an indoor unit body;
the fresh air module comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a fresh air inlet, a fresh air outlet and a fresh air channel which is communicated with the fresh air inlet and the fresh air outlet, the fresh air inlet is used for being communicated with the outside, and the fresh air outlet is communicated with an air inlet of the indoor unit body;
the wind wheel is arranged on the fresh air channel;
the valve is installed at the fresh air inlet so as to open or close the fresh air inlet, and a sealing layer is arranged at the periphery of the valve.
2. The wall mounted indoor unit of air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the valve is rotatably installed at the fresh air inlet.
3. The wall hanging type air conditioner indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the valve comprises a wind screen and a first rotating shaft connected to a side of the wind screen, and the wind screen is rotatably connected to the casing through the first rotating shaft.

The wall mounted air conditioning indoor unit of claim 3, wherein the fresh air module further comprises a driving device mounted outside the housing, and a driving shaft of the driving device passes through the housing and is connected with the first rotating shaft to drive the first rotating shaft to rotate.

The wall hanging type air conditioning indoor unit of claim 3, wherein the valve further comprises a second rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the periphery of the wind screen, and the wind screen is further rotatably connected with the casing through the second rotating shaft.

The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 5, wherein the fresh air module further comprises a limiting rib extending along the circumferential direction of the air inlet, two ends of the limiting rib are respectively adjacent to the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, an inner peripheral wall of the limiting rib protrudes out of an aperture edge of the fresh air inlet, and a first plate surface of the air baffle abuts against the limiting rib at a position where the air inlet is closed by the air baffle.

The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 6, wherein the hole edge of the fresh air inlet is provided with a limit groove extending along the circumferential direction, the limit groove and the limit rib are respectively positioned at two sides of the first rotating shaft, and the second plate surface of the wind shield abuts against the limit groove at the position where the wind shield closes the air inlet.
8. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 5, wherein the housing is formed with a shaft groove, a notch of the shaft groove is provided with a limit buckle, and the second rotary shaft is rotatably engaged with the shaft groove and is limited in the shaft groove by the limit buckle.

The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 8, wherein the casing comprises a bottom casing and a casing cover covering the opening of the bottom casing, the fresh air inlet and the shaft groove are formed in the bottom casing, the end of the second rotating shaft protrudes out of the shaft groove and is sleeved with a shaft sleeve, and the casing cover is provided with a containing groove matched with the shaft sleeve.
10. The wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the valve is provided with an insulating layer on a surface thereof.

The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air module further comprises a purification assembly, and the purification assembly is arranged in the fresh air channel and is positioned at one axial end of the wind wheel so as to correspond to the air inlet end of the wind wheel.

The wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit of claim 11, wherein the fresh air outlet is formed at a front side wall of the casing, and a mounting opening is formed at one side of the fresh air outlet, and the purification assembly is mounted to the casing in a manner of being drawable from the mounting opening.

The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 12, wherein the purification assembly divides the fresh air channel into an air inlet chamber communicated with the fresh air inlet and an air outlet chamber communicated with the fresh air outlet, and the wind wheel is installed in the air outlet chamber.
14. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit of claim 13, wherein the casing comprises a bottom casing and a casing cover covering an opening of the bottom casing, the bottom casing is formed with a first cavity and a second cavity which are separated from each other, the first cavity forms the air outlet cavity, the second cavity is located on the periphery side of the wind wheel, and the fresh air inlet is formed in the wall of the second cavity;
the purification assembly is arranged at the opening of the first cavity so as to form a third cavity between the first cavity and the shell cover, and the third cavity is communicated with the second cavity to form the air inlet cavity.
15. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the wall-mounted indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
