After assembly, the bottom of the first connecting piece 151 and the bottom of the second connecting piece 152 are respectively abutted against the top wall 114 of the first fixed carriage 11.

The connecting section 221 of the second mop rod 22 can be inserted into the lower end inner cavity of the first mop rod 21, so that the second mop rod 22 is connected and fixed with the first mop rod 21. The first hinge pin 223 and the second hinge pin 224 are respectively provided with a second hinge hole 226, and the two second hinge holes 226 are on the same axis. The rectangular groove 225 is matched with the hinge post 156, the hinge post 156 can be inserted into the rectangular groove 225, the first hinge pin 223, the second hinge pin 224 and the hinge post 156 of the second mop rod 22 are hinged by a hinge shaft 228, and the hinge shaft 228 respectively passes through the second hinge hole 226 of the first hinge pin 223, the first hinge hole 157 of the hinge post 156 and the second hinge hole 226 of the second hinge pin 224. The hinge section 222 and the first hinge leg 223 and the second hinge leg 224 at the bottom end thereof can be received in the inverted V-shaped groove 34 of the grip sleeve 3. The second mop rod 22 is provided with a positioning device, the positioning device comprises a positioning ball 23 and a positioning spring 24, the positioning spring 24 enables the positioning ball 23 to be matched with a positioning groove 158 on the hinge column 156, and the positioning device can fix the orientation of the mop rod. The hinge section 222 above the rectangular slot 225 is provided with a spring hole 227. The positioning ball 23 and the positioning spring 24 are disposed in the spring hole 227.
As shown in fig. 21 and 22, the grip 3 is at the highest position to be pulled up along the mop rod 2 when the double-sided hands-free flat mop is used for washing or squeezing water. When the double-sided flat mop without hand washing is used for washing or squeezing water, the holding sleeve 3 is upwards pulled along the mop rod 2, the holding sleeve 3 upwards pulls two pieces of wiping materials 16 through the first connecting pin 32 and the second connecting pin 33, the two pieces of wiping materials 16 respectively pull the first movable carriage 13 and the second movable carriage 14 to upwards overturn by taking the spring 17 as a fulcrum, the lower end of the first movable carriage 13 overturns towards the upper end of the first fixed carriage 11, the lower end of the second movable carriage 14 overturns towards the upper end of the second fixed carriage 12, the spring 17 is twisted until the first movable carriage 13 and the second movable carriage 14 are completely overturned, and the wiping materials 16 are pulled out to the maximum position. When the wiper 16 is pulled out upward, the wringing lever 153 squeezes the wiper 16 for cleaning or wringing. When the grip sleeve 3 is pushed downwards along the mop rod 2 from a high position, the elasticity of the spring 17 enables the first movable mop plate 13 and the second movable mop plate 14 to turn downwards by taking the spring 17 as a fulcrum, the lower end of the first movable mop plate 13 leaves the upper end of the first fixed mop plate 11 to turn downwards, the lower end of the second movable mop plate 14 leaves the upper end of the second fixed mop plate 12 to turn downwards, the first movable mop plate 13 and the second movable mop plate 14 drive the wiper 16 to move downwards, the deformation of the spring 17 is eliminated, and the first movable mop plate 13 and the second movable mop plate 14 return to the original lower positions. The wringing bar 153 squeezes the wipe 16 for cleaning or wringing as the wipe 16 moves downwardly. Thus, by continuously pulling up and down the wiper 16, the wringing lever 153 repeatedly squeezes and washes or wrings the wiper 16, cleaning or wringing out the wiper 16.

A two-sided flat mop without hand washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed mop comprises a first fixed mop plate (11) and a second fixed mop plate (12), the first fixed mop plate (11) is connected and fixed with the second fixed mop plate (12), a mop head connecting seat (15) is connected and fixed with the first fixed mop plate (11), the upper part of the first movable mop plate (13) is connected with the lower part of the first fixed mop plate (11) through an elastic member, the upper part of the second movable mop plate (14) is connected with the lower part of the first fixed mop plate (11) or the lower part of the second fixed mop plate (12) through an elastic member, the first fixed mop plate (11) and the first movable mop plate (13) are arranged on one side of the flat mop plate (1), and the second fixed mop plate (12) and the second movable mop plate (14) are arranged on the other side of the flat mop head (1).
