And moreover, the automobile headlamp assembling tool is adopted, the assembling process is simple, and the assembling efficiency of workers can be improved.
For better explaining the automobile headlamp assembling tool provided by the embodiment of the application, the following respectively describes the tool framework 1, the positioning component 2, the clamping component 3 and the headlamp limiting component 4 in more detail:
firstly, a tool framework 1 is explained:
in one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the tooling skeleton 1 includes a first crossbar 11, a second crossbar 12, a connecting rod 13, and an extension rod 14. The first rail 11 and the second rail 12 are connected by a connecting rod 13, and one end of an extension rod 14 is connected to the second rail 12.
The two ends of the first cross rod 11 are respectively fixed with a headlamp limiting component 4, the two ends of the second cross rod 12 are respectively fixed with a positioning component 2, the other end of the extension rod 14 is fixed with a clamping component 3, and the first cross rod 11 is fixed with the clamping component 3.
According to the scheme shown in the embodiment of the application, the tool framework 1 can be formed by welding the first cross rod 11, the second cross rod 12, the connecting rod 13 and the extension rod 14.
As shown in fig. 1, the number of the connection rods 13 may be 4. The first cross bar 11 may include a straight bar section and two inclined bar sections, which are connected to both ends of the straight bar section, respectively. By providing the inclined bar sections, the first cross bar 11 can simulate the curvature of the front bumper 02. The exposed ends of the inclined rod sections are respectively provided with a headlamp limiting component 4.
The positioning components 2 are arranged at two ends of the second cross bar 12. The extension bar 14 extends away from the second rail 12 and the end of the extension bar 14 remote from the second rail 12 is provided with a clamping assembly 3. A clamping assembly is provided on the straight section of the first cross bar 11.
Secondly, the positioning assembly 2 is explained:
in one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning assembly 2 includes a positioning seat 21 and a positioning pin 22. The positioning seat 21 is fixed on the tool framework 1, and the positioning pin 22 is fixed on the positioning seat 21. The positioning pin 22 is adapted to be inserted into the front bumper positioning hole 030.
According to the scheme shown in the embodiment of the application, the positioning seat 21 can be welded on the tool framework 1. When the automobile headlamp assembling tool is installed, the positioning pin 22 is inserted into the front bumper positioning hole 030, so that the positioning of the automobile headlamp assembling tool is completed.
In one possible embodiment, the positioning socket 21 has a positioning surface 211, the positioning surface 211 being intended to be in contact with a mounting surface on the frame.
According to the scheme shown in the embodiment of the application, the positioning surface 211 is arranged on the positioning seat 21, and the positioning surface 211 is in contact with the mounting surface on the frame 03, so that the mounting of the automobile headlamp assembly tool on the frame 03 is more stable.
Third, the clamping assembly 3 is explained:
in a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clamping assembly 3 comprises a clamping seat 31, a guide pin 32, an elastic member 33 and a clamping head 34. The guide pin 32 passes through the guide hole 311 of the clamping seat 31 and is in clearance fit with the guide hole 311. An elastic member 33 is provided between one end of the guide pin 32 and the clamping seat 31, and a connecting portion 341 of the collet 34 is fixed to the other end of the guide pin 32. The clamping portion 342 of the clamp 34 and the clamping shoe 31 are used to clamp the vehicle frame.
The elastic member 33 may be a spring, and specifically, may be a compression spring. Also, the elastic member 32 may be replaced according to actual conditions to adjust the pressing force.
In the solution shown in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the guide pin 32 is provided with a baffle 321 and a first screw 322, and a pin body of the first screw 322 passes through the baffle 321 and is screwed into a pin body of the guide pin 32. The elastic member 32 is disposed between the stopper 321 and the clamping shoe 31. The outer diameter of the stopper 321 is larger than the outer diameter of the elastic member 33. The other end of the guide pin 32 fixes the connection portion 341 of the cartridge 34 by the second screw 323.
The elastic member 33 is always in a compressed state, so that the elastic force drives the blocking plate 321 to move away from the clamping seat 31, and the clamping portion 342 of the clamping head 34 moves close to the clamping seat 31 when the clamping head 34 is fixed on the guide pin 32. That is, the clamping force is provided by the elastic force of the elastic member 33.
Since the guide pin 32 is in clearance fit with the guide hole 311, the guide pin 32 can rotate around the guide hole 311, and the chuck 34 can also rotate. Thus, the clamping operation can be facilitated by rotating the clamp 34 to cause the clamp 34 to clamp the frame 03 or to loosen the frame 03.
In addition, a surface of the clamp base 31 opposite to the clamping portion 342 of the clamp head 34 may be provided as a clamp base positioning surface 313, and the clamp base positioning surface 313 may be in contact with the front structural member 031 (as shown in fig. 6), so that the installation of the headlamp assembly fixture is more stable.
In a possible implementation manner, the clamping seat 31 has a plurality of stoppers 312 on the outer wall of the corresponding connecting portion 341. A plurality of stop blocks 312 are provided to limit the rotation of the collet 34.
The scheme shown in the embodiment of the application can limit the rotation of the chuck 34 by arranging the limiting block 312 on the clamping seat 31, and avoids the chuck 34 from rotating after a front clamping structural member 031, so that the fixing of the automobile headlamp assembly fixture is unstable. Moreover, the clamp 34 is prevented from shaking when the headlamp assembling tool is not in use.
As shown in fig. 7, three limiting blocks may be disposed on the clamping seat 31, and the three limiting blocks may realize two limiting positions. One position is when the clamp head 34 clamps the front structural member 31, and the other position is when the clamp head 34 does not clamp the front structural member 031. Therefore, the accurate positioning of the clamping position can be realized, and the operation of workers is facilitated.
Further, since the guide pin 32 is in clearance fit with the guide hole 311, the guide pin 32 can also slide along the axis of the guide hole 311.
The use of the clamping assembly 3 is explained below:
when the guide pin 32 slides along the direction of pressing the elastic element 33, when the clamping head 34 slides to be higher than the limit block 312, the guide pin 32 and the clamping head 34 can realize normal rotation around the axis of the guide hole 311, so as to realize the conversion between the dotted line position and the solid line position of the clamping head 34 (as shown in fig. 7).
When the automobile headlamp assembling tool needs to be installed, the clamping head 34 is moved to the solid line position, the pressing on the guide pin 32 is stopped, the clamping head 34 and the guide pin 32 thereof can axially slide in the reverse direction by means of the elastic force of the elastic element 33, and meanwhile, the clamping head 34 falls to the solid line position and compresses the front structural element 031.
When the headlamp assembling tool needs to be disassembled, the clamping head 34 is moved to the dotted line position, and the headlamp assembling tool no longer clamps the front structural member 031.
In a possible implementation, the clamping assembly 3 further comprises a flexible pad 35, the flexible pad 35 being fixed on the clamping surface of the clamping head 34.
Wherein the flexible pad 35 may be a nylon pad.
The shown scheme of this application embodiment through set up flexible pad 35 on the tight face of clamp at chuck 34, can avoid when tight subassembly 3 presss from both sides tight preceding structure 031, structural part 031 before the damage. Moreover, the presence of the flexible pad 35 also makes the clamping more secure.
The clamping assembly 3 described above is only one possible implementation form provided by the embodiments of the present application, and in implementation, the clamping assembly 3 may have other implementation forms, for example, a simple elastic clamp.
Fourthly, the headlight restricting unit 4 will be explained:
in one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the headlamp limiting assembly 4 includes a limiting seat 41 and a limiting pin 42. The limiting seat 41 is fixed on the tool framework 1, and the limiting pin 42 is fixed on the limiting seat 41. The stopper pin 42 is used to abut against the headlight to restrict the mounting position of the headlight.
According to the scheme shown in the embodiment of the application, the limiting seat 41 can be welded on the tool framework 1, and particularly can be welded at the end part of the first cross rod 11 of the tool framework 1.
The limit pin 42 is fixed on the limit seat 41, and specifically, may be fixed on the limit seat 41 by a threaded connection.
When the headlight 04 is installed, the contour of the headlight 04 can be pressed against the limiting pin 42, so that the presence of the limiting pin 42 forms a limit for the headlight 04. In addition, the size and the shape of the headlamp limiting component 4 and the first cross rod 11 can be specially designed, so that after the headlamp 04 is limited, the consistency of the left and right matching gaps of the subsequent headlamp 04 and the front bumper 02 can be ensured.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the spacing pin 42 includes a body portion 421 and a flexible spacing cap 422. The end of the first end of the main body 421 is fixed on the limiting seat 41, and the flexible limiting cap 422 is sleeved on the end of the second end of the main body 421 away from the first end.
In the solution shown in the embodiment of the present application, the limiting pin 41 includes the main body 421 and the flexible limiting cap 422, and the flexible limiting cap 422 is sleeved on the top of the main body 421 (i.e., the end of the second end far away from the first end), so that the flexible limiting cap 422 contacts with the outline of the headlight 04, and the headlight 04 is prevented from being damaged by rigid contact.
In one possible implementation, the headlamp limiting assembly 4 further comprises at least one adjustment tab 43. The limit pin 42 is in threaded connection with the limit seat 41, and the adjusting sheet 43 is located between the limit pin 42 and the limit seat 41.
The thicknesses of the plurality of adjustment pieces 43 may be the same or different from each other. When the thicknesses of the plurality of adjustment pieces 43 are different from each other, more length adjustment can be achieved. The adjustment flap 43 may also be referred to as a gasket.
The length of the stopper pin 42 extending out of the stopper seat 41 can be adjusted by adjusting the number of the adjustment pieces 43 located between the stopper pin 42 and the stopper seat 41.
According to the scheme shown in the embodiment of the application, the quantity of the adjusting pieces 43 is adjusted, so that the automobile headlamp assembling tool provided by the embodiment of the application can simulate the limit of various front bumpers 02 to the headlamp 04. The adjustable structure can ensure that the automobile headlamp tool simulates the actual precision state of a front bumper, thereby ensuring the centering effect of a left headlamp and a right headlamp.
Specifically, there may be differences between the front bumpers 02 produced in different batches. Therefore, the number of the adjusting pieces 43 can be increased or decreased, and the limit pin 42 is correspondingly screwed in a rotating manner, so that the accuracy of the limit pin 42 can be adjusted along with the front bumper real object.
