The case is an indispensable part of the internet equipment and plays a role in protecting functional elements. At present, a chassis is generally a cuboid structure, and includes a main body and a cover, wherein the main body is composed of five surfaces, and the cover is composed of one surface. Generally, the chassis can be further divided into a horizontal chassis and a vertical chassis according to the installation requirement. However, since the main body is currently composed of five surfaces, the process is complicated in manufacturing, the manufacturing time is long, and it is inconvenient to take out and re-mount from the main body when a certain functional element is broken or damaged.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present application provides a chassis 1, and a schematic diagram of a split structure of the chassis 1 can be seen in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the cabinet 1 includes a first portion 11 and a second portion 12.
The first portion 11 includes a first plate 111, a second plate 112, and a third plate 113, the first plate 111, the second plate 112, and the third plate 113 are connected to each other vertically, and the first plate 111, the second plate 112, and the third plate 113 have a first intersection point;
the second portion 12 includes a fourth plate 121, a fifth plate 122 and a sixth plate 123, every two of the fourth plate 121, the fifth plate 122 and the sixth plate 123 are vertically connected to each other, and the fourth plate 121, the fifth plate 122 and the sixth plate 123 share a second intersection point;
the cabinet 1 is configured such that, in use, the first plate 111 opposes the fourth plate 121, the second plate 112 opposes the fifth plate 122, and the third plate 113 opposes the sixth plate 123, so that the cabinet 1 constitutes a six-sided rectangular parallelepiped. It will be appreciated that when the enclosure 1 is configured for use, the first portion 11 needs to be connected to the second portion 12 so that the enclosure 1 is a unitary structure.
Therefore, in the case 1 provided in the embodiment of the present application, since the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 constituting the case 1 are both composed of three plate bodies, the case 1 is not only simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, but also has a large operation space for an operator, and is convenient for the operator to install or detach or replace functional elements.
In a possible design, referring to fig. 1, the first plate 111, the second plate 112, the third plate 113, the fourth plate 121, the fifth plate 122, and the sixth plate 123 are rectangular plates, which are convenient for manufacturing.
The shape of the first plate 111 is the same as that of the fourth plate 121, the shape of the second plate 112 is the same as that of the fifth plate 122, and the shape of the third plate 113 is the same as that of the sixth plate 123, that is, the shapes of the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 are the same, so that the casing 1 can be formed into a rectangular parallelepiped.
Optionally, the length, width, and thickness of the first plate 111 are also the same as those of the fourth plate 121, the length, width, and thickness of the second plate 112 are the same as those of the fifth plate 122, and the length, width, and thickness of the third plate 113 are the same as those of the sixth plate 123, so that the manufacturing process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
In a possible design, a side of the first board 111 away from the second board 112 has a first fixing member 114, a side of the fifth board 122 away from the fourth board 121 has a second fixing member 124, and the second fixing member 124 is adapted to cooperate with the first fixing member 114, so that the first board 111 and the fifth board 122 can be connected by cooperation of the first fixing member 114 and the second fixing member 124 when the chassis 1 is configured to be used.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the first fixing member 114 and the second fixing member 124 are both rectangular plate bodies, the first fixing member 114 is provided with a first press-riveting nut 115, and the second fixing member 124 is provided with a first screw counter bore 125 corresponding to the first press-riveting nut 115 one to one.
With this arrangement, when the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 are connected and fixed, the second fixing member 124 is located on the upper portion of the first fixing member 114, that is, located outside the chassis 1, and the screw is screwed into the first rivet pressing nut 115 through the first screw counter bore 125, so as to fix the first fixing member 114 and the second fixing member 124, and further fix the first plate 111 and the fifth plate 122.
Optionally, the number of the first press-riveting nuts 115 may be two, and the first press-riveting nuts are respectively located at two ends of the first fixing member 114.
Alternatively, the screw may be a cross-recessed grub screw and the first screw counterbore 125 may correspond to a cross-recessed grub screw counterbore.
Optionally, the first fixing element 114 is an extending surface of the first board 111, and the first fixing element 114 is coplanar with the first board 111.
Optionally, the second fixing member 124 is an extending surface of the fifth plate 122, and a plane of the second fixing member 124 is parallel to the fourth plate 121 and perpendicular to both the fifth plate 122 and the sixth plate 123.
In a possible design, a side of the second board 112 away from the first board 111 has a third fixing member 116, a side of the fourth board 121 away from the fifth board 122 has a fourth fixing member 126, and the fourth fixing member 126 is adapted to cooperate with the third fixing member 116, so that the second board 112 and the fourth board 121 can be connected by cooperation of the third fixing member 116 and the fourth fixing member 126 when the chassis 1 is configured to be used.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the third fixing member 116 and the fourth fixing member 126 are both rectangular plate bodies, the third fixing member 116 has a second screw counterbore 117, and the fourth fixing member 126 has a second press-riveting nut 127 corresponding to the second screw counterbore 117.
With this arrangement, when the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 are connected and fixed, the third fixing member 116 is located on the upper portion of the fourth fixing member 126, that is, located outside the chassis 1, and the screw is screwed into the second rivet pressing nut 127 through the second screw counter bore 117, so as to fix the third fixing member 116 and the fourth fixing member 126, and further fix the second plate 112 and the fourth plate 121.
Alternatively, the number of the second screw counter bores 117 may be two, and are respectively located at both ends of the third fixing member 116.
Alternatively, the screw may be a cross-recessed grub screw and the second screw counterbore 117 may correspond to a cross-recessed grub screw counterbore.
Optionally, the third fixing element 116 is an extending surface of the second plate 112, and a plane of the third fixing element 116 is parallel to the first plate 111 and perpendicular to both the second plate 112 and the third plate 113.
Optionally, the fourth fixing member 126 is an extending surface of the fourth plate 121, and the fourth fixing member 126 is coplanar with the fourth plate 121.
In one possible design, a side of the third plate 113 away from the second plate 112 has a first tenon 118, a side of the fifth plate 122 away from the sixth plate 123 has a first mortise 128, and the case 1 is configured such that the first tenon 118 is located in the first mortise 128 when the case 1 is in use.

Alternatively, the first portion 11 may be made of one plate body. For example, the first plate 111 and the second plate 112 and the first plate 111 and the third plate 113 are integrally formed, and the second plate 112 and the third plate 113 are connected by spot welding. In one possible design, the printed circuit board 2 includes a communication printed circuit board 21 and a power supply printed circuit board 22.
Alternatively, the communication printed circuit board 21 is fixed to the inner side of the first board 111 by press-riveting an internal threaded stud, and the power printed circuit board 22 is fixed to the inner side of the fourth board 121 by press-riveting an internal threaded stud. If no special height requirement exists, the length of the press riveting internal thread stud can be 8mm, the position and the number of the specific press riveting internal thread studs can be selectively set according to requirements, and the position and the number are not specifically limited.
