Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rotary blade used in a mower that uses an engine or a motor as a drive source.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-55813, a mowing machine is known in which a rotary blade having a plurality of cutting blades is driven to rotate by an engine or the like. A rotary blade 50 for a mower used in this mower is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The entire blade is a flat plate having a thickness T of about 1.4 mm, and has a plurality of protrusions around it. A piece 51 is provided, and a cutting edge 52 is formed at the front end in the rotational direction of each protruding piece 51. When the cutting blade 52 cannot be cut, the rotary blade 50 for mower is turned over so that the cutting blade 53 formed on the other side of the protruding piece 51 can be used. is there. Reference numeral 54 denotes a mounting hole.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the rotary blade 50 for mower according to the conventional example has the following problems.
(1) Since the tips of the cutting blades 52 and 53 in use face upward and have a downward inclined surface 55 on the lower side of the cutting blades 52 and 53, the rotation of the rotary blade 50 for the mower The generated wind is relatively downward and the grass to be mowed is held down, resulting in poor biting into the grass. Also, it is difficult to mow the grass on the ground.
(2) The cutting edges 52 and 53 are crushed and cannot be cut immediately.
(3) Since the sharpness of the cutting edges 52 and 53 is poor, the power consumption is large as a result.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary blade for a mower that has good bite into grass and consumes less power.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The rotary blade for mower according to claim 1, which meets the above-mentioned purpose, includes a plurality of projecting pieces around the projecting piece, and the rotary blade for mowers provided with a cutting blade at a rotational direction front portion of the projecting piece. And the cutting edge of the cutting edge is formed by a line of intersection between the upper surface of the rotational direction tip portion inclined downward and the downward inclined surface of the rotational direction tip portion, A grounding portion is formed by a line of intersection between the lower surface of the tip portion in the rotational direction of the protruding piece and the downward inclined surface. Here, the rotation direction front part of the projecting piece is directed obliquely downward means that the rotation direction front part of the protrusion piece is bent and directed obliquely downward, and the entire protrusion piece is inclined to rotate in the rotation direction front part. This includes the case where is directed diagonally downward.
The rotary blade for a mower according to claim 2 is the rotary blade for a mower according to claim 1, wherein the rotation direction tip portion of the protruding piece is bent and inclined in a range of 1 to 45 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane. Yes.
A rotary blade for a mower according to a third aspect is the rotary blade for a mower according to any one of the first and second aspects, wherein a notch is provided in a base portion of the cutting blade of the protruding piece.
[0005]
Since the rotary blade for mowers according to claims 1 to 3 has the tip in the rotational direction of the projecting piece on which the cutting blade is formed facing obliquely downward, an upward airflow is generated by the rotation, and an attempt is made to trim. Try to stand grass.
In particular, in the rotary blade for a mower according to claim 3 , since the notch is provided in the base of the cutting blade of the protruding piece, it can be cut as if the grass is drawn into this portion.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings for understanding of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a rotary blade for a mower according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.
[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a rotary blade 10 for a mower according to an embodiment of the present invention is made of a hard metal plate or hard synthetic resin such as carbon steel or tool steel having a thickness t of 1.4 mm. A plurality of projecting pieces 12 are provided around the disc-shaped main body 11. Cutting blades 13 and 14 are formed on both sides of the protruding piece 12, but the rotary blade 10 for a mower usually rotates counterclockwise as viewed in a plan view, that is, in the direction of the arrow in FIG. A cutting edge 13 is formed at the front end 15 of the twelve rotational directions. Further, when the rotary blade 10 for mower is turned over and used, the cutting blade 14 is formed on the other side of the protruding piece 12.
[0008]
The cutting edge 13 (same for the cutting edge 14) is formed by inclining the rotational direction tip 15 of the protruding piece 12 obliquely. The width w of the upper surface 16 of the rotational direction tip 15 is preferably about 3 to 6 mm. If the width w of the upper surface 16 is about this level, the tilt angle θ 1 of the rotational direction tip 15 inclined obliquely is 3 to 3. It is about 25 degrees. Note that the inclination angle θ 1 can be made smaller if the width w of the upper surface 16 is longer, and the inclination angle θ 1 can be made larger if the width w of the upper surface 16 is shorter, in the range of 1 to 45 degrees. It will be selected appropriately. If this angle is too small, an upward flow accompanying the rotation of the rotary blade 10 for the mower does not occur, and if it is large, the cutting edge 13 tends to protrude downward and become chipped, which is dangerous.
[0009]
The cutting edge 13 of the cutting edge 13 is formed by a line of intersection between the upper surface 16 and the downward inclined surface 18, and the cutting edge angle θ 2 is 35 degrees in this embodiment. Other angles may be used within the range of degrees. Further, the cutting edge 13 of the cutting edge 13 does not need to be sharp, and blade spilling is less when the blade is properly crushed, and handling is safe.
A grounding portion 20 is formed by a line of intersection between the lower surface 19 of the rotation direction tip portion 15 and the downward inclined surface 18. The height h of the grounding portion 20 with respect to the back surface of the main body 11 is about 0.8 to 2 mm. If the height h is too large, the cutting edge 13 protrudes too much and there is a danger, and if it is too small, the effect of bending the rotational direction tip 15 obliquely downward is small.
[0010]
Arc-shaped cutouts 21 and 22 are formed at the base portions of the cutting edges 13 and 14, that is, at the base end portion of the protruding piece 12, respectively. It is sufficient that the depths of the notches 21 and 22 are slightly longer than the width w of the rotation direction front portion 15, for example, about 6 to 8 mm. As a result, the grass to be trimmed can be pulled into the cutouts 21 and 22 and cut out, and the boundary between the cutting edges 13 and 14 is clarified, so that sharpening is easy.
An attachment hole 23 is formed in the center of the main body 11 so as to be attached to the rotary shaft of the mower main body.
[0011]
Accordingly, when the rotary blade 10 for mower is attached to the mower body and used, the rotational direction tip portion 15 is inclined downward, so that an updraft is generated by the rotation, and thereby the grass is pulled upward. In this way, the cutting blade 13 cuts. Moreover, since the notch at the base of the blade faces downward, the grass to be cut is drawn and caught, so there is little uncut. And since the blade edge | tip 17 of the cutting blade 13 is located below from the upper surface of the main body 11, the biting with respect to a grass becomes good. Further, since the angle of the downward inclined surface 18 becomes closer to the horizontal, the degree of pressing on the grass to be trimmed is reduced, and the cutting edge 17 also cuts the lower position of the grass, so that it is more efficient. Contributes to pruning.
According to the experiment, using the rotary blade 10 for the mower using the same mower has the advantage that the power is about half that of the conventional rotary blade for the mower.
When the cutting edge 13 is worn out by use, the cutting blade 14 can be used for mowing by turning the rotary blade 10 for mowing machine upside down. In this case, while the cutting edge 13 is being used, Since 14 inclines upward, there is little damage of the cutting blade 14 compared with the conventional rotary blade for mowers.
[0012]
Although the said embodiment demonstrated the rotary blade 10 for mowers which has four protrusion pieces, the rotary blade for mowers provided with several other protrusion pieces may be sufficient, and also in one direction. The present invention is applicable even to a rotary blade for a mower having only a cutting edge.
In the above-described embodiment, the front end of the protruding piece in the rotational direction is bent obliquely downward and the blade edge is positioned obliquely downward. It is also possible to tilt the tip in the rotational direction diagonally downward by tilting it by 3 degrees or more. In this case, the protruding piece also acts like a fan blade, so that a larger wind is generated.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the rotary blade for a mower according to claims 1 to 3 is bent in a diagonally downward direction in the rotational direction of the protruding piece on which the cutting blade is formed, an upward air flow is generated by the rotation, whereby the grass is Standing and cutting easier.
Therefore, when this rotary blade for mowers is used, the rotational power is reduced as compared with the conventional rotary blade for mowers, resulting in energy saving.
In the rotary blade for a mower according to claim 3 , since the notch is provided in the base of the cutting blade of the protruding piece, the cutting blade can be cut so as to attract the grass, and the cutting blade can be easily sharpened. There is an advantage.
