The filter screen 251 and the supporting portion 252 are connected to form a cup shape, and the supporting portion 252 may be connected to the mounting portion 253 by being fitted over an outer ring of the mounting portion 253. A portion of the mounting portion 253 is exposed from the valve inlet 27 and is adjacent to the bottom surface of the housing 1, and liquid can enter the filter assembly 25 from the mounting portion 253 and flow upwardly through the filter screen 151 to filter out impurities. The mounting portion 253 may be connected to the valve inlet 27 by a snap-fit or snap-fit arrangement, such as by a snap-fit interference fit of the mounting portion 253 to the valve inlet 27 to mount the filter assembly 25 to the valve inlet 27. The filter assembly 2 may be mounted to the valve assembly 2 by hand without tools, or the valve assembly 2 may be mounted to the housing 1 by hand without tools. The valve assembly 2 may be mounted to the housing 1, for example, by pushing, pressing, toggling, rotating, etc. the valve assembly 2 by hand.
The filter assembly 25 can be cleaned by detaching the valve assembly 2 from the case 1, and the filter assembly 25 can be separated from the valve assembly 2, and the filter assembly 25 can be cleaned alone or the filter assembly 25 can be replaced.
Further, the bottom of the inside of the case 1 is provided with a recess 16, the recess 16 is located opposite to the valve inlet 27, and the valve inlet 27 can be fitted into the recess 16. When there is less liquid in the tank 200, this liquid will accumulate in the recess 16 and can be drained through the valve assembly 2, with no or little residual water, without the need to separately clean the water inside the tank 1.
When the water tank 200 is mounted to the main body 100, the water tank 200 is inserted into the valve inlet 28 along the extending direction of the guide portion 12, the pipe 600 connected to the main body 100 is inserted, the end of the pipe 600 presses the trigger portion 233 to cause the push rod 23 to compress the spring 22, and the sealing portion 232 and the tapered portion 263 are separated to open the valve assembly 2. The liquid in the water tank 200 may be pumped by the water pump 300 for assisting in cleaning. When the valve assembly 2 is in a closed state without being applied with an external force when the water tank 200 is not mounted to the main body 100, the liquid in the water tank 200 is not leaked by the valve assembly 2.
It will be appreciated that to facilitate a stable connection between the conduit 600 and the valve inlet 28, a docking assembly adapted to the valve inlet 28 may be attached to the conduit 600, although this is not required.
In the above embodiment, the filter assembly 25 and the valve assembly 2 are detachably combined and mounted to the case, but the present application is not limited thereto.
In one possible embodiment, the filter assembly 25 may be formed as a unitary structure with the valve assembly 2, with the filter assembly 25, including the filter screen 251 thereon, being removably mounted to the housing 1 via the valve assembly 2. The filter screen 251 is detachably or non-detachably mounted to the supporting portion 252 and/or the mounting portion 253 of the filter assembly 25.
In another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the filter assembly 25 and the valve assembly 2 can be mounted to the tank 1 separately.
Specifically, the filter assembly 25, including the filter screen 251 thereon, may be first mounted to the housing 1, and the valve assembly 2 may be mounted to the housing 1 after the filter assembly 25 is mounted. The filter screen 251 is detachably or non-detachably mounted to the supporting portion 252 and/or the mounting portion 253 of the filter assembly 25. The case 1 is provided with a mounting portion 253 inside, and the mounting portion 253 may be located in the recess 16. The supporting portion 252 may be inserted into the casing 1 from the accommodating portion 14 and inserted into or snapped into the mounting portion 253, and the mounting portion 253 and the supporting portion 252 may be connected together by interference fit or snap fit. The valve inlet 27 is installed toward the inside of the case 1, the valve assembly 2 is installed to be fitted into the receiving portion 14, and the valve assembly 2 is brought close to or into contact with the sidewall of the first restriction groove 13, and the rib 211 is fitted into the second restriction groove 15, thereby restricting the rotation of the valve assembly 2.
