Further, the air outlet assembly 5 includes a connecting rod 506, one end of the connecting rod 506 is connected to the third driving motor 704 through a crank structure, the other end of the connecting rod 506 is provided with a clamping groove 508, one end of the longitudinal air plate 5022 is provided with a clamping block 509 in clamping fit with the clamping groove 508, the longitudinal air plate 5022 is connected to the clamping groove 508 through the clamping block 509 in clamping fit, and under the driving of the third driving motor 704, the fan blades on the longitudinal air plate 5022 are driven to swing for air outlet. In order to reduce interference generated by the connection rod 506 and the lower duct housing 3b during the dismounting process in this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, an open slot 207 is disposed on the sidewall 202 of the base body 2 close to the third driving motor 704, the connection rod 506 passes through the open slot 207 and transversely extends into the duct 302 to be connected to the longitudinal vane 5022, after the longitudinal vane 5022 is dismounted from the connection rod 506, the connection rod 506 can rotate around the crank structure 507 to lift up to the sidewall 202 close to the base body 2, so as to give way to the dismounting position of the lower duct housing 3b, and ensure the smoothness of the dismounting process of the lower duct housing 3 b.
The utility model discloses a working process does: firstly, the upper panel 8 is detached from the outer housing 1, then the transverse wind plate 5021 and the longitudinal wind plate 5022 are detached from the second driving motor 703 and the third driving motor 704 respectively, after the clamping piece 505 of the lower panel 501 is loosened, the lower panel 501 is lifted to enable the opening of the arc-shaped claw 504 to be level with the rotating shaft 103, then the arc-shaped claw 504 is separated from the rotating shaft 103 through the opening of the arc-shaped claw to enable the lower panel 501 to be detached from the outer housing 1, then the lower air duct shell 3b is pulled outwards, the fan 4 is detached according to actual use requirements, when the fan 4 needs to be detached, after the locking screw 402 is detached, the fan 4 withdraws from the bearing seat part along the axial direction of the fan 4 for a distance to enable the first shaft sleeve 401 to be separated from the first motor shaft 7021, and then the fan 4 and the first driving motor 702 can be detached.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a detachable and washable indoor unit of air conditioner, wherein the electrically controlled driving components 7 are all disposed on the base body 2, the upper duct shell 3a is disposed on the base body 2, the lower duct shell 3b is detachable from the upper duct shell 3a, the fan 4 is detachable from the first driving mechanism, the lower panel 501 is detachable from the outer casing 1, and the air deflector 502 is also detachable from the second driving component, thus, when detaching and washing, the air outlet assembly 5, the lower duct shell 3b and the fan 4 can be detached from the first opening 101 for washing, while the electrically controlled driving components 7 and other electrically charged components are left on the base body 2, thereby avoiding detaching the electrically charged components together with the detached parts, ensuring the safety of the detaching process, meanwhile, because the air outlet assembly 5, the lower duct shell 3b and the fan 4 are not provided with electrically charged components after detaching, the user can directly clean in ways such as water washing, its operation is more convenient, the user can wash by oneself, need not the professional and carry out the dismouting, in addition, because lower wind channel casing 3b can dismantle with last wind channel casing 3a on the base body 2, can expose fan 4 and last wind channel casing 3a after dismantling air-out subassembly 5 and lower wind channel casing 3b, then clear up parts such as fan 4 and last wind channel casing 3a through first opening 101, so, the user can decide whether to dismantle fan 4 according to the demand, thereby provide multiple selectivity for unpicking and washing.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
