本实用新型公开了一种气泡球灯,具有结构简单、成本低,安装稳定性好且密封防水性好的特点,其技术方案要点是包括灯座和灯头,所述灯座包括相互连接的左壳体和右壳体,左壳体与右壳体之间形成内腔,内腔包括位于灯座上部的引线腔和位于灯座下部的安装腔,灯座内设有灌胶贴片灯板组件,灌胶贴片灯板组件包括透明外壳、置于透明外壳内的贴片灯板、与贴片灯板相连接的引线,透明外壳内设有容纳腔,贴片灯板安装于容纳腔内,引线由容纳腔的一端引出,容纳腔内填充有用于对贴片灯板起到密封作用的胶水,本实用新型适用于装饰灯技术领域。

本实用新型属于装饰灯技术领域,特指一种气泡球灯。
背景技术
现有的装饰灯结构通常包括灯座、灯头和灯芯,现有的灯芯通常为裸露结构,直接放置于灯座或灯芯内,安装稳定性差,且防水密封性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种气泡球灯,具有结构简单、成本低,安装稳定性好且密封防水性好的特点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种气泡球灯,包括灯座和灯头,其特征在于:所述灯座包括相互连接的左壳体和右壳体,左壳体与右壳体之间形成内腔,内腔包括位于灯座上部的引线腔和位于灯座下部的安装腔,灯座内设有灌胶贴片灯板组件,灌胶贴片灯板组件包括透明外壳、置于透明外壳内的贴片灯板、与贴片灯板相连接的引线,透明外壳内设有容纳腔,贴片灯板安装于容纳腔内,引线由容纳腔的一端引出,容纳腔内填充有用于对贴片灯板起到密封作用的胶水。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述安装腔内设有固定环,引线腔和安装腔的连接处设有台阶面,台阶面与固定环之间形成固定腔,透明外壳的外壁上设有固定卡环,固定卡环安装于固定腔内。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述左壳体的连接面设有位于内腔两侧上的卡槽,右壳体的连接面上设有与卡槽适配的卡条。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述左壳体和右壳体通过超声波焊接固定。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述引线腔内设有分别置于左壳体和右壳体内的若干凸棱,相邻凸棱之间形成供单根引线通过的线槽。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述灯座和灯头之间可拆卸连接,所述安装腔内设有置于固定环下方的内螺纹,灯头上设有与内螺纹适配的外螺纹。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述左壳体和右壳体的外壁上均设有用于旋拧的凸条。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述左壳体或右壳体上设有至少一个卡接耳。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述灯头上内设有空腔,且空腔与安装腔连通。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述灯头呈球状,且灯头内设有若干气泡。
通过采用上述技术方案具有以下优点:由于灯座是左右分体式结构,容易对内部的灌胶贴片灯板组件实现安装固定,稳定性好,且安装后通过超声波焊接的方式对灯座进行密封连接,整体防水性能好,密封性高;
灌胶贴片灯板组件采用灌胶密封结构,可以进一步提高防水性能;
本设计整体结构简单,成本低,适合推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述,参见图1-4:
一种气泡球灯,包括灯座和灯头18,所述灯座包括相互连接的左壳体1和右壳体2,左壳体1与右壳体2之间形成内腔,内腔包括位于灯座上部的引线腔和位于灯座下部的安装腔,灯座内设有灌胶贴片灯板组件,灌胶贴片灯板组件包括透明外壳3、置于透明外壳3内的贴片灯板4、与贴片灯板4相连接的引线5,透明外壳3内设有容纳腔,贴片灯板4安装于容纳腔内,引线5由容纳腔的一端引出,容纳腔内填充有用于对贴片灯板4起到密封作用的胶水6。
灯座为左右分体式结构,便于灌胶贴片灯板组件的安装;引线腔便于灌胶贴片灯板组件上的引线5引出;灌胶贴片灯板组件采用灌胶设计,整体密封性好,防水性好;采用本结构,具有结构简单,成本低,且安装稳定,防水性好的特点。
所述安装腔内设有固定环7,引线腔和安装腔的连接处设有台阶面8,台阶面8与固定环7之间形成固定腔,透明外壳3的外壁上设有固定卡环9,固定卡环9安装于固定腔内,实现对灌胶贴片灯板组件的轴向和径向压紧,实现对灌胶贴片灯板组件的紧固。
所述左壳体1的连接面设有位于内腔两侧上的卡槽10,右壳体2的连接面上设有与卡槽10适配的卡条11,左壳体1和右壳体2安装扣合时,卡槽10与卡条11卡接,可以增加左壳体1和右壳体2之间的连接稳定性,左壳体1和右壳体2再通过超声波焊接固定,实现密封连接,起到防水作用。
所述引线腔内设有分别置于左壳体1和右壳体2内的若干凸棱12,相邻凸棱12之间形成供单根引线5通过的线槽13,通过凸棱12的设置可以对引线5起到分隔压紧的作用,且在引线腔处可以进一步通过胶水6粘接、超声波焊接等方式进行进一步的密封固定。
所述灯座和灯头18之间可拆卸连接,所述安装腔内设有置于固定环7下方的内螺纹,灯头18上设有与内螺纹适配的外螺纹,方便灯座与灯头18之间的拆卸及安装。
所述左壳体1和右壳体2的外壁上均设有用于旋拧的凸条14,方便灯座与灯头18之间的旋拧。
所述左壳体1或右壳体2上设有至少一个卡接耳15,卡接耳15便于将灯座固定于外部连接部件上,实现灯座的悬挂固定。
所述灯头18上内设有空腔16,且空腔16与安装腔连通,空腔16便于贴片灯板4上光线透过且沿灯头18散射,增加明亮度及美观性。
所述灯头18呈球状,且灯头18内设有若干气泡17,灯头可以采用注塑成型形成气泡,通过上述结构设计,光线通过时能够更加炫丽美观。

1.一种气泡球灯,包括灯座和灯头(18),其特征在于:所述灯座包括相互连接的左壳体(1)和右壳体(2),左壳体(1)与右壳体(2)之间形成内腔,内腔包括位于灯座上部的引线腔和位于灯座下部的安装腔,灯座内设有灌胶贴片灯板组件,灌胶贴片灯板组件包括透明外壳(3)、置于透明外壳(3)内的贴片灯板(4)、与贴片灯板(4)相连接的引线(5),透明外壳(3)内设有容纳腔,贴片灯板(4)安装于容纳腔内,引线(5)由容纳腔的一端引出,容纳腔内填充有用于对贴片灯板(4)起到密封作用的胶水(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述安装腔内设有固定环(7),引线腔和安装腔的连接处设有台阶面(8),台阶面(8)与固定环(7)之间形成固定腔,透明外壳(3)的外壁上设有固定卡环(9),固定卡环(9)安装于固定腔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述左壳体(1)的连接面设有位于内腔两侧上的卡槽(10),右壳体(2)的连接面上设有与卡槽(10)适配的卡条(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述左壳体(1)和右壳体(2)通过超声波焊接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述灯座和灯头(18)之间可拆卸连接,安装腔内设有置于固定环(7)下方的内螺纹,灯头(18)上设有与内螺纹适配的外螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述左壳体(1)和右壳体(2)的外壁上均设有用于旋拧的凸条(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述左壳体(1)或右壳体(2)上设有至少一个卡接耳(15)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(18)上内设有空腔(16),且空腔(16)与安装腔连通。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种气泡球灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(18)呈球状,且灯头(18)内设有若干气泡(17)。
