本实用新型公开一种卡接式弹性件的药盒，其包括药盒本体，药盒本体包括盒体，盒体内具有容纳室并在顶端设有开口，容纳室上可开合地设置有用于将容纳室封闭住的盒盖，盒盖连接端与盒体后端铰接，盒体后端设有弹性构件以及限位槽，盒盖连接端的一侧设有一卡座，用于卡接固定弹性构件，弹性构件的一端设有折弯部，另一端设有固定部，弹性构件的折弯部穿过卡座并外露，当盒盖完全盖合于盒体时，弹性构件的折弯部受力挤压而发生弹性形变，与盒盖的抵接面紧密配合，弹性构件的固定部向下延伸至限位槽内。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，便于装配，使用寿命长,可以快速、方便地将盒盖完全打开，解决了传统技术存在的开盖不方便、不利于取药等问题。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，具体的，涉及一种卡接式弹性件的药盒。
【背景技术】
药丸盒的作用是收纳药品，防止药品被外界污染。目前，市面上常规药丸盒的上盖与主体一体地连接，当上盖处于关闭位置以关闭隔室时，上盖会变形并弯曲。当锁定装置被解锁时，由于由上盖的变形产生的力自动地打开上盖。
因此，传统药丸盒的盖子不能完全打开，并且盖子相对于主体的打开角度不足，将药丸从隔室中取出是不方便的。另外，由于上盖总是在关闭位置长时间变形和弯曲，所以上盖容易损坏。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种结构简单、设计合理、使用方便、开盖方便、使用寿命长的卡接式弹性件的药盒。
为了实现上述的主要目的，本实用新型提供的一种卡接式弹性件的药盒，其包括药盒本体，所述药盒本体包括盒体，所述盒体内具有可放置药物的容纳室并在顶端设有开口，所述容纳室上可开合地设置有用于将所述容纳室封闭住的盒盖，所述盒盖连接端与所述盒体后端铰接，所述盒体后端设有弹性构件以及限位槽，所述盒盖连接端的一侧设有一卡座，用于卡接固定所述弹性构件；所述弹性构件的一端设有折弯部，另一端设有固定部，所述弹性构件的折弯部穿过所述卡座并外露，当所述盒盖完全盖合于所述盒体时，所述弹性构件的折弯部受力挤压而发生弹性形变，与所述盒盖的抵接面紧密配合，所述弹性构件的固定部向下延伸至所述限位槽内。
进一步的方案是，所述盒体前端设有弹性卡扣，所述盒盖与所述盒体前端相对的边缘上设置有卡合孔，所述盒盖通过所述卡合孔、所述弹性卡扣与所述盒体扣合连接。
更进一步的方案是，所述盒体前端靠近于所述弹性卡扣的一侧向外凸设有与所述弹性卡扣配合的按压部，当所述盒盖完全盖合于所述盒体时，通过按压所述按压部，以促使所述弹性构件的折弯部恢复形变及与所述盒体连接的盒盖从所述盒体由内向外运动。
更进一步的方案是，所述容纳室内设有预设数量的隔板，所述隔板将所述盒体的容纳室间隔成一个或多个置药仓。
更进一步的方案是，所述盒盖外表面设置一可观察内部药物的透明可视窗。
由此可见，本实用新型的药盒在密封状态下盛放药物的盒体被盒盖完全封闭住，取药时，通过按压盒体前端按压部，使得弹性卡扣与盒盖的卡合孔脱离，这时弹性构件的折弯部恢复形变将盒盖以一定的角度弹出盒体；取完药后，将盒盖向下压使得弹性卡扣扣合在盒盖的卡合孔中，当盒盖完全盖合于所述盒体时，弹性构件的折弯部受力挤压而发生弹性形变，与所述盒盖的抵接面紧密配合，使得盒盖盖紧固定在盒体上。
另外，采用透明可视窗或透明上盖设置，方便用户补充药物和取出药物方便，可视性强。
所以，本实用新型结构简单，使用操作方便，便于装配，适当增强弹跳力，降低按压力度，延长使用寿命,也提高了打开药盒的速度，解决了现有技术中存在的开盖不方便、不利于取药等不足，可以快速、方便的将盒盖完全打开并且能够长时间保持在同一状态。

【具体实施方式】
为了使实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不限用于本实用新型。
参见图1至图8，本实用新型的一种卡接式弹性件的药盒,包括药盒本体，药盒本体包括盒体10，盒体10内具有可放置药物的容纳室100并在顶端设有开口，容纳室100上可开合地设置有用于将容纳室100封闭住的盒盖20，盒盖20连接端与盒体10后端1铰接，盒体10后端1设有弹性构件11以及限位槽12，盒盖20连接端的一侧设有一卡座21，用于卡接固定弹性构件11。其中，盒盖20的外侧面形状与盒体10内壁形状相配，当合上盒盖20时，盒盖20的外侧面恰好配合于盒体10的内壁上端边。
在本实施例中，弹性构件11的一端设有折弯部111，另一端设有固定部112，弹性构件11的折弯部111穿过卡座21并外露，当盒盖20完全盖合于盒体10时，弹性构件11的折弯部111受力挤压而发生弹性形变，与盒盖20的抵接面紧密配合，弹性构件11的固定部112向下延伸至限位槽12内。
在本实施例中，盒体10前端2设有弹性卡扣4，盒盖20与盒体10前端2相对的边缘上设置有卡合孔5，盒盖20通过卡合孔5、弹性卡扣4与盒体10扣合连接。
具体地，盒体10前端2靠近于弹性卡扣4的一侧向外凸设有与弹性卡扣4配合的按压部3，当盒盖20完全盖合于盒体10时，通过按压按压部3，以促使弹性构件11的折弯部111恢复形变及与盒体10连接的盒盖20从盒体10由内向外运动。可见，当盒盖20与盒体10分离时，弹性构件11迅速弹性回位，从而快速的使得盒盖20自动、完全打开。
在本实施例中，容纳室100内设有预设数量的隔板，隔板将盒体10的容纳室100间隔成一个或多个置药仓。作为优选，置药仓的个数可以是七个，七个置药仓一次可分装一周所需的服药量，服药时不会发生漏吃或误吃的现象，方便患者及护理人员，方便不同状况的患者人群使用，设计合理。
作为优选，盒盖20外表面设置一可观察内部药物的透明可视窗，也可以设置一透明盒盖20，可以方便用户补充药物和取出药物方便，可视性强。
由此可见，本实用新型的药盒在密封状态下盛放药物的盒体10被盒盖20完全封闭住，取药时，通过按压盒体10前端2按压部3，使得弹性卡扣4与盒盖20的卡合孔5脱离，这时弹性构件11的折弯部111恢复形变将盒盖20以一定的角度弹出盒体10；取完药后，将盒盖20向下压使得弹性卡扣4扣合在盒盖20的卡合孔5中，当盒盖20完全盖合于盒体10时，弹性构件11的折弯部111受力挤压而发生弹性形变，与盒盖20的抵接面紧密配合，使得盒盖20盖紧固定在盒体10上。

1.一种卡接式弹性件的药盒，包括药盒本体，其特征在于：
所述药盒本体包括盒体，所述盒体内具有可放置药物的容纳室并在顶端设有开口，所述容纳室上可开合地设置有用于将所述容纳室封闭住的盒盖，所述盒盖连接端与所述盒体后端铰接，所述盒体后端设有弹性构件以及限位槽，所述盒盖连接端的一侧设有一卡座，用于卡接固定所述弹性构件；
所述弹性构件的一端设有折弯部，另一端设有固定部，所述弹性构件的折弯部穿过所述卡座并外露，当所述盒盖完全盖合于所述盒体时，所述弹性构件的折弯部受力挤压而发生弹性形变，与所述盒盖的抵接面紧密配合，所述弹性构件的固定部向下延伸至所述限位槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药盒，其特征在于：
所述盒体前端设有弹性卡扣，所述盒盖与所述盒体前端相对的边缘上设置有卡合孔，所述盒盖通过所述卡合孔、所述弹性卡扣与所述盒体扣合连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的药盒，其特征在于：
所述盒体前端靠近于所述弹性卡扣的一侧向外凸设有与所述弹性卡扣配合的按压部，当所述盒盖完全盖合于所述盒体时，通过按压所述按压部，以促使所述弹性构件的折弯部恢复形变及与所述盒体连接的盒盖从所述盒体由内向外运动。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的药盒，其特征在于：
