In this manner, diverter wall 98 directs sanitizing fluid that overflows fourth side wall 94 into water curtain filter element 16 so that water curtain filter element 16 can sanitize the air.
Referring to fig. 3-4 and 7, in some embodiments, the body assembly 14 further includes a fan 102 disposed within the housing 32. The fan 102 is used to create an airflow from the air inlet 34 to the air outlet 36. In this manner, the fan 102 makes it possible to increase the speed of the air flow, improving the air purifying effect of the air purifier 10.
Specifically, the fan 102 is located above the flow dividing element 60. Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the water curtain filter element 16 includes a filter portion 114 and a mounting portion 116 connected to two ends of the filter portion 114, and the mounting portion 116 is formed with a water passing hole 118, so that the disinfectant can enter the filter portion 114 and flow from the filter portion 114. Water curtain filter element 16 is connected to support sheet 28 by mounting portion 116 and interfaces with diverter wall 98 of diverter element 60.
In the present embodiment, the upper part of the water curtain filter element 16, which is two thirds high, is exposed out of the storage tank 12, and the lower part of the water curtain filter element, which is one third high, extends into the storage tank 12. In addition, the central hollow portion of the water curtain filter element 16 covers the air outlet 36.

The cathode reaction is as follows: 2H++2e-=H2↑;
Cl2+NaOH→HClO+NaCl;
Cl2+2NaOH→2NaClO+NaCl+H2O;
Cl2+2OH-→ClO-+Cl-+H2O;
From the above, it is understood that hypochlorous acid solution can be obtained after electrolysis of sodium chloride, and that hypochlorous acid has a strong oxidizing action, and can kill viruses and bacteria.
It should be noted that the air purifier 10 according to the embodiment of the present application may control the concentration of the sodium chloride solution so as to obtain a solution with a predetermined effective chlorine concentration. Therefore, the air purifier 10 according to the embodiment of the present application can purify the particulate matter in the air and can sterilize the air. The generated effective chlorine is controllable, so that the method is not only harmless to users, but also can achieve the disinfection effect.
In one example, in the present application, when the concentration of sodium chloride is 2-8g/L, the concentration of available chlorine in the chlorine-containing solution obtained by electrolysis is 100-400 mg/L.
Specifically, the sodium chloride concentration and the concentration of available chlorine in the resulting chlorine-containing solution are shown in Table 1 below:

in the present embodiment, the body assembly 14 further includes an inlet member 112, and the inlet member 112 is inserted into the water storage tank 12. The electrode 110 is disposed on the penetration piece 112. In this manner, the extensions 112 may allow the position of the electrodes 110 to be fixed, facilitating electrolysis of the brine.
Specifically, the inlet 112 is fixedly connected to the shunt element 60. For example, the inlet 112 may be formed as a unitary structure with the shunt element 60. The protruding member 112 has a hollow structure. The water inlet element 56 is arranged in the insertion part 112, or the water inlet element 56 sucks up the disinfecting liquid in the water storage tank 12 through the insertion part 112.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the air purifier 10 further includes a control circuit board 120, a water level sensor 122, and a salinity sensor 124. Control circuit board 120 is electrically connected to electrode 110, water level sensor 122 and salinity sensor 124. The control circuit board 120 serves to apply a voltage to the electrodes 110 to control the electrodes 110 to electrolyze the saline.
A water level sensor 122 is disposed within the storage tank 12, the water level sensor 122 being configured to detect the water level within the storage tank 12. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the water level sensor 122 is disposed on the inlet 112 and spaced apart from the electrode 110. The control circuit board 120 may control the operation of the electrode 110 according to the water level detected by the water level sensor 122. For example, the control circuit board 120 may control the applied voltage and the operating time of the electrodes 110 to control the rate of electrolysis.
A salinity sensor 124 is disposed within the storage tank 12, the salinity sensor 124 being used to detect the concentration of the disinfecting liquid within the storage tank 12. For example, salinity sensor 124 may detect the concentration of sodium hypochlorite. Specifically, in the present embodiment, salinity sensor 124 is disposed on inlet 112 and spaced apart from electrode 110. The control circuit board 120 can control the operation of the fan 102 and the water pump 54 according to the concentration of the disinfectant detected by the salinity sensor 124. It should be noted that the concentration of the final electrolyzed chlorine-containing sterilizing liquid is related to the concentration of the brine, and is not related to the size of the electrode 110 and the working time of the electrode 110, according to the conservation of energy.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, in some embodiments, the air purifier 10 further includes a key 126, which may be a mechanical key or a touch key, and the key 126 is used to control the operating state of the air purifier 10. For example, the user may control the air purifier 10 to electrolyze brine and control the air purifier 10 to purify air by operating the buttons 126.
In the embodiment of the present application, the key 126 is provided in the upper cover 40. In other embodiments, the keys 126 may be located elsewhere on the air purifier 10.
In summary, referring to fig. 13, in one example, the operation of the air purifier 10 according to the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
1. injecting water and salt into the storage tank 12 through the water injection port 42;
2. detecting the level and concentration of the brine in the water storage tank 12;
3. applying a voltage to the electrode 110 to electrolyze the brine, thereby obtaining a chlorine-containing disinfection solution;
4. the water pump 54 and the fan 102 are turned on, and the water pump 54 can pump the disinfectant to make the disinfectant pass through the first solution tank 62, the second solution tank 64 and the diversion hole 100 of the diversion wall 98 in sequence, then the disinfectant is sent into the water curtain filter element 16, and then the disinfectant flows into the water storage tank 12, and the circulation is carried out. The fan 102 can suck air from the air inlet 34, the air forms purified air after passing through the water curtain filter element 16, and the purified air is discharged from the air outlet 36 after passing through the fluid passage 96 and the vent hole 106 in sequence, and is circulated, so that the indoor air can be purified.
The product of the invention is an excellent air purification product pioneer, which not only has the characteristics of killing various harmful microorganisms and eliminating toxic substances, but also has the advantages of safety, high efficiency, broad spectrum, convenient storage, convenient use and the like; effectively and thoroughly solves the quality problem of indoor secondary polluted air.
In summary, in one embodiment of the present application, the air purifier 10 includes a water storage tank 12, a body assembly 14, and a water curtain filter element 16. A power assembly 33 is disposed in the housing 32, the power assembly 33 being adapted to draw in sanitizing liquid and to feed the sanitizing liquid to the water curtain filter element 16.
In this way, the water curtain filter element 16 covers the air inlet 34 and the power assembly 33 can feed the disinfecting liquid into the water curtain filter element 16, so that microorganisms such as particles, bacteria and viruses in the air adhere to the disinfecting liquid in the water curtain filter element 16 and then flow into the water storage tank 12 to be killed by the liquid soaking and purify the air, so that the purified air flows out from the air outlet 36, and the cleaning effects of air filtration, deodorization, air sterilization, air disinfection and virus killing carried by aerosol in the air are achieved. In addition, the body assembly 14 is removably coupled to the open end of the water storage tank 12 such that the water storage tank 12 may be easily cleaned after being separated from the body assembly 14 and the air purifier 10 may be of a modular design and manufactured at a relatively low cost.

Claims (10)

1. An air purifier, comprising:
a water storage tank for storing a disinfectant for sterilization and disinfection, the water storage tank having an open end;
the machine body assembly is detachably connected with the open end; the fuselage assembly includes:
the water storage tank comprises a shell, a water inlet, a water outlet and a water filling port, wherein the shell is provided with the air inlet, the air outlet and the water filling port, and the water filling port is used for filling liquid into the water storage tank;
a power assembly disposed in the housing; and
the water curtain filter element is arranged in the shell, covers the air inlet, and is used for extracting the disinfectant and sending the disinfectant into the water curtain filter element.
2. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the body assembly includes a connector partially inserted in the water storage tank and detachably connected with the water storage tank, the connector partially inserted in the housing and detachably connected with the housing.
3. The air purifier of claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the water storage tank is formed with a first stud, the connector is in threaded connection with the water storage tank through the first stud, the housing is formed with a second stud, and the connector is connected with the housing through the second stud.
4. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the body assembly includes an insert and an electrode disposed on the insert, the insert being inserted into the tank, the electrode being positioned within the tank for electrolyzing saline disposed within the tank to form the sanitizing solution.
5. The air purifier of claim 4, comprising a control circuit board electrically connected to the electrodes, the control circuit board for applying a voltage to the electrodes to control the electrodes to electrolyze the brine.
6. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the power assembly includes a water pump and a water inlet element and a water outlet element both connected to the water pump, the water inlet element extending into the water tank, the water outlet element configured to deliver the sanitizing solution to the water curtain filter element.
7. The air cleaner of claim 6, wherein the power assembly further comprises a flow dividing element connecting the water outlet element and the housing, the flow dividing element being configured to evenly feed the disinfecting solution from the water outlet element into the water curtain filter element.
8. The air cleaner of claim 7, wherein the flow dividing element includes a first flow dividing portion, a second flow dividing portion, and a connecting portion connecting the first flow dividing portion and the second flow dividing portion, the first branch portion is formed with a first solution tank, the second branch portion is formed with a second solution tank, the connecting part is provided with an overflow channel, the second solution tank and the first solution tank are arranged at intervals, the overflow channel is connected with the first solution tank and the second solution tank, the overflow channel is provided with an overflow inlet and an overflow outlet, the overflow inlet is communicated with the first solution tank, the overflow outlet is communicated with the second solution tank, the second solution tank is provided with a notch, and the position of the notch is lower than that of the overflow outlet, so that disinfectant overflowing from the notch enters the water curtain filtering element.
9. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the body assembly includes a fan disposed within the housing, the fan configured to create an airflow from the air inlet to the air outlet, the fan configured to discharge the cleaned air from the air outlet.
10. The air cleaner of claim 9, wherein the body assembly includes a bracket fixedly coupled to the housing, the fan being mounted to the bracket, the bracket defining a vent opening communicating the air inlet and the air outlet.
