated with the water containing cavity 101 through the water through opening 252, and the water absorption rod 221 and the probe 24 both extend into the containing cavity 251. The support sleeve 25 can support the water absorption rod 221 and also can play a role in protecting the water absorption rod 221 and the probe 24. The water in the water containing cavity 101 can enter the containing cavity 251 through the water passing port 252 to contact with the water absorbing rod 221 and the probe 24.
