Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Before the embodiments of the present application are described in further detail, terms of orientation in the embodiments of the present application, such as "upper portion", "lower portion", and "side portion", are used only for clearly describing the structures of the door sash reinforcement plate assembly, the door inner panel assembly, and the vehicle of the embodiments of the present application with reference to the orientation shown in fig. 1, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the following will describe the embodiments of the present application in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The position of the waist line of the vehicle door has great influence on the side impact protection and the front impact force transmission of the whole vehicle, so that the strength and the rigidity of the position of the waist line of the vehicle door are the key points of the design of the vehicle door, and the position of the waist line of the vehicle door has enough strength and rigidity to ensure the safety of passengers in the event of a collision accident.
At present, when a vehicle door is designed, in order to meet the strength and rigidity of a vehicle door beltline position, the length of a lower part (namely, the vehicle door beltline position) below a vehicle window of a vehicle door sash reinforcing plate extending downwards is designed to be longer, but the length of the lower part below the vehicle window of the vehicle door sash reinforcing plate extending downwards is limited by vehicle door accessory arrangement and installation requirements (such as glass lifter arrangement requirements and vehicle door outer handle arrangement space requirements) at present, and the lower part of the vehicle door sash reinforcing plate below the vehicle window can not be made to be long enough to meet the strength and rigidity of the vehicle door beltline position, so that sufficient safety protection can not be provided for passengers.
In order to solve the problem that the length of the lower part of the existing door sash reinforcing plate below a vehicle window, which extends downwards, is limited by the arrangement and installation requirements of vehicle door accessories, and the lower part of the existing door sash reinforcing plate cannot be made long enough to meet the strength and rigidity of a vehicle door waist line position, so that sufficient safety protection cannot be provided for passengers, the embodiment of the application provides a door sash reinforcing assembly 1, and the structure of the door sash reinforcing assembly can be seen in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the door sash reinforcement assembly 1 includes a door sash reinforcement panel 11 and a reinforcement beam 12.
Wherein, the door sash reinforcing plate 11 comprises an upper part 111, a side part 112 and a lower part 113 which are connected in sequence to form a window opening, the reinforcing beam 12 is positioned at the inner side of the lower part 113, and the length direction of the reinforcing beam 12 extends along the front and rear direction of the vehicle, so that the strength and rigidity of the lower part 113 (i.e. the position of the door beltline) are improved under the combined action of the door sash reinforcing plate 11 and the reinforcing beam 12.
Here, the inner side refers to a side facing the door inner panel, that is, a side facing the inside of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the cross section of the reinforcing beam 12 is maintained constant in the front-rear direction, so that the reinforcing beam 12 has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. The cross section of the reinforcing beam 12 is as shown in fig. 4, wherein one side close to the door sash reinforcing plate 11 is a straight line section, and the other side far from the door sash reinforcing plate 11 is a non-straight line section including a zigzag line. The cross-section remaining constant is not an absolute limitation here, but means that the cross-section remains constant over the major part of the length of the reinforcing beam, but does not exclude local cross-section variations due to effects of connecting structures etc., and that the cross-section may also differ from the middle section at the ends of the reinforcing beam for mounting or fitting reasons.
Therefore, the door sash reinforcement assembly 1 according to the embodiment of the present application can suitably reduce the length of the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcement plate 11 extending downward by providing the reinforcement beam 12 at the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcement plate 11, so as to provide a sufficient space for the arrangement and installation of door accessories, and ensure that the occupant is protected from a collision accident by providing the reinforcement beam 12 at the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcement plate 11, so that the strength and rigidity of the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcement plate 11 (i.e., at the position of the door beltline) can be improved by the combined action of the door sash reinforcement plate 11 and the reinforcement beam 12.
In one possible design, referring to FIG. 2, the reinforcement beam 12 includes a first side 121, the first side 121 having a groove 1211 extending along a length of the reinforcement beam 12.
By providing the first side 121 with a groove 1211 extending along the length of the reinforcement beam 12, a receiving space is provided for a corresponding protruding structure of the door inner panel when the door sash reinforcement assembly 1 and the door inner panel are subsequently attached to each other, see fig. 7.
In one possible design, referring to FIG. 2, the first side 121 of the reinforcement beam 12 has a plurality of blind weld relief holes 1212.
With the arrangement, on one hand, a welding tongs can conveniently enter each welding avoidance blind hole 1212 to realize spot welding connection between the surface of the reinforcing beam 12 opposite to the first side surface 121 and the lower part 113 of the door sash reinforcing plate 11; on the other hand, the plurality of welding avoidance blind holes 1212 function as avoidance mounting nuts for the window regulator to facilitate the installation of the window regulator.
Here, since the surface of the reinforcing beam 12 opposite to the first side surface 121 and the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcing plate 11 are connected by spot welding, not only the connection process is simple, but also the manufacturing cost is reduced since an additional connecting bracket is not required.
In a possible design, referring to fig. 5, the inner side of the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcing plate 11 has a plurality of bosses 114, and the bosses 114 are correspondingly engaged with the blind weld avoiding holes 1212, so that the end surface of the boss 114 close to the reinforcing beam 12 is fixedly connected to the second side surface 122 of the reinforcing beam 12. That is, when the welding spot is welded by the welding tongs, the welding spot is located at the boss 114.
It is understood that, in correspondence with the plurality of weld avoidance blind holes 1212, the interval length of any adjacent two bosses 114 of the plurality of bosses 114 in the longitudinal direction of the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcing plate 11 is the same.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5, the boss 114 is a boss with a circular cross section or a long-strip-shaped boss with a circular cross section and two circular arc ends.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, a plurality of weld relief blind holes 1212 are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the reinforcing beam 12 to ensure the stability of the connection between the reinforcing beam 12 and the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcing plate 11.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the plurality of solder relief blind holes 1212 includes a first blind hole 12121 and a second blind hole 12122, and the first blind hole 12121 has a larger bore diameter than the second blind hole 12122.
From the foregoing, the plurality of welding avoiding blind holes 1212 can play roles of facilitating the entry of the welding tongs and facilitating the avoidance of the window regulator mounting nut, and in practical applications, not every welding avoiding blind hole 1212 needs to satisfy the roles of facilitating the entry of the welding tongs and facilitating the avoidance of the window regulator mounting nut. Here, the first blind hole 12121 is provided with a larger hole diameter than the second blind hole 12122 because the first blind hole 12121 corresponds to the position of the window regulator mounting nut and needs to function to facilitate the entry and escape of the welding tongs into the window regulator mounting nut, while the second blind hole 12122 does not correspond to the window regulator mounting nut and only needs to function to facilitate the entry of the welding tongs.
In one possible design, see fig. 3, the reinforcement beam 12 includes a second side 122 opposite the first side 121, wherein the second side 122 is planar to facilitate connection with the door sash reinforcement panel 11.
In one possible design, referring to FIG. 3, the second side 122 has a plurality of blind installation and bypass holes 1221.
Through setting up a plurality of installations, dodge blind hole 1221 to play the effect of dodging glass-frame riser installation nut, the installation of the glass-frame riser of being convenient for.
In one possible design, the stiffening beam 12 is a profile structure, which is convenient for obtaining materials. The section bar is a solid straight bar which is formed by plastic processing and has a certain section shape and size. The section bar has various varieties and specifications and wide application.
In a possible design, the material of the reinforcement beam 12 is low carbon steel, wherein the low carbon steel is a material commonly used for a common vehicle body, and the material is convenient to obtain, low in price and good in structural strength.
On the other hand, the present embodiment also provides a door inner panel assembly, which includes a door inner panel 2 and any one of the door sash reinforcement assemblies 1 according to the embodiments of the present invention, in which the reinforcement beam 12 is located between the door inner panel 2 and the door sash reinforcement panel 11, see fig. 6.
Based on adopted door sash reinforcement assembly 1 for intensity and rigidity of door stringcourse position department can improve, provide sufficient safety protection for the passenger when guaranteeing to take place the collision accident, therefore the intensity and the rigidity of door inner panel subassembly in door stringcourse position that this application embodiment provided can guarantee to take place the collision accident when providing sufficient safety protection for the passenger.
In one possible design, the door sash reinforcement plate 11 is joined to the door inner panel 2 by spot welding, and the joining process is simple.
In one possible design, see fig. 7, a cavity 3 is formed between the door inner panel 2 and the door sash reinforcement panel 11, and a reinforcement beam 12 is located in the cavity 3.
Due to the addition of the reinforcement beam 12, the length of the downward extension of the lower portion 113 of the door sash reinforcement panel 11 can be reduced appropriately, and thus the length of the cavity 3 formed between the door inner panel 2 and the door sash reinforcement panel 11 in the vehicle height direction in the present application can be reduced as compared with the length of the cavity formed between the door inner panel and the door sash reinforcement panel in the vehicle height direction in the prior art, so as to provide sufficient space for the arrangement of the window regulator and the door outer handle as much as possible.
In one possible example, in the manufacturing process of the vehicle, the door sash reinforcement plate 11 and the reinforcement beam 12 are spot-welded to form the door sash reinforcement assembly 1, and then the door sash reinforcement assembly 1 and the door inner panel 2 are spot-welded to form the door inner panel assembly.
In yet another aspect, embodiments of the present application further provide a vehicle including any one of the door inner panel assemblies according to embodiments of the present application, wherein the door inner panel assembly is part of a vehicle door. It is understood that the door includes, in addition to the door inner panel assembly, an outer door panel mechanism, an interior trim panel, an exterior trim panel, and the like.
Based on the adoption of the door sash reinforcing component 1, the strength and the rigidity of the position of the waist line of the door are improved, and sufficient safety protection is provided for passengers in the case of a collision accident, so that the strength and the rigidity of the position of the waist line of the door of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application can ensure that the sufficient safety protection is provided for the passengers in the case of the collision accident.
