The bicycle rear derailleur according to claim 8, wherein the one-way roller clutch (21) includes annular inner and outer coupling members, the hollow sleeve portion extending through a central aperture of the inner coupling member such that the dial (22) rotates with the inner coupling member of the one-way roller clutch (21) in a predetermined direction and is non-rotatable with the one-way roller clutch (21) in a direction opposite the predetermined direction.

The bicycle rear derailleur according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the resistance member further includes one or more belleville springs disposed on the friction plate (23) and the rotating shaft (31) passes through a center hole of the one or more belleville springs; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
