The fixing mode is simple to process and convenient for replacing the rope-shaped structural part 3.

In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the fixed end 31 of the rope-shaped structural member 3 may also be fixed to the second end surface 82 of the fixing block 8 mentioned below, and the fixed end 31 of the rope-shaped structural member 3 may also be fixed to the fixing block 8 by other means such as adhesion, insertion, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fixing block 8 further comprises a second end surface 82 far away from the umbrella top 6 and a side surface 83 surrounding the axis of the umbrella rod 2, the rope-shaped structural member 3 completely covers the second end surface 82 and the side surface 83, and the fixing block 8 is covered by the rope-shaped structural member 3, so that the appearance is more attractive.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rope-like structure 3 is made of an elastic material, such as silica gel, rubber or memory foam, which can elastically deform under the action of an external force and return to its original shape when the external force is removed. In general, the handle 4 is used more frequently than the umbrella cover 5, and therefore, the rope-like structure 3 of the present disclosure may be configured to be spirally contracted into the handle 4 in a naturally relaxed state, which is a state in which the rope-like structure 3 is not subjected to an external force, and to be unfolded and configured into the umbrella cover 5 by receiving an external force.

In order for the rope structure 3 to be able to maintain the shape of the handle 4, the rope structure 3 needs to meet the required strength and stiffness requirements, which can be obtained by modeling analysis by a person skilled in the art. Here, taking the diameter of the rope-shaped structural member 3 as an example, the diameter should not be too small, that is, the rope-shaped structural member 3 should not be too thin, and the strength and hardness of the too thin rope-shaped structural member 3 are relatively low, so that the requirement of maintaining the strength and hardness of the handle 4 cannot be met; the diameter is not too large, i.e. the rope-shaped structural member 3 is not too thick, the too thick rope-shaped structural member 3 may not be long enough to extend to the position of the umbrella top 6 after being unfolded, or the handle 4 is too thick, so that the holding comfort is reduced; therefore, the diameter size of the rope structure 3 can be controlled within a suitable range according to the size of the umbrella structure.

In addition, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the rope structure 3 may be made of any other material, such as cloth, nylon, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly design the rope structure according to the appearance of the umbrella, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the handle 4 may be formed in various shapes such as a hemisphere (as shown in fig. 1), a cylinder, or a cone, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

Another embodiment of the present disclosure also provides an umbrella comprising the umbrella frame as described above.

The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.

4. An umbrella frame as claimed in claim 3, wherein the periphery of the cap (72) is provided with a plurality of notches (73) arranged at intervals, and the free end extends out of the cap (72) from the notches (73) via the clip posts (71).

5. Umbrella frame according to claim 2, characterized in that the holding end is further provided with a fixing block (8), and in the first state, the cord-like structure (3) is wound spirally around the outer circumferential surface of the fixing block (8).

Umbrella frame according to claim 5, characterized in that the fixing block (8) comprises a first end face (81) close to the top of the umbrella, the first end face (81) being provided with fastening holes, the fixing end (31) of the cord-like structure (3) being fixed to the fixing block (8) by means of fasteners (10).

Umbrella frame according to claim 5, characterized in that the fixing block (8) further comprises a second end face (82) remote from the top (6) and a lateral surface (83) around the axis of the umbrella shaft (2), the cord-like structure (3) completely covering the second end face (82) and the lateral surface (83).

8. Umbrella frame according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the rope-like structure (3) is made of an elastic material and in a natural relaxed state the rope-like structure (3) is helically retracted into the handle (4).

9. Umbrella frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the rope-like structure (3) further comprises a hanging strap (9), the hanging strap (9) being formed in a loop and being integrally formed with the rope-like structure (3).

10. An umbrella comprising an umbrella frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
