An opening is formed at a corresponding position of the electronic control box body 10, and a grille 12 is designed at a corresponding opening position of a shell 13 at the outer side of the electronic control box body 10. The grill 12 located outside the opening can prevent a large-sized foreign matter from entering the case in a heat radiating state.
In consideration of high heat dissipation of the outdoor unit having a high air conditioning capacity, the electronic control box 10 is further provided with a heat dissipation plate 14. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the printed circuit board on which the electronic control module 16 is located is preferably fixed to the base 15, with a cavity defined therebetween. Preferably, a heat sink 14 is disposed in the cavity, the heat sink 14 being adjacent to and juxtaposed with the electronic control module 16. At least one set of refrigerant pipes 33 is embedded in the heat dissipation plate 14. Therefore, in a heat dissipation state, the temperature in the electric control box body 10 can be reduced to a set range within an ideal time range through the air flow and the heat exchange effect of the refrigerant in the heat dissipation plate 14, and damage to electronic elements due to overhigh temperature is avoided. Preferably, the heat radiating plate 14 is made of aluminum metal, and the refrigerant pipe 33 is made of copper pipe. The inner wall of the heat dissipating plate 14 is preferably provided with a tooth-shaped cavity so that the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe 33 can be sufficiently contacted with the heat dissipating plate 14.
The rotation of the damper body 24 driven by the stepping motor 29 is preferably based on a detection signal of the temperature sensor. A temperature sensor is provided in the electronic control cabinet 10 to detect the temperature of the electronic control cabinet 10. A driving chip for driving the stepping motor 29 is also provided in the electronic control box 10. The driving chip receives the temperature detection signal of the temperature sensor, generates and outputs a driving pulse signal to the stepping motor 29, so as to drive the damper body 24 to rotate to different positions. When the temperature is higher than the protection temperature, i.e., the heat radiation state is entered, the damper body 24 is rotated to partially or fully open the opening. When the temperature is equal to or lower than the normal operating temperature, i.e. enters a non-radiating state, the damper body 24 is inserted into the opening to close the electronic control box 10. The temperature sensor is preferably integrated on the printed circuit board and is therefore not separately indicated in the figure. The driving chip can be realized by an outdoor unit mainboard or an independent single chip microcomputer chip with an independent input/output port.
