The fastener cutting apparatus with a shielding function according to claim 2, wherein the orifice plate (55) is welded to the lower left side of the workpiece placing table (1), the manifold (56) is disposed inside the through hole (4), and the upper portion of the upper workpiece placing table (1) is flush, and the flange (57) is bolted to the inner left upper portion of the workpiece placing table (1).
