A machined product assembling mechanism for automobile part mold production comprises a bottom plate (1), a fixed seat (2), a first placing table (3), a second placing table (4), a sliding seat (5), a transverse plate (6), four groups of liftable columns (7), a first air cylinder (8) and a second air cylinder (9), wherein the bottom end of the fixed seat (2) is connected with the left half area of the top end of the bottom plate (1), the right half area of the top end of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a sliding groove, the bottom end of the sliding seat (5) can be fixed in the sliding groove in a sliding way, the top end of the sliding seat (5) is connected with the central area of the bottom end of the transverse plate (6), the top ends of the four groups of liftable columns (7) are respectively connected with the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the second placing table (4), the bottom ends of the four groups of the liftable columns (7) are respectively connected with the, the bottom end of the first cylinder (8) is connected with the central area of the top end of the transverse plate (6), the output end of the top of the first cylinder (8) is provided with a first telescopic rod (10), the top end of the first telescopic rod (10) is connected with the central area of the bottom end of the second placing table (4), the bottom end of the second cylinder (9) is connected with the right half area of the top end of the bottom plate (1), the output end of the left part of the second cylinder (9) is provided with a second telescopic rod (11), and the left end of the second telescopic rod (11) is connected with the upper half area of the right side wall of the sliding seat; the device is characterized by further comprising a support (12), a fixed shaft (13), a support plate (14), a left slide block (15), a right slide block (16), a third left air cylinder (17) and a third right air cylinder (18), wherein the top end of the support (12) is connected with the central area of the bottom end of the first placing plate, the central area of the bottom end of the support (12) is provided with a fixed groove which is communicated with the left end and the right end of the support (12), the bottom end of the support plate (14) is connected with the central area of the top end of the fixed seat (2), the top end of the support plate (14) extends into the fixed groove, the upper half area of the front side wall of the support plate (14) is provided with a through hole, the front end of the fixed shaft (13) passes through the through hole and is connected with the central area of the front side wall in the fixed groove, the rear end of the fixed shaft (13), left side spread groove and right spread groove in transversely being provided with left gag lever post (19) and right gag lever post (20) respectively, but left side slider (15) and right slider (16) slidable respectively fix in left spread groove and right spread groove, but left side slider (15) and right slider (16) slidable cover respectively establish on left gag lever post (19) and right gag lever post (20), install respectively at fixing base (2) left end and right-hand member third left cylinder (17) and third right cylinder (18), third left cylinder (17) and third right cylinder (18) top output are provided with third left telescopic link (21) and third right telescopic link (22) respectively, and third left telescopic link (21) and third right telescopic link (22) top are rotatable articulated with left slider (15) and right slider (16) bottom central area respectively.

The assembling mechanism for the machined product produced by the automobile part mold as claimed in claim 3, further comprising an intermediate rod (26) and a mounting rod (27), wherein the top end of the intermediate rod (26) is connected with the right half area of the bottom end of the mounting rod (27), the bottom end of the intermediate rod (26) is connected with the right half area of the top end of the transverse plate (6), and the left end of the mounting rod (27) is connected with the right end of the first cylinder (8).

The work assembling mechanism for the mold production of automobile parts according to claim 4, further comprising front and rear reinforcing rods (28, 29), the top ends of the front and rear reinforcing rods (28, 29) being connected to the front and rear ends of the second cylinder (9), respectively, and the bottom ends of the front and rear reinforcing rods (28, 29) being connected to the front and rear right sides of the top end of the base plate (1), respectively.

The assembling mechanism for the machined product produced by the automobile part mold as claimed in claim 5, further comprising four sets of universal wheels (30), wherein the top ends of the four sets of universal wheels (30) are respectively connected with the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the bottom plate (1), and the four sets of universal wheels (30) are provided with braking plates.

The mechanism for assembling processed products for mold production of automobile parts according to claim 6, further comprising a plurality of sets of steel balls (31), wherein a plurality of sets of slots are provided at the bottom end of the sliding seat (5), the plurality of sets of steel balls (31) are rotatably installed in the plurality of sets of slots respectively, and the bottom ends of the plurality of sets of steel balls (31) are in contact with the bottom sidewall of the sliding slot.
