the sedimentation reaction module is used for carrying out alkalization precipitation reaction on the chrome tanning waste liquid according to the content of trivalent chromium determined by the chromium detection module and separating upper layer clear liquid and lower layer chromium-containing mixture obtained by the alkalization precipitation reaction, the sedimentation reaction module comprises an alkali extraction sub-module, an active species adding sub-module, a pH detection sub-module, a sedimentation tank, an air compressor and an aeration head, and the active species adding sub-module is used for adding active species into the chrome tanning waste liquid to catalyze the alkalization precipitation reaction;
the acidification reaction module is used for carrying out acidification reaction on the lower layer chromium-containing mixture separated from the sedimentation reaction module so as to weaken the van der Waals force of active species and chrome tanning agent in the lower layer chromium-containing mixture, and comprises an acidification reaction tank, an acid material feeding submodule, a pH detection submodule and a stirrer;
the liquid filtering module is used for filtering the lower chromium-containing mixture after the acidification reaction of the acidification reaction module, so as to separate solid active species in the lower chromium-containing mixture from chromium-containing liquid, and the liquid filtering module comprises a filter cloth type conveyor belt, a plate frame filter, a liquid fluid detector and a liquid collector;
the post-processing module is used for carrying out spray drying on the chromium-containing liquid obtained by filtering by the liquid filtering module to obtain chromium powder for tanning;
the central control module is respectively in electric signal connection with the pretreatment module, the chromium detection module, the sedimentation reaction module, the acidification reaction module, the liquid filtration module and the post-treatment module and is used for controlling the running state of each module.
