Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a cleaning tool, and more particularly relates to a mop capable of quickly squeezing water.
Background
At present, common mops in the market are cloth belt type mops and collodion mops. The mop is usually equipped with a spin dryer tube or a squeezing barrel structure, when the mop needs to be squeezed to remove water on the mop cloth, the mop head is put into the spin dryer tube to be spin-dried or squeezed to be dried, obviously, an additional barrel is needed, and therefore, the use is inconvenient, and more space is occupied. The cotton head type mop has higher and higher popularity in life, has approximately the same main structure and comprises a mop rod, a mop head and a water squeezing device. The more traditional mode is that the relative motion of mop pole and mop head realizes the fifty percent discount of crowded water installation to extrude the moisture in the glued membrane. But it is harder usually at the crowded water process, and simultaneously at the extrusion in-process, the sponge can exert the counterforce to the extrusion structure, leads to the sponge to deviate from the extrusion structure, uses also to influence the variant after catching up with the time, so influenced and used experience. For example, chinese patent document CN208988754U discloses a foam cotton head mop wringing device, which uses another barrel as the wringing device. However, when the foam cotton head is squeezed, the foam cotton head needs to be squeezed and slid, so that the foam cotton head is easily damaged, and the service life is influenced.
Recently, CN 211633152U discloses a mop capable of squeezing and wringing water in a cotton head rectangular manner, which comprises a mop panel and a cotton head arranged on the mop panel, wherein at least one end of the cotton head can slide along the length direction of the mop panel, so that the cotton head can deform along the length direction of the cotton head to wring water. This implementation usually requires the provision of additional barrels or the implementation of wringing by means of other supports. Such mops have subsequently been modified to include mops which are easy to clean (e.g., CN 211961947U) and which can be individually wrung at the ends of a cotton swab, etc. There is still a need for further research and development of more rapid wringing modes.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the practical requirements, the invention researches out the mop with different water squeezing modes, has the characteristics of quick operation and convenient use, and is a further improvement compared with the prior water squeezing mop.
The invention provides a quick water squeezing mop which comprises a mop panel, a cotton head and a mop rod, wherein the cotton head is positioned below the mop panel, the mop panel is arranged at the lower end of the mop rod, an installation block is arranged on the cotton head, a track or a sliding groove for the sliding of the installation block is arranged below the mop panel, the quick water squeezing mop also comprises a squeezing device, the squeezing device comprises a brace for drawing one end of the cotton head to slide and a handle extending out of the mop panel, and the brace is driven by drawing the handle to achieve water squeezing operation.
In a specific embodiment, one end of the pull strip is rotatably connected with one end of the handle, and the other end of the pull strip is connected with the movable block at one end of the cotton head, and the end of the cotton head is called a sliding end. In another embodiment, one end of the pull strip is fixedly connected or integrally formed with one end of the pull handle, and the pull handle extends from the side of the mop panel opposite to the sliding end and can also protrude outwards from a window formed in the mop panel, so that the operation is convenient.
Furthermore, a window exposing the connecting end of the pull strip and the handle is formed in the mop panel.
In a preferred embodiment, the operating end of the handle is provided with a holding part which is convenient to operate, for example, a T-shaped part is formed with the handle, so that the operation is convenient.
When the mop is used for squeezing water, the mop head is parallel to the mop rod by pulling the handle, the handle is further pulled, the brace can be driven to drive the sliding end of the cotton head to move to achieve the squeezing operation, after the squeezing is finished, the handle is pushed down, the cotton head resets, and the handle is further pushed down to enable the mop head and the mop rod to be in a vertical state and to be in a conventional mop state.
In another preferred embodiment, an upwardly protruding abutment boss is provided on the side of the window opening adjacent the middle of the mop panel. When the mop head is parallel to the mop rod, the abutting lug boss abuts against the mop rod as a fulcrum to fix the position of the mop head during water squeezing operation, so that the handle can be conveniently pulled without friction with the mop rod.
In a further preferred embodiment, a handle torsion spring is arranged at the joint of the brace and the handle, so that the rotation force of the handle towards the direction of the mop rod is always kept between the handle and the brace. Therefore, on one hand, when the mop is in a normal mopping state, the other end of the handle is abutted against the mop rod, and the mop cannot be influenced by random rotation. Furthermore, when the mop rod is inclined to the other direction provided with the handle and even parallel (opposite to the direction during the wringing operation), the handle is forced to the other direction by the torsion spring of the handle and cannot swing randomly to influence the mop.
In the above preferred embodiment, the movable block at the sliding end of the cotton head is an L-shaped movable block, and more preferably, the movable block mounting block is integrally formed with or attached to a pressing block on the end face of the sliding end.
In a specific implementation mode, the other end of the brace is detachably connected with the movable block at one end of the cotton head. Further, more preferably, the end of the pull strip is provided with an elastic buckle which can be buckled in a matched groove on the movable block of the sliding end.
In one embodiment, the sliding guide member may be integrally formed with or detachably connected to the mop panel. More specifically, the sliding guide part is a slide bar, specifically two parallel circular slide bars, and the mounting block is provided with two arc-shaped grooves which can be respectively sleeved on the two parallel slide bars. In this mode, the two slide bars are preferable, and are more preferable in a circular shape, and the corresponding grooves on the mounting block are circular arc-shaped, so that the mounting block is more easily slid during mounting and dismounting, and the sliding resistance is less.
In another embodiment, the sliding guide part is a protrusion or a recess formed on each of the sidewalls of the mop panel, and the mounting block is i-shaped and has recesses or protrusions formed at both ends thereof, so that the mounting block can slide along the length of the mop panel in cooperation with the sliding guide part.
The rotatable connection of the upper surface of the mop panel to the mop pole can be in a manner known in the art. For example, a connector on the mop panel, the connector having a first recess and at least one second recess on a surface thereof; the connecting rod is arranged on the mop rod and is hinged with the connecting piece; the spring and the pressing piece are arranged inside the connecting rod, so that the pressing piece can be kept in contact with the connecting piece by virtue of the elasticity of the spring; when the pressing piece enters the first recess, the mop panel and the mop rod are perpendicular to each other; when the pressing member enters the second recess, the mop panel and the mop rod are parallel to each other, and the specific structure can also be seen from the corresponding structure described in CN 211633152U.
The cotton head mop head is suitable for a mode of squeezing and squeezing the water in a manner that the cotton head of the mop slides and deforms in the length direction, wherein the mounting block can shorten the length direction of the cotton head due to the compression of external force so as to squeeze the water (for example, the specific structure of the mop head disclosed in CN 110772190).
The cotton head is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, an absorbent wipe formed of one or a combination of collodion, sponge, foam, and cloth.
The squeezing device of the handle is ingeniously arranged, so that the squeezing operation and the resetting of the mop can be conveniently and rapidly realized, and the mop is simple to operate, convenient and applicable.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Referring to the overall structure of the cotton head mop shown in fig. 1, the upper surface of a mop panel 4 of a mop head of the cotton head 1 can be rotatably connected with a mop rod 3.
The installing blocks 2 can slide in the tracks 7 along the length direction of the mop panel 4, or the installing blocks 2 have protrusions at two sides, and the side walls 7 at two sides of the mop panel 4 have the concave tracks 7, respectively, and the protrusions of the installing blocks 2 are matched with the concave tracks 7 on the side walls 7 at two sides of the mop panel 4, so that the installing blocks 2 can slide in the tracks 7 along the length direction of the mop panel 4 (this mode is not shown in the figure). Wherein the side walls 7 at the two sides of the mop panel 4 can be integrally formed with the main body or respectively formed and then firmly adhered, and the later is more convenient for manufacturing the mop panel 4.
Of course, the sliding of the mounting block along the length of the mop panel can also be achieved by using a known sliding rod (e.g., a circular sliding rod) and a mounting block 2 (which has a circular arc-shaped groove corresponding to the circular sliding rod) which is matched with the sliding rod.
The mop pole 3 is rotatably connected to a connecting part 14 on the mop panel (usually located in the middle of the mop panel 4) via a mop pole connector 5.
In this embodiment, the wringing operation mechanism includes a pull-strip 10 and a pull handle 6. Mop panel 4 has a window 11 through which one end of bar 10 can pass. One end of a brace 10 is rotatably connected with the handle 6, and the other end of the brace 10 is connected with the sliding end (the end far away from the mop rod) of the cotton head in a matching way during water squeezing. In a preferred embodiment, the end of the handle can be provided with a hand pulling part 19 for facilitating hand pulling, and a T-shaped part can be formed at the end of the handle as shown in the figure for facilitating operation.
When a wringing operation is performed, the mop head is brought into parallel with the mop rod 3 by pulling the handle 6, as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the pulling handle 6 is further pulled to drive the pulling strip 10 to drive the sliding end of the cotton head 1 to move so as to realize the wringing operation, after the wringing operation is finished, the pulling handle 6 is pushed down, the cotton head 1 is reset, and the pulling handle 6 is further pushed down so that the mop head and the mop rod 3 are in a vertical state, namely, a normal mop state. The structure of the interior of the mop head before and after squeezing during this period is shown in fig. 4.
In a preferred embodiment, an upwardly projecting abutment boss 9 is provided on the side of the window 11 adjacent the middle of the mop panel 4. When the mop head is parallel to the mop rod 3, the abutting boss 9 abuts against the position of the mop rod 3 as a fulcrum to fix the mop head during water squeezing operation, so that the handle 6 can be conveniently pulled without being rubbed with the mop rod 3, and meanwhile, the abutting boss 9 and the mop head at two rotating positions can be stressed, so that the service life of the mop is prolonged.
In a more preferred mode, a handle torsion spring 8 is arranged at the joint of the handle 6 and the brace 10. So that the rotating force of the handle 6 towards the mop rod is always kept between the handle 6 and the pull strip 10. The arrangement is not only that the handle 6 can not rotate freely to affect the use of the mop. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5, the mop rod 3 can be conveniently rotated from two different directions to realize vertical mopping operation in two different directions, for example, the direction A shown in fig. 5 can be adopted to vertically mop the floor (the direction is consistent with the direction during squeezing water, so that the operation of the mop head parallel to the mop rod is the same as that during squeezing water); the mop head can also be rotated in the direction shown as B in fig. 5, at the moment, the handle 6 is tightly attached to the mop rod 3 and cannot swing randomly due to the action of the handle torsion spring 8, and the mopping operation is not influenced.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the other end of the brace 10 is detachably connected to the sliding end of the cotton head 1 during squeezing, specifically, the other end of the brace has a buckle 12 (preferably an elastic buckle), which can be buckled in a matching groove 13 on the mounting block 2 at the end of the sliding end or the movable block 17 (attached to the end face of the cotton head 1, which can be separate from the mounting block 2 at the end, or integrally formed with the mounting block 2 at the end) at the end of the sliding end, and the two can be separated by pulling out the buckle, thereby facilitating the installation and detachment of the cotton head 1. In a preferred embodiment, the movable block 17 affixed to the end face of the sliding end may be integrally formed with the mounting block 2 at the end of the sliding end. Further, a mounting block at the other end opposite to the sliding end of the cotton head 1 may be fixed with the mop panel 4 to be called a fixing block 18, preferably in an L-shape, extending along the end face of the cotton head 1 to be deformed outwardly at the wringing blocking end face.
In a specific embodiment, the upper surface of the mop panel 4 of the mop head of the cotton head 1 can be rotatably connected with the mop rod 3 in a known manner. Such as the attachment member 14 on the mop faceplate, the attachment member 14 having a first recess in the top surface and a second recess (not shown) in each case; the connecting rod 5 is arranged on the mop rod, and the connecting rod 5 is hinged with the connecting piece 14; a spring 15 and a pressing member 16 disposed inside the connecting rod 5 such that the pressing member 16 can be held in contact with the connecting member by virtue of the elasticity of the spring 5 (the spring 15 and the pressing member 16 are shown in exploded view in fig. 1); when the pressing piece 5 enters the first recess, the mop panel 4 and the mop rod 3 are perpendicular to each other; when the pressing piece 5 enters the second recess, the mop panel 4 and the mop rod 3 are parallel to each other.
Finally, it should be noted that the above examples are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention and are not limitative. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
