The multifunctional wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base frame comprises a U-shaped frame, two first caster support bars, two second caster support bars, four middle vertical bars, two third caster support bars and four guide wheels, the U-shaped frame and the first caster support bars are fixedly connected together through the middle vertical bars, a locking groove is formed at the end of the U-shaped frame, a first locking threaded hole and a first base frame locking screw are formed in the locking groove, guide wheel mounting holes are formed in the inner side of the U-shaped frame, the guide wheel mounting holes are horizontally and symmetrically formed in two sides of the U-shaped frame in pairs, the guide wheel mounting holes are rotatably provided with the guide wheels, and a second locking threaded hole and a second base frame locking screw are formed in the outer side of the U-shaped frame.

9. The multifunctional wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the armrests comprise an armrest arm, a table frame and a table, the armrest arm is rotatably disposed on the support arm, the table frame is fixedly disposed on the armrest arm, and the table is fixedly disposed on the table frame.
