In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cutter head assembly 100 for trimming lawn and the like is disclosed. The cutterhead assembly 100 includes a cutterhead 10 and blades 20 mounted on the cutterhead 10.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the cutter head assembly 100 includes a disk body 11 and a cutter groove 12 formed by recessing the edge of the disk body 11 in the axial direction of the disk body 11. In this embodiment, the tray 11 has a circular shape. However, in other embodiments, the tray 11 may be provided in other shapes as desired, such as: a regular polygon. The side of the tray body 11 facing the lawn is provided with a guide table 111, and the side thereof facing away from the lawn is provided with a shaft sleeve 112 and a reinforcing rib 113. The guide table 111 is formed to protrude outward from a side of the tray body 11 facing the lawn. The guide table 111 is adjacent to the blade groove 12 and is located on the head grass side of the blade groove 12. Referring to fig. 1, when the cutter head assembly 100 rotates counterclockwise according to the arrow shown in fig. 1, the first side 101 of the cutter slot 12 facing grass first is, and the second side 102 of the cutter slot facing grass second is; when the cutterhead assembly 100 rotates clockwise in the direction opposite to the arrow shown in fig. 1, the first grass-facing side is the second side 102, and the second grass-facing side is the first side 101. In the present embodiment, each blade groove 12 corresponds to one guide platform 111, and the guide platform 111 is located on the head grass side of the blade groove 12; however, in other embodiments, the grass-first side of the blade groove 12 may be provided with a plurality of the guide platforms 111 as needed, or the guide platforms 111 may be provided on both the grass-first side and the grass-second side of the blade groove 12. In this embodiment, the side of the guide platform 111 facing away from the tray body 11 is a smooth protrusion, but in other embodiments, a cutting edge (not shown) may be further disposed on the side of the guide platform 111 facing away from the tray body 11 to enhance the capability of the guide platform 111 to smooth and clean the grass and vine. In the present embodiment, the guide platform 111 has a circular arc shape, but in other embodiments, the guide platform 111 may be provided with other shapes, such as a V shape. Referring to fig. 2, the shaft sleeve 112 is located at the center of the side of the tray 11 facing away from the lawn. The sleeve 112 is configured to cooperate with an output shaft of a power mechanism, so that the cutter head assembly 100 rotates under the action of the output shaft. The reinforcing ribs 113 are arranged along the radial direction of the disc body 11 and are uniformly distributed around the shaft sleeve 112 along the circumferential direction of the disc body 11. Preferably, the side of the tray body 11 facing away from the lawn is further provided with a secondary reinforcing rib 114 arranged along the circumferential direction to further enhance the strength of the tray body 11.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the sipes 12 are formed by recessing inward from the side of the tray 11 facing the lawn, and are located between the adjacent reinforcing ribs 113. The insert 20 is mounted in the pocket 12 by fasteners 30 and is configured to: in the axial direction of the disc 11, the blades 20 and the fasteners 30 do not protrude out of the pockets 12. The arrangement is that the blade 20 can be hidden in the knife groove 12, so that the blade 20 and the fastener 30 can be prevented from colliding with hard objects on the lawn, and the fastener 30 can not be detached; moreover, the blade 20 can be prevented from directly contacting with grass and soil on the lawn by the arrangement, so that the grass can be effectively prevented from being wound on the blade 20, and the soil can be effectively prevented from being clamped between the blade 20 and the fastener 30. The pocket 12 includes a pocket bottom wall 121 and pocket side walls 122 on both sides of the pocket bottom wall 121. The groove bottom wall 121 is provided with a boss 1211 and a mounting hole 1212 formed by recessing the boss 1211 inwards. The blade 20 is movably and fixedly mounted on the boss 1211 through the fastener 30 and the mounting hole 1212. Preferably, the guide table 111 and the fastener 30 are co-circular. In the present embodiment, the fastening member 30 is a screw, but in other embodiments, the fastening member 30 may have other structures, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the pocket 12 may also be provided with a slot cover (not shown) disposed opposite the slot bottom wall 121 to prevent grass, vines, and dirt from catching the blades 20. The slot cover and the slot 12 may be integrally formed or may be separately formed.

To sum up, the cutter head assembly 100 of the present invention installs the blades 20 in the cutter grooves 12 of the cutter head 10, so that the blades 20 are hidden in the cutter head 10, thereby avoiding grass clipping or mud blocking of the blades 20, and further effectively improving the working efficiency of the cutter head assembly 100; in addition, the cutter head assembly 100 is provided with the guide table 111 on the cutter head 11, so that the cutter head 10 can be used for straightening up and cleaning long grass, long vines and the like, and further the winding of the long grass and the long vines on the blades 20 can be effectively avoided.

1. An impeller assembly, comprising:
the cutter comprises a cutter disc and a cutter groove which is formed by inwards sinking from the edge of the cutter disc along the axial direction of the cutter disc; and
an insert mounted within the pocket and configured to: in the axial direction of the disk body, the insert does not protrude out of the pocket.
2. The cutterhead assembly of claim 1, wherein: the insert is movably mounted within the pocket by a fastener, and the fastener is configured to: in the axial direction of the disc, the fastener does not protrude outside the pocket.
3. The cutterhead assembly of claim 1, wherein: the cutter groove comprises a groove bottom wall and groove side walls positioned on two sides of the groove bottom wall; the included angle between the groove bottom wall and the groove side wall is an obtuse angle.
4. The cutterhead assembly of claim 3, wherein: and a chamfer is arranged at the intersection of the groove side wall and the tray body.
5. The cutterhead assembly of claim 1, wherein: the cutter groove comprises a groove bottom wall and groove side walls located on two sides of the groove bottom wall, a boss is arranged on the groove bottom wall, and the cutter blade is installed on the boss.

14. The mower of claim 13, wherein: the insert is movably mounted within the pocket by a fastener, and the fastener is configured to: in the axial direction of the disc, the fastener does not protrude outside the pocket.
15. The mower of claim 13, wherein: the cutter disc is provided with at least two cutter grooves, and the cutter grooves are distributed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the cutter disc.
16. The mower of claim 13, wherein: the cutter groove comprises a groove bottom wall and groove side walls positioned on two sides of the groove bottom wall; and a chamfer is arranged at the intersection of the groove side wall and the tray body.
17. The mower of claim 13, wherein: the cutter groove comprises a groove bottom wall and groove side walls located on two sides of the groove bottom wall, a boss is arranged on the groove bottom wall, and the cutter blade is installed on the boss.
