As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the present embodiment provides an ink device including an ink tank 2 and an ink replenishment container 1, the ink tank 2 being installed in a printer for storing and supplying ink when the printer is used. After the ink in the ink tank 2 in the printer is used up, in order to avoid difficulty in removing the ink tank 2 and replacing the same, it is generally necessary to supply ink to the ink tank 2 as needed by an independently provided ink supply container 1.
As for the ink replenishment container 1 used for supplying ink to the ink tank 2, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, it includes a container body for storing ink, the container body having an ink outlet passage 121 through which ink passes, and when the ink tank 2 needs to be replenished with ink, the ink flows into the ink tank 2 through the ink outlet passage 121. When the ink is replenished, the ink replenishing container 1 needs to be turned over and then the ink is replenished to the ink tank 2 through the ink outlet channel 121, the ink tank 2 is provided with the ink supply needle 21, when the ink tank 2 is matched with the ink replenishing container 1, the ink supply needle 21 is inserted into the ink outlet channel 121 of the ink replenishing container 1, and the ink is easily ejected to the outside from the ink outlet channel 121 due to the instant release of the pressure inside the ink replenishing container 1 at an instant, so that the ink cannot directly flow into the ink tank 2 to cause the pollution of the external environment; in addition, when the inverted ink refill container 1 is removed after the ink refill is completed, ink remaining at the outlet is likely to remain at the outlet or flow out of the bottle body, thereby causing environmental pollution.
In order to avoid the problem of environmental contamination when the ink replenishment container 1 replenishes the ink tank 2 with ink, the present application provides an ink replenishment container 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, including a blocking portion 15, the blocking portion 15 being used to open or block the ink outlet passage 121 so that ink can flow out of the ink outlet passage 121 or restrict the flow out. The blocking portion 15 is provided so as to be opened when ink is replenished to allow ink to flow into the ink tank 2, and the blocking portion 15 is closed to restrict the flow of ink in a non-replenished state, thereby preventing leakage of ink. In order to avoid the situation that the pressure inside the ink replenishing container 1 is increased due to the influence of temperature rise and the like when the ink is replenished, the pressure inside the ink replenishing container 2 is instantaneously released to eject the ink, or after the ink is replenished, the blocking part 15 is closed to cause residual ink to remain at the bottle opening or flow down along the bottle body to cause pollution. Therefore, the closing portion 15 is provided with a vent hole 124 for communicating the inside of the container body with the outside air. Through the vent hole 124, before ink is replenished, no matter the plugging part 15 is in an opening state or a closing state, the vent hole 124 can always communicate the air inside and outside, so that the problem of overlarge pressure caused by internal temperature rise is avoided, and the problem of jetting caused by overlarge pressure during ink replenishing is avoided. Furthermore, the vent hole 124 allows the external air to partially enter through the vent hole 124 when the ink flows out of the ink outlet channel 121, so that the internal ink and air can be better exchanged, and the ink can easily enter the ink tank 2 through the ink outlet channel 121 to the ink supply needle 21, thereby increasing the speed of filling the ink tank 2 with the ink, and facilitating the use. After the ink is replenished, when the ink replenishing container 1 is removed and the blocking portion 15 is closed, residual ink may remain at the outer end of the ink outlet channel 121, and after the ink replenishing container 1 is erected, the residual ink may slowly flow back into the bottle through the vent hole 124, so as to avoid environmental pollution caused by the residual ink.
Here, it should be emphasized that the vent hole 124 is provided so as to have a main function of communicating air between the inside and the outside through the vent hole 124, and therefore, the diameter of the vent hole 124 is small, and in general, it is sufficient that the diameter of the vent hole 124 is smaller than the diameter of the ink supply needle 21, so that it is possible to prevent the ink from flowing out of the vent hole 124 through the excessively large vent hole 124 and affecting the ventilation effect of the vent hole 124. When the residual ink flows back into the bottle through the vent hole 124, the residual ink is less, and the vent hole 124 for venting with small aperture can meet the backflow of the ink, so that the residual ink is prevented from polluting the external environment.
Optionally, in the vent hole 124, in order to avoid that, when the ink tank 2 is replenished with ink, the ink leaks from the vent hole 124 and affects the exchange of air from the vent hole 124 to the inside and the outside, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the ink replenishing container 1 further includes a seepage-proofing portion 18, and the seepage-proofing portion 18 is provided in the vent hole 124 and is used for limiting the ink from flowing out from the vent hole 124. The impermeable portion 18 may be a sponge, a screen, or other structures capable of preventing ink from flowing out of the vent hole 124, and is not particularly limited herein.
As for the blocking portion 15 that can be opened or closed as needed, a self-sealing valve may be used, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a vent hole 124 is provided in the self-sealing valve; the vent hole 124 is disposed in a recessed position of the self-sealing valve.
When the blocking portion 15 is a silicone valve to achieve communication or closure of the ink outlet channel 121 by using the above self-sealing valve, failure is likely to occur during use to cause ink leakage, and in order to avoid such a problem, the blocking portion 15 may also be configured as a fitting structure of a valve core, as shown in fig. 2, that is, the blocking portion 15 is movably connected to the ink outlet channel 121, a fitting gap is formed between the blocking portion 15 and the ink outlet channel 121, and the ink outlet channel 121 has a blocking position; the blocking portion 15 moves to the blocking position along the ink outlet passage 121, and the blocking portion 15 blocks the fitting gap. The blocking part 15 is movably connected to the ink outlet channel 121, so that when the ink replenishing container 1 supplies ink to the ink tank 2, the ink supply needle 21 is used for pushing the blocking part 15 to move, so as to push the blocking part 15 to move along the ink channel in the direction away from the blocking position, and the blocking part 15 is enabled to release the blocking of the matching gap, so that the ink can flow into the ink tank 2 through the ink supply needle 21, and meanwhile, the air and liquid exchange function of the vent hole 124 arranged on the blocking part 15 enables the ink to rapidly flow into the ink tank 2 to achieve the purpose of filling the ink. After filling, in the process of removing the ink replenishing container 1, along with the extension of the ink supply needle 21 from the ink outlet channel 121, the blocking part 15 can be reset along with the extension of the ink supply needle 21 under the condition of no thrust of the ink supply needle 21 so as to return to the blocking position again, and the blocking part 15 blocks the matching gap again, so that automatic closing is realized. The original self-sealing valve structure is replaced by the matched blocking part 15, the effect of automatically opening and closing according to requirements can be achieved, meanwhile, the structural stability is good, the problem that leakage is caused due to the fact that self-sealing failure is easy to generate is avoided, and the good effect of filling ink into the ink tank 2 can be achieved.
Wherein, in order to be convenient for realize the cooperation of supplying ink needle 21 and shutoff portion 15, and when making supplying ink needle 21 to promote shutoff portion 15 and move, can guarantee that shutoff portion 15 moves and has better stability, the tip of shutoff portion 15 is equipped with the cooperation portion, and when supplying ink needle 21 to insert, the tip of supplying ink needle 21 can be at first with this cooperation portion butt to can promote shutoff portion 15 to move in order to open out the black passageway.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, for the blocking portion 15 movably connected to the ink outlet channel 121, in order to enable the blocking portion to enable ink to flow out under the action of the external force of the ink supply needle 21 and automatically reset to limit the ink flow out after the external force is cancelled, the container body is provided with a first abutting end 162, and the blocking portion 15 is provided with a second abutting end 125; when the blocking portion 15 moves to the blocking position along the ink discharge passage 121, the second abutting end 125 abuts against the first abutting end 162. The blocking part 15 is limited to move in the ink channel by the arrangement of the first abutting end 162, in the moving process, the abutting of the first abutting end 162 and the second abutting end 125 can limit the continuous movement of the blocking part 15, and meanwhile, at the position, the abutting of the first abutting end 162 and the second abutting end 125 can block the passage of the matching gap, so that the ink is limited to flow out from the matching gap, and the blocking part 15 can be moved to the blocking position to achieve a good blocking effect. In order to ensure that the ink can be better limited from flowing out of the matching gap when the first abutting end 162 and the second abutting end 125 abut against each other, so as to achieve the effect of limiting the ink from flowing out, the sealing ring 13 is arranged between the first abutting end 162 and the second abutting end 125, when the two abut against each other, the sealing ring 13 can be pressed to enable the abutting to be more tight, and the blocking effect is better.
Specifically, after the completion of filling, in order to automatically restore the closing portion 15 to a state where the first abutting end 162 abuts against the second abutting end 125 after the removal of the external force and to maintain the state where the closing portion 15 closes the seal engagement gap in the state where no external force is applied, the ink refill container 1 further includes an elastic member 14; the elastic member 14 has one end connected to the blocking portion 15 and the other end connected to the ink discharge passage 121, and the second contact end 125 is in contact with the first contact end 162 by the supporting force of the elastic member 14. By disposing the elastic member 14 between the blocking portion 15 and the ink outlet channel 121, the elastic member 14 is deformed under pressure in accordance with the movement of the blocking portion 15 when the ink supply needle 21 pushes the blocking portion 15 to move; after the pushing force of the ink supply needle 21 is cancelled, the blocking part 15 can be pushed to move reversely under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 14, the blocking part 15 is reset to the blocking position, and the matching gap is closed.
More specifically, in order to realize the connection between the elastic member 14 and the blocking portion 15 in the ink outlet channel 121, the elastic member 14 can support the blocking portion 15 to block the matching gap when the blocking portion 15 blocks the matching gap, and can realize the restoration of the blocking portion 15 after the external force is removed, the ink outlet channel 121 has a supporting end 122, a first abutting end 162 is located above the supporting end 122 along the axial direction of the ink outlet channel 121, the blocking portion 15 has a cavity 123, and the elastic member 14 at least partially extends into the cavity 123, so that one end of the elastic member 14 abuts against the inner wall of the cavity 123 and the other end abuts against the supporting end 122. Through the setting of supporting end 122 and first butt end 162, restrict shutoff portion 15 in this within range, and set up elastic component 14 between supporting end 122 and shutoff portion 15, elastic component 14 at least part stretches into cavity 123, in order to guarantee that elastic component 14 drives the stability of shutoff portion 15 motion, avoid taking place the skew when going out the motion of ink passageway 121 relatively, thereby guarantee the cooperation effect of first butt end 162 and second butt end 125 behind shutoff portion 15 motion to the shutoff position, in order to reach better sealed cooperation gap and restrict the effect that the ink flows out.
In the above-described structural cooperation, in order to make the vent hole 124 provided in the blocking portion 15 always communicate the inside with the outside air and to facilitate permeation of the residual ink from the vent hole 124 to the inside after filling with the ink, the vent hole 124 is located at a position of the blocking portion 15 near the second contact end 125 along the axial direction of the ink outlet passage 121, and the vent hole 124 penetrates the cavity 123.
Optionally, for the anti-seepage portion 18, in order to facilitate the installation and the matching, it may be connected to the cavity 123, as shown in fig. 3, so as to avoid that the ink is too much collected in the cavity 123 and is not easy to flow into the ink tank 2, which causes that the ink remaining in the ink replenishing container 1 is too much and needs to be collected into another container for reuse, thereby increasing the working steps of the worker.
As a specific embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, with respect to a container body provided, in order to facilitate the loading of ink inside the ink refill container 1 and the fitting of a blocking portion 15 provided, the container body includes a body 11 and a lid 12 detachably attached to an opening of the body 11, and a seal ring 13 is provided between the lid 12 and the body 11 to prevent the ink from leaking from the attachment position; the ink outlet passage 121 penetrates the cover 12 in the axial direction of the container body. Through the detachable split structure, the processing and the manufacture of the container body are convenient, and the ink can be filled into the container body.
In addition, when the ink replenishing container 1 is matched with the ink tank 2, the ink supplying needle 21 needs to at least partially extend into the ink outlet channel 121 to open the blocking portion 15 so as to enable the ink to flow out, and in the matching process, in order to avoid the ink from flowing out to the outside from a matching gap between the ink supplying needle 21 and the ink outlet channel 121, the cover 12 further comprises a sealing portion 16, and the sealing portion 16 is detachably connected to the end portion of the ink outlet channel 121, so that a good sealing effect in the matching process can be achieved through the arrangement of the sealing portion 16, and the waste of the ink is avoided.
Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the blocking portion 15 and the elastic member 14 on and from the ink outlet channel 121, a sealing portion 16 detachably connected to an end portion of the ink outlet channel may be used to restrict the blocking portion 15 to the ink outlet channel 121, the sealing portion 16 being provided with a communication hole 161 communicating with the ink outlet channel 121; the first abutting end 162 is provided to the sealing portion 16. The ink supply needle 21 can pass through the communication hole 161 and be in interference fit with the communication hole to avoid ink leakage, and the continuous extension of the ink supply needle 21 can push the blocking part 15 to move to open the fit gap. In this structural cooperation, in order to prevent the vent hole 124 provided in the blocking portion 15 from being blocked by the sealing portion 16 and sealing the vent hole 124 by mistake when the blocking portion 15 moves to the blocking position, the vent hole 124 needs to be located within the shadow of the communication hole 161 in the axial direction of the ink discharge passage 121.
Optionally, the cover 12 is provided with a clamping groove, and the sealing portion 16 is clamped in the clamping groove to avoid the sealing portion 16 from falling off easily under the elastic force of the elastic member 14, so as to improve the stability of the connected sealing portion 16.
