The actual mounting positions of the first mounting box 1 and the second mounting box 2 are not limited to the two distribution modes of up-down and left-right.
Referring to fig. 1, 8 and 9, the first mounting box 1 is substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and includes a first fixing frame 13 and a first housing 14, which are adapted to each other, and the first fixing frame 13 and the first housing 14 are connected by a snap-fit structure. The second mounting box 2 is also roughly in the shape of a cuboid, and comprises a second fixing frame 22 and a second shell 23 which are matched, and the second fixing frame 22 and the second shell 23 are connected in a clamping mode through a clamping structure. Through the fixed mode of buckle structure, can firmly assemble first mounting box 1 and second mounting box 2. After the assembly is completed, the bottom of the first mounting box 1 and the top of the second mounting box 2 are both provided with film rolling channels 28 for the transparent film 4 to pass through.
In this embodiment, the automatic film sterilizer is fixed to the elevator by means of a double-sided tape 9. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 8 and 9, the back of the first installation box 1 and the back of the second installation box 2 are both provided with a double-sided adhesive tape 9 that can be fixedly connected to two sides of the elevator key panel 3 respectively. Through pasting double faced adhesive tape 9, can fix first mounting box 1 and second mounting box 2 respectively on the elevator of elevator keypad 3 both sides, when not needing the disinfection, can dismantle first mounting box 1 and second mounting box 2 of taking off very conveniently, with the elevator reconversion, can install on the elevator of various models, the suitability is good. In addition, in some other embodiments, as an alternative to adhering the double-sided tape 9, the fixing and quick-detaching functions may be realized by providing suction cups on the back surface of the first mounting box 1 and the back surface of the second mounting box 2.
In this embodiment, the control device comprises a PCB control board 7 having a timing module, and a power supply module is connected to the PCB control board 7, and the power supply module is a battery 71. The power supply mode adopts the battery 71 which can be a disposable storage battery or a rechargeable battery, does not have excessive line connection, and is quick to install.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the first mounting box 1 is provided with a first roller bracket 19, the second mounting box 2 is provided with a second roller bracket 27, and rollers 191 capable of guiding and winding the transparent film 4 towards the elevator key panel 3 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the first roller bracket 19 and the second roller bracket 27. Thus, the distance between the transparent film 4 and the elevator key panel 3 is not too large to influence the key pressing.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8, the PCB control board 7 and the battery 71 are disposed on the first roller bracket 19, and an insulating pad 73 is disposed between the PCB control board 7 and the first roller bracket 19. In this way, the PCB control board 7 and the battery 71 are integrally mounted on the first roller bracket 19, so that the structure is more compact, and the internal space utilization rate and the assembly efficiency of the first mounting box 1 are improved; the provision of the insulating pad 73 can improve the electrical insulation between the PCB control board 7 and the first roller bracket 19.
In the present embodiment, the reset mechanism 8 uses a coil spring structure to realize the rewinding reset of the transparent film 4. Specifically, referring to fig. 5 to 7 and 9, the reset mechanism 8 includes a coil spring seat 81 disposed on a side wall of the second mounting box 2, a coil spring cover 82 rotatably connected to the coil spring seat 81, and a coil spring 83 connecting the coil spring cover 82 and the coil spring seat 81, wherein the coil spring cover 82 is connected to the second rotating shaft 21. The coil spring 83 is excellent in providing the accumulating force and the restoring force. When the first rotating shaft 11 winds the transparent film 4, the transparent film 4 also pulls the second rotating shaft 21 to rotate, and the second rotating shaft 21 drives the coil spring 83 to store force; when the motor 6 stops or rotates reversely after the sterilization is completed, the coil spring 83 automatically drives the second rotating shaft 21 to wind the transparent film 4 to move reversely for resetting, thereby realizing the mechanical automatic resetting of the transparent film 4. For a force storage element such as a coil spring which can convert mechanical energy into elastic potential energy, an elastic element such as a rubber band can be adopted to replace a power source for providing the rewinding of the transparent film. Of course, in some other embodiments, the reset mechanism 8 may also adopt another motor drive as a power source, and the control device controls the motor to turn on/off at regular time, for example, a motor is arranged on the first mounting box to drive the first rotating shaft to wind the transparent film to move in one direction, and another motor is arranged on the second mounting box to drive the second rotating shaft to wind the transparent film to move in another direction, so as to realize automatic disinfection and resetting of the transparent film.
More specifically, two sets of the reset mechanisms 8 are provided, the two sets of the reset mechanisms 8 are respectively installed at two ends of the second rotating shaft 21, the side wall of the second installation box 2 close to the elevator key panel 3 is provided with a strip-shaped installation hole 221 which is parallel to the second rotating shaft 21 and has an annular step, a coil spring seat 81 at the right end of the second rotating shaft 21 is provided with a pulley 84 and a first screw 85 which can move along the strip-shaped installation hole 221, and a first spring 86 is arranged between the coil spring seat 81 provided with the pulley 84 and the side wall of the second installation box 2 far away from the second rotating shaft 21. Two sets of reset mechanisms 8 are arranged and are respectively installed at two ends of the second rotating shaft 21, so that the process of applying restoring force to the second rotating shaft 21 to rotate is more balanced and stable, and the transparent film 4 is prevented from being folded when being wound. During installation, one of the reset mechanisms 8 and the left end of the second rotating shaft 21 can be installed, the reset mechanism 8 at the left end is fixed on the second installation box 2, and the other reset mechanism 8 and the right end of the second rotating shaft 21 are installed by utilizing the motion fit between the strip-shaped installation hole 221 and the pulley 84; the first spring 86 provides a clamping force between the coil spring seat 81 at the right end and the second rotating shaft 21, and is used for clamping, positioning and installing the two groups of reset mechanisms 8 on the second rotating shaft 21 together, and finally, the first screw 85 is screwed to lock the pulley 84 and the annular step on the strip-shaped installation hole 221, so that the assembly of the reset mechanisms 8 and the second rotating shaft 21 is completed.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to increase the installation speed, two convex columns 811 are provided on each coil spring seat 81, and the side wall of the second installation box 2 is correspondingly provided with insertion holes 222 for the convex columns 811 to be inserted and matched. Through the positioning fit of the convex column 811 and the insertion hole 222, the function of guiding and positioning can be achieved when the resetting mechanism is installed.
In the present embodiment, as an improvement of the way of supplying the sterilizing liquid, referring to fig. 1 to 9, the automatic membrane sterilizer further includes a container assembly 12 for supplying the sterilizing liquid to the sterilizing liquid adsorbing member 5. In this manner, the sterilizing liquid can be supplied to the sterilizing liquid adsorbing member 5 continuously by the container assembly 12 to ensure that the transparent film 4 can be sterilized efficiently for a long period of time. By adopting the liquid supply mode, compared with the method that the disinfectant adsorbing piece 5 needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time, the method avoids the operation of frequent disassembly. Preferably, the container assembly 12 is fixedly connected to the first fixing frame 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 8, the first mounting box 1 and the second mounting box 2 are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the elevator key panel 3, the container assembly 12 is disposed on the first mounting box 1, the container assembly 12 includes a clamping groove portion 121 and a liquid cavity 122 for containing disinfectant, the length direction of the clamping groove portion 121 is parallel to the axis direction of the first rotating shaft 11, a liquid supply channel 123 in a communicated elongated gap shape is disposed between the bottom of the liquid cavity 122 and the clamping groove portion 121, and the disinfectant adsorption member 5 is disposed in the clamping groove portion 121. Thus, the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 adsorbing the disinfectant can be kept in contact with the transparent film 4 at the opening of the clamping groove portion 121; the length direction of the clamping groove part 121 is parallel to the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 11, so that the disinfectant adsorbing part 5 can be ensured to be fully contacted with the transparent film 4, and uniform wiping and disinfection can be carried out; under the action of gravity, the disinfectant contained in the liquid cavity 122 can automatically and uniformly permeate and infiltrate the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 from top to bottom in a quantitative manner through the strip-shaped slit liquid supply channel 123, so that a good and lasting disinfection effect is achieved. Meanwhile, since the disinfectant adsorbing member 5, the liquid supply channel 123, the first rotating shaft 11 and the second rotating shaft 21 are all distributed in parallel, the transparent film 4 can be wiped and disinfected uniformly. Preferably, the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 is cylindrical, and the clamping groove portion 121 is an arc-shaped clamping groove.
In some specific embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 8, the container assembly 12 is provided with a filling port 124 communicated with the liquid chamber 122, and a waterproof vent valve 125 is arranged at the filling port 124. The liquid adding port 124 is arranged, so that disinfectant can be added into the liquid cavity 122 conveniently, and the transparent film 4 can be sterilized by using the disinfectant for a long time; the waterproof ventilation valve 125 is provided, so that the waterproof and ventilation effects are achieved, the disinfectant in the liquid cavity 122 can be prevented from leaking, the liquid cavity 122 can be communicated with the external atmosphere, the air pressure is balanced, and the disinfectant can smoothly permeate out and infiltrate the disinfectant adsorption part 5.
Preferably, the container assembly 12 is made of a transparent material. In this manner, since container assembly 12 is transparent, the remaining amount of the disinfecting liquid in liquid chamber 122 can be visually understood, so as to add the supplementary disinfecting liquid.
More preferably, referring to fig. 8, the side wall of the first housing 14 is provided with a disinfectant volume observation port 141, and the top of the first housing 14 is provided with a vent valve clearance gap 143. The residual situation of the disinfectant in the cavity 122 can be observed through the disinfectant volume observation port 141; the vent valve clearance gap 143 may avoid interference with the assembled vent valve 125.
In some specific embodiments, the first mounting box 1 is provided with a horizontal bubble tube 10. Set up horizontal bubble pipe 10, can play the effect of referring to as the installation level, can adjust horizontal installation position well when installing first mounting box 1 to ensure that antiseptic solution adsorbs piece 5 and first pivot 11 distributes along the horizontal direction respectively, thereby make the antiseptic solution in the sap cavity 122 can be even and permeate infiltration antiseptic solution and adsorb 5 along the horizontal direction equivalent, and then can be evenly to transparent film 4 wipe the disinfection fully. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the horizontal bubble tube 10 is mounted on a container assembly 12. The top surface of the container assembly 12 is provided with a first receiving recess 127 for fitting the horizontal bubble tube 10, and the top of the first housing 14 is provided with a first horizontal bubble observation port 142. The arrangement of the first horizontal bubble observation port 142 can observe bubbles in the horizontal bubble tube 10, which is convenient for adjusting the position of the first mounting box 1 for mounting.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, in some specific embodiments, the first mounting box 1 is provided with a first bracket 16 and a second bracket 17, the first bracket 16 is rotatably provided with a first rotating shaft sleeve 161, the second bracket 17 is rotatably provided with a second rotating shaft sleeve 171, two ends of the first rotating shaft 11 are detachably connected to the first rotating shaft sleeve 161 and the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 respectively, an output end of the motor 6 is connected to the first rotating shaft sleeve 161, and one end of the second rotating shaft sleeve 171, which is far away from the first rotating shaft 11, is provided with a pressing mechanism and a limiting structure. In this way, the motor 6 can be mounted on the first support 16, the first rotating shaft sleeve 161 serves as a transition piece between the motor 6 and the first rotating shaft 11, and the output shaft of the motor 6 is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft sleeve 161 so as to link the first rotating shaft 11 to perform rotating and winding disinfection on the transparent film 4. The jacking mechanism is used for providing a clamping force between the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 and the first rotating shaft 11, the limiting structure is used for limiting the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 to move along the length direction of the first rotating shaft 11, and the first rotating shaft 11 can be detached and replaced by pressing the second rotating shaft sleeve 171.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the limiting structure includes a limiting ring 1711 disposed on the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 and a limiting hole 172 disposed on the second bracket 17, and the pressing mechanism is a second spring 173 for maintaining the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 to press the first rotating shaft 11. The second spring 173 can always maintain the clamping force between the second shaft sleeve 171 and the first shaft 11, and the limiting ring 1711 can prevent the second shaft sleeve 171 from separating from the limiting hole 172 and popping out. More specifically, the second bracket 17 is connected to a pressing plate 175 through a third screw 174, and the pressing plate 175 is used for locking the second spring 173. The second spring 173 is located between the limiting ring 1711 and the pressure plate 175, and a first clearance hole 1751 through which one end of the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 can pass is formed in the pressure plate 175.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 8, in order to keep transparent film 4 in effective contact with disinfectant adsorbing member 5 for disinfection, the opening of the clamping groove portion 121 faces downward toward the first rotating shaft 11, and the first bracket 16 and the second bracket 17 are connected with a third spring 18 capable of maintaining the first rotating shaft 11 and the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 to clamp the transparent film 4 together. Due to the arrangement of the third spring 18, a clamping force between the first rotating shaft 11 and the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 is provided, so that the first rotating shaft 11 can be pressed towards the disinfectant adsorbing member 5, and the transparent film 4 wound on the first rotating shaft 11 is ensured to be always kept in contact with the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 for disinfection.
It should be noted that the PCB control board 7 is connected with a main switch (not shown in the figure) for starting the sterilization work, and the main switch is preferably disposed at the side of the first mounting box 1. The PCB control board 7 may adopt a control core board with a timing function on the market.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the use of the automatic membrane sterilizer of this embodiment 1 is explained as follows:
(1) installation preparation: the first installation box 1 and the second installation box 2 are respectively stuck on the elevator above and below the elevator key panel 3 by using a double-faced adhesive tape 9, so that the transparent film 4 covers the surface of the elevator key panel 3. When the installation is carried out, the horizontal positions of the first installation box 1 and the second installation box 2 can be adjusted by referring to the bubbles in the horizontal bubble tube 10, and the transparent film 4 can be ensured to be smoothly wound and stored without wrinkles. While looking at the sterilizing liquid volume observing port 141, a sufficient amount of sterilizing liquid is added to the liquid chamber 122 through the liquid inlet 124, and then the air vent valve 125 is screwed. The main switch (not shown) is activated to start the operation of the sterilization operation by means of the power supplied by the battery 71.
(2) Automatic timing disinfection: after a user presses a corresponding floor key on the elevator key panel 3 through the transparent film 4 by hand, because the timing module of the PCB control panel 7 can preset the running time and the power-off time of the motor 6, after a short fixed time, the PCB control panel 7 controls the motor 6 to automatically start, the motor 6 drives the first rotating shaft 11 to rotate and wind the transparent film 4 to move upwards, the disinfectant in the liquid cavity 122 uniformly permeates out through the liquid supply channel 123 and infiltrates the disinfectant adsorbing member 5, and the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 with the disinfectant disinfects the transparent film 4 in a rotating and wiping way; when the transparent film 4 is wound, collected and moved upwards, the transparent film 4 can synchronously pull the second rotating shaft 21 in the second mounting box 2 to rotate, and the coil springs 83 at the two ends of the second rotating shaft 21 store force and collect the force; after the surface of the transparent film 4 is disinfected and wiped (the motor 6 runs for a preset time), the motor 6 stops rotating, and under the action of the restoring force, the coil springs 83 at the two ends of the second rotating shaft 21 drive the second rotating shaft 21 to rewind and move the transparent film 4 downwards, so that one disinfection and return of the transparent film 4 are completed. Thus, the operation is repeated.
(3) By looking at the disinfectant volume observation port 141 of the first mounting box 1, the residual quantity of the disinfectant in the fluid chamber 122 can be known and timely supplemented. When not needing to disinfect, only need dismantle first mounting box 1 and second mounting box 2 through tearing off double faced adhesive tape 9 to take off film self-sterilizer from the elevator, can be with the elevator reconversion.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 10 to 17, the present embodiment 2 is optimized based on the embodiment 1. The difference from the embodiment 1 is mainly the following:
in this embodiment 2, the assembling manner of the first mounting box 1 and the second mounting box 2 in embodiment 1 is improved, and the first mounting box 1 and the second mounting box 2 are quickly and conveniently assembled in a magnetic attraction fixing manner. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, the first mounting box 1 and the second mounting box 2 are substantially rectangular parallelepiped shapes. Referring to fig. 15 to 17, two first magnet blocks 126 are disposed on the container assembly 12, the first mounting box 1 includes a third fixing frame 15 adapted to the container assembly 12, and the third fixing frame 15 is disposed with a first metal bracket 153 magnetically connected to the two first magnet blocks 126. The second mounting box 2 comprises a fourth fixing frame 24 and a third shell 25 which are matched, two second magnet blocks 252 are arranged on the third shell 25, and a second metal support 27 which is magnetically connected with the two second magnet blocks 252 is arranged on the fourth fixing frame 24. The first metal bracket 153 and the second metal bracket 27 are preferably magnetically attractable steel brackets. Buffering pads 156 are disposed between the first metal bracket 153 and the container assembly 12 and between the second metal bracket 27 and the third housing 25, so as to buffer vibration generated by magnetic attraction and collision during assembly.
Further, in order to prevent the container assembly 12 or the third housing 25 from being removed manually, second screws 26 are disposed between the container assembly 12 and the third fixing frame 15 and between the fourth fixing frame 24 and the third housing 25. The second screw 26 functions as a fastening and a tamper-proof. During installation, the third fixing frame 15 (or the fourth fixing frame 24) can be connected with the second screw 26, and then the through hole on the container assembly 12 (or the third shell 25) is sleeved on the second screw 26, so that the second screw 26 cannot be directly disassembled from the outside, the container assembly 12 (or the third shell 25) is not easy to disassemble, and the anti-disassembling purpose is achieved.
In embodiment 2, the mounting structure of the first rotating shaft 11 is optimally adjusted. Specifically, referring to fig. 13 and 15, the first mounting box 1 is provided with a first support 16 and a second support 17, the first support 16 is provided with a first rotating shaft sleeve 161 in a rotating manner, the second support 17 is provided with a second rotating shaft sleeve 171 in a rotating manner, two ends of the first rotating shaft 11 are respectively detachably connected with the first rotating shaft sleeve 161 and the second rotating shaft sleeve 171, an output end of the motor 6 is connected with the first rotating shaft sleeve 161, and one end of the second rotating shaft sleeve 171, which is far away from the first rotating shaft 11, is provided with a top pressure mechanism and a limiting structure. The limiting structure includes a limiting ring 1711 disposed on the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 and a limiting hole 172 disposed on the second bracket 17, and the pressing mechanism is a second spring 173 for maintaining the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 to press the first rotating shaft 11. The second spring 173 is located between the limiting ring 1711 and the sidewall of the third fixing frame 15, and a second clearance hole 155 through which one end of the second rotating shaft sleeve 171 can pass is formed in the sidewall of the third fixing frame 15. By using the second spring 173, the clamping force between the second shaft sleeve 171 and the first shaft 11 can be always maintained, and the limit ring 1711 can prevent the second shaft sleeve 171 from separating from the limit hole 172 and popping up, so that the first shaft 11 can be detachably replaced by pressing the second shaft sleeve 171.
In example 2, the opening direction of the notch 121 in the container unit 12 and the structure for maintaining the transparent film 4 in effective contact with the disinfectant adsorbing material 5 were adjusted. Specifically, referring to fig. 11, 12, 15 and 16, the opening of the notch portion 121 faces the transparent film 4 between the first rotating shaft 11 and the second rotating shaft 21, the first mounting box 1 is provided with a first mounting groove 151 and a first spring mechanism 152 on a side away from the slot portion 121, the first elastic piece mechanism 152 comprises a first roller 1521 movably arranged in the first mounting groove 151 and a first elastic piece 1522 pressing the first roller 1521 to the disinfectant adsorbing member 5, the second mounting box 2 is provided with a second spring mechanism 241, a second roller 251 rotatably mounted thereon and a second mounting groove 242 opened toward the second roller 251, the second resilient member mechanism 241 includes a third roller 2411 movably disposed in the second mounting groove 242 and a second resilient member 2412 for pressing the third roller 2411 toward the second roller 251. The first elastic sheet 1522 is fixed on the third fixing frame 15 by the first pressing block 1523 through screw locking, and the second elastic sheet 2412 is fixed on the fourth fixing frame 24 by the second pressing block 2413 through screw locking. Thus, the transparent film 4 can be clamped by the first roller 1521 pushed by the first elastic sheet 1522 and the disinfectant adsorbing member 5, so that the transparent film 4 can be sufficiently soaked, brushed and disinfected by the disinfectant on the first mounting box 1; meanwhile, when the rewinding is reset, the transparent film 4 is clamped between the third roller 2411 and the second roller 251 pushed by the second elastic sheet 2412, so that the sterilized transparent film 4 is smoothly wound on the second mounting box 2 without wrinkles.
In this embodiment 2, the container assembly 12 is made of a transparent material, and since the container assembly 12 is directly fixed and assembled with the third fixing frame 15 by a magnetic attraction manner to form the first mounting box 1, the remaining situation of the disinfectant in the fluid chamber 122 can be visually known outside the first mounting box 1, so that the addition and supplement of the disinfectant can be conveniently performed.
Referring to fig. 11 and 15, in the present embodiment 2, the horizontal bubble tube 10 is mounted on the third fixing frame 15. The top surface of the third fixing frame 15 is provided with a second accommodating concave position 154 for assembling the horizontal bubble tube 10, and the top of the container assembly 12 is provided with a second horizontal bubble observation port 128. The second horizontal bubble observing port 128 is provided to observe bubbles in the horizontal bubble tube 10, so that the position of the first mounting box 1 can be adjusted for mounting.
In this embodiment 2, the power supply module in embodiment 1 is modified. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, 13 and 15, the control device includes a PCB control board 7 having a timing module, the PCB control board 7 is connected with a power supply module, and the power supply module adopts a power socket 72 capable of being electrically connected with an external power supply. The third fixing frame 15 is provided with a positioning groove 157 for mounting the power socket 72. The power supply mode adopts an external power supply mode, the power socket 72 is connected with a control panel in the elevator through a plug power line during installation to get electricity, and the structure is more compact on the whole.
In the embodiment 2, the reset mechanism 8 also adopts a coil spring structure to realize the rewinding reset of the transparent film 4. Specifically, referring to fig. 14 and 16, two sets of the restoring mechanisms 8 are disposed in the second mounting box 2, each set of the restoring mechanisms 8 includes a coil spring seat 81 disposed on a side wall of the second mounting box 2, a coil spring cover 82 rotatably connected to the coil spring seat 81 through a bearing 87, and a coil spring 83 connecting the coil spring cover 82 and the coil spring seat 81, and the coil spring cover 82 is connected to the second rotating shaft 21. Two sets of reset mechanisms 8 are respectively installed at two ends of the second rotating shaft 21, the fourth fixing frame 24 is close to the left side of the side wall of the elevator key panel 3 and is provided with a strip-shaped installation hole 221 which is parallel to the second rotating shaft 21 and is provided with an annular step, a coil spring seat 81 positioned at the left end of the second rotating shaft 21 is provided with a pulley 84 and a first screw 85 which can move along the strip-shaped installation hole 221, and the coil spring seat 81 provided with the pulley 84 and the fourth fixing frame 24 are provided with a first spring 86 between the side walls of the second rotating shaft 21. During installation, one of the reset mechanisms 8 and the right end of the second rotating shaft 21 can be installed, the reset mechanism 8 at the right end is fixed on the fourth fixing frame 24, and the reset mechanism 8 at the other group and the right end of the second rotating shaft 21 are installed by utilizing the motion fit between the strip-shaped installation hole 221 and the pulley 84; the first spring 86 provides a clamping force between the coil spring seat 81 at the left end and the second rotating shaft 21, so as to clamp, position and mount the two sets of the reset mechanisms 8 on the second rotating shaft 21 together, and finally, the first screw 85 is screwed to lock the pulley 84 with the annular step on the strip-shaped mounting hole 221, thereby completing the assembly of the reset mechanism 8 and the second rotating shaft 21.
Referring to fig. 10 to 17, the operation of the automatic membrane sterilizer of the present embodiment 2 is explained as follows:
(1) installation preparation: the first installation box 1 and the second installation box 2 are respectively stuck on the elevator above and below the elevator key panel 3 by using a double-faced adhesive tape 9, so that the transparent film 4 covers the surface of the elevator key panel 3. When the installation is carried out, the horizontal positions of the first installation box 1 and the second installation box 2 can be adjusted by referring to the bubbles in the horizontal bubble tube 10, and the transparent film 4 can be ensured to be smoothly wound and stored without wrinkles. Sufficient disinfectant is added to the chamber 122 through the port 124, and then the vent valve 125 is tightened. The power socket 72 is connected with a control panel in the elevator by a plug power line to get electricity, a main switch (not shown in the figure) is started, and the operation of disinfection work is started.
(2) Automatic timing disinfection: after a user presses a corresponding floor key on the elevator key panel 3 through the transparent film 4 by hand, because the timing module of the PCB control panel 7 can preset the running time and the power-off time of the motor 6, after a short fixed time, the PCB control panel 7 controls the motor 6 to automatically start, the motor 6 drives the first rotating shaft 11 to rotate and wind the transparent film 4 to move upwards, the disinfectant in the liquid cavity 122 uniformly permeates out through the liquid supply channel 123 and infiltrates the disinfectant adsorbing member 5, and the disinfectant adsorbing member 5 with the disinfectant disinfects the transparent film 4 in a rotating and wiping way; when the transparent film 4 is wound, collected and moved upwards, the transparent film 4 can synchronously pull the second rotating shaft 21 in the second mounting box 2 to rotate, and the coil springs 83 at the two ends of the second rotating shaft 21 store force and collect the force; after the surface of the transparent film 4 is disinfected and wiped (the motor 6 runs for a preset time), the motor 6 stops rotating, and under the action of the restoring force, the coil springs 83 at the two ends of the second rotating shaft 21 drive the second rotating shaft 21 to rewind and move the transparent film 4 downwards, so that one disinfection and return of the transparent film 4 are completed. Thus, the operation is repeated.
(3) By looking directly at container assembly 12, the remaining amount of sterilizing fluid in chamber 122 can be known and replenished in time. When not needing to disinfect, only need dismantle first mounting box 1 and second mounting box 2 through tearing off double faced adhesive tape 9 to take off film self-sterilizer from the elevator, can be with the elevator reconversion.

An automatic film sterilizer comprises a first mounting box (1), a second mounting box (2) and a transparent film (4) for covering the surface of an elevator key panel (3), and is characterized in that the first mounting box (1) and the second mounting box (2) are respectively mounted at two sides of the elevator key panel (3), the first mounting box (1) is provided with a first rotating shaft (11) connected with one end of the transparent film (4) in a winding manner, the second mounting box (2) is provided with a second rotating shaft (21) connected with the other end of the transparent film (4) in a winding manner, the first mounting box (1) or the second mounting box (2) is provided with a disinfectant adsorbing piece (5) contacted with the transparent film (4), the first rotating shaft (11) is connected with a motor (6) capable of driving the first rotating shaft (11) to rotate and wind the transparent film (4) to move towards a first direction, the motor (6) is electrically connected with a control device for controlling the motor to be powered on/off at regular time, and the second rotating shaft (21) is connected with a reset mechanism (8) capable of driving the second rotating shaft (21) to rotate and wind the transparent film (4) to move in the opposite direction of the first direction.

The automatic membrane sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control device comprises a PCB control board (7) with a timing module, the PCB control board (7) is connected with a power supply module, and the power supply module is a battery (71) or a power socket (72) electrically connectable with an external power supply.
3. The automatic membrane sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back of the first mounting box (1) and the back of the second mounting box (2) are provided with double-sided adhesive tape (9) or suction cups.

The automatic sterilizer of claim 1, wherein the reset mechanism (8) comprises a coil spring seat (81) provided on a side wall of the second mounting box (2), a coil spring cover (82) rotatably connected to the coil spring seat (81), and a coil spring (83) connecting the coil spring cover (82) and the coil spring seat (81), the coil spring cover (82) being connected to the second rotary shaft (21).
