When in use, the supporting leg 30 is supported at the bottom 201 of the straight-wall-shaped inner pot 200 and is contacted with the bottom 201 of the straight-wall-shaped inner pot 200 through the silica gel pad 32, so that the coating of the bottom 201 can be protected.
