5. The dual drum washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein four said hanger bars are connected to said upper drum, and said four hanger bars are symmetrically connected to top beams on both sides of said upper drum, respectively.
6. A dual drum washing machine according to claim 5 wherein one end of said hanger bar is connected to a corner formed by adjacent said top cross members.

A dual drum washing machine according to claim 6 wherein at least three of said first dampers are attached to said bottom frame, one of said three first dampers being located on said bottom rail on one side of said lower drum and two of said three first dampers being located on said bottom rail on the other side of said lower drum.
8. A dual drum washing machine according to claim 7 wherein three of said first dampers form an isosceles triangle with the support of said base beam.

A dual drum washing machine according to claim 2 wherein said machine body further comprises at least two second dampers, one end of said second dampers being connected to said center sill and the other end of said second dampers being connected to said upper drum; the second vibration damper is used for supporting the upper cylinder and damping vibration generated by the upper cylinder.
10. A dual-drum washing machine according to claim 9, wherein two of said second dampers are connected to said upper drum, and are disposed symmetrically about the axis of said upper drum; the angle range formed by the extension lines of the two second dampers is as follows: 30 degrees or more and 120 degrees or less.
11. A dual drum washing machine according to claim 9 wherein three of said second dampers are attached to said upper drum, one of said three second dampers being located on one side of said upper drum and two of said three second dampers being located on the other side of said upper drum.
12. A dual-drum washing machine according to claim 9, wherein four of said second dampers are attached to said upper drum, and are evenly distributed on both sides of said upper drum, and said four second dampers are symmetrically disposed.
13. A dual drum washing machine according to claim 2 wherein the washing machine body further includes a tension spring having one end fixedly mounted to the cross member and the other end fixedly mounted to the lower drum.
