请参阅图1,本实用新型一种预制轻质环保叠合板,包括:叠合板本体层1,位于所述叠合板本体层上、下部的上加固层2及下加固层3,上加固层与叠合板本体层之间设置有保温层4,下加固层与所述叠合板本体层之间设置有消音层5,叠合板本体层1的内腔均匀设置有多组加固弹簧6,叠合板本体层1的右侧贯穿设置有浇灌口7,且叠合板本体层1的内腔设置有混凝土填充腔11,通过浇灌口向叠合板本体层内浇灌混凝土,当混凝土与加固弹簧凝固在一起时,具有很好的抗震性能。
具体的,上加固层的顶部设置有防水层8,防水层为沥青防水保护层,增加了防水性能。
具体的,加固弹簧6的顶部与底部均设置有卡块,叠合板本体层的内腔顶部与底部均设置有与卡块相配合的卡槽,通过卡块与卡槽将加固弹簧固定连接在叠合板本体层内,结构牢固、稳定。
具体的,上加固层内浇筑有上钢筋网21,上钢筋网上焊接有上横向加强筋22,下加固层内浇筑有下钢筋网31,下钢筋网上焊接有下横向加强筋32,可以增加叠合板的结构稳定性。
具体的,消音层5为消音板,沿消音板的长度方向间隔开设有若干隔音腔51,消音板和隔音腔的设置可以减小噪音向下传播,进而能够减少噪音污染。
进一步地,保温层4使用保温板,通常的保温板为聚苯乙烯板、酚醛泡沫板、聚氨酯板、矿棉纤维板和/或玻璃纤维板,保温板的材料满足了防火等级要求,同时便于叠合板的制造和安装。
本实用新型一种预制轻质环保叠合板的有益效果是:本实用的预制轻质环保叠合板,结构强度高,不易造成叠合板的断裂,防水层可以防止出现渗水的现象,设置的隔音腔能够吸收噪音向下传输,提高楼下住户的居住环境。

1.一种预制轻质环保叠合板,其特征在于,包括:叠合板本体层,位于所述叠合板本体层上、下部的上加固层及下加固层,所述上加固层与所述叠合板本体层之间设置有保温层,所述下加固层与所述叠合板本体层之间设置有消音层,所述叠合板本体层的内腔均匀设置有多组加固弹簧,所述叠合板本体层的右侧贯穿设置有浇灌口,且叠合板本体层的内腔设置有混凝土填充腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制轻质环保叠合板,其特征在于,所述上加固层的顶部设置有防水层,所述防水层为沥青防水保护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制轻质环保叠合板,其特征在于,所述加固弹簧的顶部与底部均设置有卡块,所述叠合板本体层的内腔顶部与底部均设置有与卡块相配合的卡槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制轻质环保叠合板,其特征在于,所述上加固层内浇筑有上钢筋网,所述上钢筋网上焊接有上横向加强筋,所述下加固层内浇筑有下钢筋网,所述下钢筋网上焊接有下横向加强筋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制轻质环保叠合板,其特征在于,所述消音层包括消音板,沿所述消音板的长度方向间隔开设有若干隔音腔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制轻质环保叠合板,其特征在于,所述保温层为聚苯乙烯板、酚醛泡沫板、聚氨酯板、矿棉纤维板和/或玻璃纤维板。
