Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a water heater technical field especially relates to a gas heater with current limiting device.
Background
In the related technology, when a user opens a hot water faucet for the first time, tap water flows into the gas water heater, at the moment, a water flow sensing device of a main water channel of the gas water heater monitors that water flows through the water flow sensing device, a gas valve is opened to ventilate and ignite to heat tap water, the opening of the gas valve is controlled according to the difference value of preset temperature and water outlet temperature, so that the water outlet temperature gradually reaches the preset temperature of the gas water heater, and constant-temperature hot water output is realized. The time interval from the monitoring of water flow to the ignition of the gas water heater is at least more than 2 seconds, the time of about 20 seconds is still needed after the ignition is carried out until the water outlet temperature reaches the preset temperature, and in addition, a certain time is needed when hot water flows to a hot water faucet through a hot water pipe, and the time depends on the length of the pipeline and the water flow rate; therefore, after a hot water faucet is opened, a section of cold water flows out firstly and then hot water flows out, the time from opening the hot water faucet to comfortable hot water flowing out is usually more than 30 seconds, and a user needs to wait for the cold water to be completely discharged to use the hot water, so that a large amount of tap water is wasted. In addition, when the water is shut off during bathing of a user, the heat exchange fins still transmit waste heat to the stored water in the heat exchanger after the gas water heater is flamed out, and a section of high-temperature water is formed. Generally, the larger the firepower before flameout is, the higher the temperature rise of stored water is, and in severe cases, the stored water temperature is as high as more than 60 ℃, which is very easy to cause high-temperature scald accidents. When the common gas water heater is used, water is shut off halfway and restarted, after the hot water faucet finishes the original hot stored water in the hot water pipe section, the hot stored water flows out of the heat exchanger, then the high-temperature stored water flows out of the heat exchanger, and then a section of low-temperature tap water which is not heated so as to cause the phenomenon of sudden rising and falling of water temperature.
It can be seen that the common gas water heater has the following defects: the first startup is slow in hot water discharge, and excessive cold water needs to be discharged; the water is shut off halfway and restarted, the water-stopping temperature is raised too high, and the water is suddenly heated and quenched, so that the bathing safety is influenced, and the water resource is wasted.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the switching of the water level can be achieved by controlling the opening and closing of the main solenoid valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6. As shown in fig. 1, in the gas water heater of this embodiment, when the water is in a low water gear, the main electromagnetic valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6 is closed, and after the hot water faucet is opened, tap water enters the gas water heater and flows through the water flow detection device 7, then flows through the water inlet pipe 3 and the water mixing pipe 5, then flows through the water outlet temperature detection device 8 and the water outlet joint again, and finally flows to the hot water faucet; the flow stabilizing valve core 607 of the bypass water path 605 of the flow limiting device 6 limits the flow of the tap water flowing through the water inlet pipe 3, and the maximum water flow of the small water gear of the gas water heater in this embodiment is the sum of the flow limiting value of the flow stabilizing valve core 607 and the flow of the water mixing pipe 5, and is generally 5 to 8L/min. As shown in fig. 4, the gas water heater of the present embodiment has the following control principle:
(1) when the gas water heater is in the shower standby mode, the main path solenoid valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6 is closed, and further, the gas water heater is in the small water gear. At the moment, a hot water faucet is opened, tap water enters the gas water heater and flows through a water flow detection device 7, then flows through a water inlet pipe 3 and a water mixing pipe 5, the water flow of the water inlet pipe 3 is limited by a flow limiting device 6, when the water flow detected by the water flow detection device 7 is larger than the program starting flow, the program starting flow is generally 2.5L/min, then the controller 1 opens the gas control valve 10, the gas water heater is started to ignite, and the shower operation mode is switched.
(2) After the gas water heater is started and ignited, the controller 1 automatically adjusts the gas opening of the gas control valve 10 according to the difference value between the outlet water temperature monitored by the outlet water temperature detection device 8 in real time and the preset temperature of the operation display 11, and changes the combustion firepower to enable the outlet water temperature of the gas water heater to be close to the preset temperature. Because the gas water heater is in a small water gear at the starting-up stage, the water flow is small, and the hot water heating speed of the gas water heater is high.
(3) When the gas water heater is in a startup temperature rise stage, the controller 1 adjusts the opening degree of the gas control valve 10 to control the temperature, and after the programmed temperature control time is reached, if the outlet water temperature detected by the outlet water temperature detection device 8 is still lower than the preset temperature of the operation display 11, the working state of the small water gear is maintained, and the main path electromagnetic valve 606 is still not opened. The temperature control time is a fixed value or is set by a parameter setting mode of the controller 1, and the value of the temperature control time is generally 5-15 s in this embodiment.
(4) The gas water heater is in a starting temperature rise stage, the controller 1 adjusts the opening degree of the gas control valve 10 to control the temperature, after the program temperature control time is reached, when the outlet water temperature detected by the outlet water temperature detection device 8 reaches the preset temperature of the operation display 11, the controller 1 opens the main path electromagnetic valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6, the water is switched to a high water gear, the hot water flow is increased, the opening degree and the combustion firepower of the gas control valve 10 are synchronously adjusted, the outlet water temperature is controlled according to the preset temperature, the high flow water circulation is recovered, and the rapid constant temperature is realized.
(5) The gas water heater is in a shower working mode of a large water gear, the controller 1 adjusts the opening degree of the gas control valve 10 to control the temperature, after the program temperature control time is reached, if the outlet water temperature is still lower than the preset temperature of the operation display 11, and at the moment, the water temperature is too low, the main path electromagnetic valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6 is closed, the water is switched to a small water gear, and the outlet water temperature is increased.
(6) The gas water heater is in a shower working mode of a small water gear, the controller 1 adjusts the opening degree of the gas control valve 10 to control the temperature, after the program temperature control time is reached, if the outlet water temperature is still higher than the preset temperature of the operation display 11, and the water temperature is too high at the moment, the main path electromagnetic valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6 is opened, the water is switched to a large water gear, and the outlet water temperature is reduced.
(7) When the gas water heater is in the shower working mode, and when the water flow detected by the water flow detection device 7 is smaller than the programmed shut-off flow, and the programmed shut-off flow of the gas hot water is generally 2.0L/min, the controller 1 closes the gas control valve 10, switches to the shower standby mode after flameout and shut-off, and closes the main solenoid valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6 to return to the low water level.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the gas water heater of the present embodiment is in the low water level position at the startup temperature rise stage, the water flow rate is small, the hot water temperature rise speed is high, and the hot water waiting time is shortened. The hot water can be quickly discharged by limiting the water flow when the gas water heater is started, and excessive cold water is prevented from being discharged.
As shown in fig. 7, when the gas water heater of this embodiment is in the shower operating mode, water is turned off halfway, the gas water heater is turned off, the main path electromagnetic valve 606 of the flow limiting device 6 is turned off, and the water level is switched to the low water level. After the gas water heater is switched off, the heat exchanger 2 still transfers the residual heat to the stored water in the water inlet pipe 3, thereby forming a section of high-temperature water. After the user opened hot water tap again, the running water got into gas heater reposition of redundant personnel and passes through inlet tube 3 and muddy water pipe 5, and the high temperature of inlet tube 3 is deposited water and is mixed 5 cold water of water pipe and flow from water connectors after assembling, and the cold water that mixes 5 supplements of water pipe reduces out the water temperature, effectively restraines the temperature rise of cutting off the water supply. The gas water heater of this embodiment is in little water gear at the start-up stage, and the water flow that leads to of inlet tube 3 is restricted by current limiting device 6, and high temperature deposits water flow and reduces, then mixes 5 cold water shunting proportion increase, and the leaving water temperature after the neutralization is mixed is lower, further reduces the temperature rise of cutting off the water supply. In the starting-up stage of the gas water heater of the embodiment, when water is shut down halfway and the gas water heater is restarted, the water flow of the water inlet pipe 3 is reduced, the temperature rising speed of cold water flowing into the water inlet pipe 3 is higher, and the temperature drop of hot water at the rear section of water outlet can be inhibited. As shown in fig. 7, the gas water heater of the embodiment can effectively suppress the problem of sudden rising and falling of water temperature caused by water shutdown and restart in midway through startup flow limiting and bypass water mixing, reduce water temperature fluctuation and improve hot water bathing experience.
As shown in fig. 4, when the gas water heater of this embodiment switches the water gears between the high water gear and the low water gear in the startup temperature raising stage and the shower operating mode, the fault of switching the water gears between the high water gear and the low water gear caused by abnormal water temperature can be avoided by setting the programmed temperature control time.
As shown in fig. 8, the programmed temperature control time T of the gas water heater of the present embodiment and the preset temperature T of the operation display 11Preset ofHaving a proportional linear relationship, a specific predetermined temperature TPreset ofThe higher the temperature is, the longer the program temperature control time follows, and the temperature control time is suitable for different bath water temperature requirements. E.g. a predetermined temperature TPreset ofHigher, the heat exchanger 2 stores more heat when the water is shut off midway, the time for flowing out the front-section high-temperature water after restarting is longer, and the high-temperature water after the secondary startup is slightly higher than the preset temperature TPreset ofThe determination of the program of the controller 1 is affected, so that a longer program temperature control time needs to be matched.
Programmed minimum preset temperature TPreset minTypically 35 ℃ corresponding to a minimum programmed temperature control time tminTypically 5s, programmed maximum preset temperature TPreset maxTypically 60 ℃ corresponding to a maximum programmed temperature control time tmaxTypically 15 s; programmed minimum preheating temperature TPreset minProgram maximum preset temperature TPreset maxMinimum programmed temperature control time tminAnd maximum programmed temperature control time tmaxAre fixed values or can be set by the way the parameters of the controller 1 are set.
Specifically, the controller 1 controls the gas control valve 10 to work so that the outlet water temperature of the gas water heater reaches a preset temperature, wherein the temperature control time for the controller 1 to control the gas control valve 10 to work is calculated according to the following formula:
t=(tmax-tmin)×(Tpreset of-TPreset min)/(TPreset max-TPreset min)+tmin;
Wherein, tmaxFor maximum programmed temperature control time, tminFor a minimum programmed temperature control time, TPreset ofPresetting a temperature for a userDegree, TPreset maxFor the programmed maximum preset temperature, TPreset minThe programmed minimum preset temperature.
