技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发动机-电机结合结构及包括发动机-电机结合结构的混合系统。
背景技术
混合动力车辆(hybrid electric vehicle)将内燃机(internal combustionengine)和电池电源一起使用。即,混合动力车辆有效地组合使用内燃机动力和电机动力。
混合动力车辆根据发动机和电机的功率分配比可以区分为轻度(mild)型和重度(hard)型。轻度型的混合动力车辆(或轻度混合动力车辆)包括替代交流发电机(alternator)而启动发动机或者通过所述发动机的输出而发电的启动发电机(MHSG,mildhybrid starter& generator)。重度型的混合动力车辆分别单独包括启动发动机或者通过所述发动机的输出来发电的启动发电机和驱动车辆的驱动电机。
轻度混合动力车辆虽然没有仅用MHSG的转矩驱动车辆的行驶模式,但是可以利用MHSG根据行驶状态对发动机转矩进行辅助,通过再生制动对电池(例如,48V电池)进行充电。因此,可以提高轻度混合动力车辆的燃油效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种在传统发动机的结构变化不大的情况下可以安装电机和分解器的发动机-电机结合结构和包括发动机-电机结合结构的混合系统。
根据本实用新型的实施例的发动机-电机结合结构可以包括:发动机,包括曲柄轴,并且形成有凸台;电机壳体,与所述发动机结合;定子,设置在所述电机壳体内侧;转子组件,设置在所述定子内部,在与所述定子之间形成气隙,并且形成有与所述曲柄轴结合的曲柄轴紧固部;以及分解器组件,结合到所述凸台和所述曲柄轴紧固部。
所述分解器组件可以包括:环板,与所述凸台结合;分解器定子,安装在所述环板;以及分解器转子,与所述分解器定子对应,并且安装在所述曲柄轴紧固部。
根据本实用新型的实施例的发动机-电机结合结构还可以包括:结合紧固件,结合所述环板和所述凸台。
所述电机壳体的内侧形成有台阶部,并且根据本实用新型的实施例的发动机-电机结合结构还可以包括定子板,所述定子板与所述定子结合并安装在所述台阶部。
所述定子板可以包括:支撑部,支撑所述定子;以及安装部,从所述支撑部弯曲形成,并且结合到所述台阶部。

1.一种发动机-电机结合结构,其特征在于,包括:
发动机,包括曲柄轴,并且形成有凸台;
电机壳体,与所述发动机结合;
定子,设置在所述电机壳体内侧;
转子组件,设置在所述定子内部,与所述定子之间形成气隙,并且形成有与所述曲柄轴结合的曲柄轴紧固部;以及
分解器组件,结合到所述凸台和所述曲柄轴紧固部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机-电机结合结构,其特征在于,
所述分解器组件包括:
环板,与所述凸台结合;
分解器定子,安装在所述环板;以及
分解器转子,与所述分解器定子对应,并且安装在所述曲柄轴紧固部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发动机-电机结合结构,其特征在于,还包括:
结合紧固件,结合所述环板和所述凸台。

所述定子板包括:
支撑部,支撑所述定子;以及
安装部,从所述支撑部弯曲形成,并且结合到所述台阶部。
6.一种混合系统,其特征在于,包括:
发动机,包括曲柄轴,并且形成有凸台;
变速器,包括变速器壳体;
电机壳体,与所述发动机和所述变速器壳体结合;
定子,设置在所述电机壳体内侧;
转子组件,设置在所述定子内部,在与所述定子之间形成气隙,并且形成有与所述曲柄轴结合的曲柄轴紧固部和与所述变速器连接的变速器紧固部;以及
分解器组件,结合到所述凸台和所述曲柄轴紧固部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合系统,其特征在于,
所述分解器组件包括:
环板,与所述凸台结合;
分解器定子,安装在所述环板;以及
分解器转子,与所述分解器定子对应,并且安装在所述曲柄轴紧固部。
