In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, 7 and 9, the first housing 20 includes a top plate structure 23, a cover plate 24 covering the top plate structure 23, a side plate 25 surrounding the top plate structure 23 and extending toward the second housing 30, and a base plate 26 connected to the side plate 25 and away from the top plate structure 23, a liquid feeding channel 261 is formed on the base plate 26, the first control assembly 21 is disposed on a side of the base plate 26 close to the second housing 30, and the base plate 26 covers a side of the opening 301 of the second housing 30.
The top plate structure 23 includes a first top plate 231 and a second top plate 232 connected to the cover plate 24, a liquid filling opening 233 is formed between the first top plate 231 and the second top plate 232, the liquid storage tank 40 is communicated with the liquid filling opening 233 through a liquid filling channel 261 on the base plate 26, an edge of the second top plate 232 close to the liquid filling opening 233 is closer to the base plate 26 than an edge of the first top plate 231 close to the liquid filling opening 233, that is, an edge of the second top plate 232 close to the liquid filling opening 233 is lower than an edge of the first top plate 231 close to the liquid filling opening 233.

The humidifying device 100 further includes a first fan assembly 91 disposed corresponding to the air outlet 2712 and configured to blow air towards the mist outlet 2711 through the air outlet 2712, so that the mist outlet 2711 discharges the liquid mist to be diffused. By installing the mist outlet partition plate 27 on the second opening region 241 of the cover plate 24, and using a part of the through hole region 271 of the mist outlet partition plate 27 as the mist outlet 2711 and another part as the air outlet 2712, the first fan assembly 91 is disposed corresponding to the air outlet 2712, so that the air can be guided more precisely, the diffusion efficiency of the liquid mist of the mist outlet 2711 is improved, and the component arrangement of the humidifying device 100 is simplified, thereby facilitating the production and assembly.
In an embodiment, the first casing 20 is further provided with a switch key and an indicator light, the first control assembly 21 includes a first main circuit board, the switch key, the indicator light, the first fan assembly 91 and the first switching circuit board 221 are respectively electrically connected to the first main circuit board, and the switch key is used for controlling the on and off of the whole circuit of the humidifying device 100. It can be understood that the on-off key can control the on-off of the power supply of the first main circuit board, when the power supply of the first main circuit board is turned on, the circuit of the humidifying device 100 is turned on, the first main circuit board can drive the indicator light and the first fan assembly 91 to be turned on or off, and the indicator light can be used for prompting the liquid level of the liquid to be atomized inside the humidifying device 100, so as to know the liquid level condition of the liquid to be atomized inside the humidifying device 100. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a surface of a side of the first top plate 231 away from the base plate 26 is an arc surface recessed from an edge toward the first opening area 2311, the cover plate 24 is matched with the arc surface of the first top plate 231 in shape, and a surface of a side of the second top plate 232 away from the base plate 26 is an arc surface recessed from the side plate 25 toward the filling opening 233. The arc surface of first top plate 231 with second top plate 232 sets up can further increase the width of filling opening 233, just the arc surface of second top plate 232 plays the guide effect when the liquid feeding, and liquid outflow when preventing the liquid feeding.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, the second housing 30 further includes a first liquid mist channel 36 having a liquid mist channel, the first liquid mist channel 36 is disposed inside the liquid storage tank 40, the base plate 26 is provided with a second liquid mist channel 28 communicating the mist outlet 2711 and the first liquid mist channel 36, the atomizer 10 is disposed on a side of the bottom plate 31 away from the first housing 20, two ends of the first liquid mist channel 36 respectively correspond to the atomizer 10 and the second liquid mist channel 28, and the first liquid mist channel 36 and the second liquid mist channel 28 are hollow to form a liquid mist cavity 304; the liquid mist is discharged through the first liquid mist passage member 36, the second liquid mist passage member 28 and the mist outlet 2711. By arranging the first liquid mist channel piece 36 in the liquid storage tank 40, the structure of the humidifying device can be simpler, and the occupied space is smaller. The liquid storage tank 40 is arranged in the first accommodating space 302, and the outlet of the liquid fog cavity 304 corresponds to the fog outlet 2711, so that the liquid outlet 233 is positioned on one side of the fog outlet 2711, the humidifying device 100 can perform liquid supplementing in a normal working placing state, the liquid supplementing operation is further simplified, the use by a user is facilitated, and the user experience is better. Meanwhile, the atomizer 10 corresponds to the inlet of the liquid mist cavity 304, and the outlet of the liquid mist cavity 304 corresponds to the mist outlet 2711, so that the mist outlet path of the humidifying device 100 is shorter, and the mist outlet efficiency is higher.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, the bottom plate 31 has a first mounting hole 311, the atomizer 10 is mounted in the first mounting hole 311, the liquid storage tank 40 includes an annular bottom wall 42, a first side wall 43 annularly connected to the annular inner side of the bottom wall 42, and a second side wall 44 annularly connected to the annular outer side of the bottom wall 42, and the bottom wall 42 has a drain hole.
The first liquid mist channel member 36 comprises a circular wall structure 361 with a receiving cavity 3611, a guide plate structure 362 located in the receiving cavity 3611, a connecting plate 363 connected to the periphery of the circular wall structure 361, and an extending plate 364 connected to one end of the connecting plate 363 away from the circular wall structure 361 and extending towards the side of the atomizer 10, wherein the circular wall structure 361 extends into the first side wall 43, the connecting plate 363 is located between the bottom wall 42 and the bottom plate 31, the circular wall structure 361 and the guide plate structure 362 enclose at least a part of the liquid mist channel, the inlet of the liquid mist channel is arranged corresponding to the atomizer 10, and the outlet of the liquid mist channel faces the mist outlet 2711; the bottom plate 31 further has a second mounting hole 312, and the humidifying device further includes a sterilizing member 80 mounted in the second mounting hole 312 and used for sterilizing the liquid to be atomized in the first receiving space 302. Through the installation of the second mounting hole 312 of the bottom plate 31 the disinfection piece 80 can be in the working process of the humidifying device 100 is right wait to atomize the liquid and generate the liquid fog after atomizing and disinfect, so that the liquid fog discharged by the humidifying device 100 is cleaner and more sanitary, and does not influence the human health.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the first fan assembly 91 is located in a receiving cavity defined by the second mist channel member 28, the side plate 25 and the first top plate 231; a surface of the substrate 26 facing away from the second casing 30 and close to a side of the first fan assembly 91 includes an arc-shaped surface for guiding the outlet air of the first fan assembly 91 to the air outlet 2712; the first fan assembly 91 includes an axial flow fan extending in the same direction as the length direction of the first opening region 2311. The first fan unit 91 is provided in the housing chamber defined by the second mist duct member 28, the first top plate 231, and the base plate 26, thereby further simplifying the integration of the humidifier 100. Meanwhile, the air deflector on the side of the second mist channel 28 close to the first fan assembly 91 can better guide the air blown out by the first fan assembly 91 to the air outlet 2712, so that the air outlet efficiency is improved. The first fan assembly 91 is an axial fan and has the same extension direction as the length direction of the first opening region 2311, so that the air outlet efficiency can be further improved in the irregular arc-shaped channel.
The humidifying device 100 further comprises a second fan assembly 92, the second fan assembly 92 is located on a side of the bottom plate 31 far away from the first casing 20 and is adjacent to the atomizer 10, and the second fan assembly 92 is used for blowing air to the liquid mist channel to discharge the liquid mist through the first liquid mist channel member 36, the second liquid mist channel member 28 and the mist outlet 2711. In addition, by arranging the second fan assembly 92 beside the atomizer 10, the liquid mist atomized by the atomizer 10 can be guided to the mist outlet 2711, and the mist outlet efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the second control assembly 50 includes a second main circuit board, and the atomizer 10, the second fan assembly 92, the sterilizer 80 and the liquid level detection circuit board 331 are electrically connected to the second main circuit board respectively, and the second main circuit board is used for controlling the opening and closing of the atomizer 10, the second fan assembly 92 and the sterilizer 80.

Claims (10)

1. A humidification device, comprising:
an atomizer for atomizing a liquid to be atomized to generate a liquid mist;
the first shell is provided with a mist outlet for discharging the liquid mist, and a first control assembly and a first electric contact electrically connected with the first control assembly are arranged on the first shell;
the second shell comprises a bottom plate and a side wall structure connected with the bottom plate, a first accommodating space with an opening is defined by the bottom plate and the side wall structure, the first shell is covered on one side of the opening, the side wall structure is further provided with an electric connecting piece and a second electric contact piece, and the second electric contact piece is electrically connected with the electric connecting piece and corresponds to the first electric contact piece;
the second control assembly is positioned on one side of the bottom plate, which is far away from the first shell, the second control assembly is electrically connected with one end of the electric connector, which is far away from the second electric contact, and when the first shell is covered on the second shell, the first electric contact and the second electric contact are contacted, so that the second control assembly is electrically connected with the first control assembly.
2. The humidification apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second housing further comprises a connection cover plate connected to an inside of the sidewall structure and enclosing an extension chamber with the sidewall structure, the extension chamber extending from an end of the sidewall structure near the first housing to an end of the sidewall structure far from the first housing, at least part of the electrical connector being located in the extension chamber;
the second housing further comprises a connection end plate connecting an end of the side wall structure adjacent the first housing and the connection cover plate, the second electrical contact being mounted on the connection end plate.
3. The humidification apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connection end plate is provided with a contact mounting hole and a drainage groove disposed around the contact mounting hole, and the second electrical contact is disposed in the contact mounting hole;
the humidifying device further comprises a first switching circuit board and a second switching circuit board, the first switching circuit board is electrically connected between the first electric contact and the first control assembly, the second switching circuit board is arranged on the connecting end plate and connected between the second electric contact and the electric connecting piece, and the second control assembly is electrically connected with one end, far away from the second electric contact, of the electric connecting piece.

The humidifying device according to claim 2, further comprising a bottom cover and a tank for storing the liquid to be atomized, the tank being provided in the first receiving space and supplying the liquid to be atomized to the first receiving space so that the atomizer atomizes the liquid to be atomized in the first receiving space to generate the mist;
the bottom cover is positioned on one side of the bottom plate far away from the liquid storage tank; the side wall structure comprises a first part and a second part connected with the first part, the bottom plate is connected at the joint between the first part and the second part, the first part and the bottom plate enclose the first receiving space, the second part and the bottom plate also enclose a second receiving space, and at least part of the bottom cover is positioned in the second receiving space; the second control assembly is located in the second accommodating space.

The humidifying device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first casing comprises a top plate structure, a cover plate covering the top plate structure, a side plate surrounding the top plate structure and extending towards the second casing, and a base plate connecting the side plate and far away from the top plate structure, wherein a liquid charging passage is formed on the base plate, the first control assembly is arranged on one side of the base plate close to the second casing, and the base plate cover is arranged on one side of the opening of the second casing;

The humidifying device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first opening region is provided on the first top plate portion, a second opening region corresponding to the first opening region is provided on the cover plate, a mist outlet partition plate is provided on the second opening region, the mist outlet partition plate comprises a grid structure having a plurality of through hole regions, one part of the plurality of through hole regions serves as the mist outlet, and the other part of the plurality of through hole regions serves as the air outlet; the humidifying device further comprises a first fan assembly, the first fan assembly corresponds to the air outlet and is used for blowing air towards the mist outlet through the air outlet so that the mist outlet discharges the liquid mist to be diffused.

The humidifying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a surface of a side of the first top plate portion remote from the base plate is an arc-shaped surface recessed from an edge toward the first opening region, the cover plate is matched in shape with the arc-shaped surface of the first top plate portion, and a surface of a side of the second top plate portion remote from the base plate is an arc-shaped surface recessed from the side plate toward the charging port.

The humidifying device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second housing further comprises a first liquid mist passage member having a liquid mist passage, the first liquid mist passage member is disposed inside the reservoir, the base plate is provided with a second liquid mist passage member communicating the mist outlet with the first liquid mist passage member, the atomizer is disposed on a side of the base plate away from the first housing, two ends of the first liquid mist passage member respectively correspond to the atomizer and the second liquid mist passage member, and a liquid mist chamber is formed in the first liquid mist passage member and the second liquid mist passage member; the liquid mist is discharged through the first liquid mist passage member, the second liquid mist passage member, and the mist outlet.

The humidifying device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the base plate has a first mounting hole, the atomizer is mounted to the first mounting hole, the tank includes an annular bottom wall, a first side wall annularly connected to an annular inner side of the bottom wall, and a second side wall annularly connected to an annular outer side of the bottom wall, and the bottom wall has a drain hole;
the first liquid fog channel part comprises a circular wall structure with a containing cavity, a guide plate structure positioned in the containing cavity and a connecting plate connected with the periphery of the circular wall structure, the circular wall structure extends into the first side wall, the connecting plate is positioned between the bottom wall and the bottom plate, the circular wall structure and the guide plate structure enclose at least one part of the liquid fog channel, the inlet of the liquid fog channel is arranged corresponding to the atomizer, and the outlet of the liquid fog channel faces the fog outlet; the bottom plate still has the second mounting hole, humidification device still includes the disinfection piece, install in the second mounting hole is used for to first accommodation space treat atomizing liquid and disinfect.
