Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种能实现高速封切的旋转式封切装置。这种旋转式封切装置包括有机架与上下两个作封切动作的封切机构,其特征在于:封切机构包括有转轴、旋转座与封切组件,旋转座连接在转轴上,所述转轴与驱动转轴转动的动力源传动连接,封切组件包括有封刀、刀座、滑块、导轮座以及导轮;机架上设有上导向板与下导向板。这种旋转式封切装置采用上下两个旋转结构的封切机构,避免了现有水平往复运动产生的冲击载荷,而且结合D型环形槽,使封刀沿D型轨迹运动,从而加长了封合时间,有利于包装膜高速下依然得到最佳的热封效果,保障封合气密性要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装机,具体涉及一种包装机的封切装置(也可称端封装置)。
背景技术
如图6所示,枕包袋是一种日常生活中经常使用到塑料包装袋,比如面包、巧克力、药板等物品都是通过这种形式的包装袋进行包装。这种枕包袋是由枕式包装机制作形成,其制作过程简单讲如下:一卷塑料膜拉出来,经成型器的成型,形成包裹住物品的形状,这时塑料膜的两侧边部分重叠在一起,接着进入中封工序,由中封装置对塑料膜的这重叠部分进行热封,这样塑料膜的两侧边被热封在一起,形成横向封合边,最后塑料膜进入端封工序,由端封装置将塑料膜裁切下来,当然在裁切的同时对袋口(即端口)进行热封(形成纵向封合边),这样就形成一个个密封的枕包袋。市场上现有的端封装置包括有上下两个热封组件,上热封组件包括封刀与切刀,下热封组件包括有封刀与刀槽,上下两个封刀压合实现封合,而切刀与刀槽配合实现裁切,然而现有的端封装置通常为单刀往复式封合装置,这种端封装置制造精度要求高,不易实现,而且这种封切机构是水平式往复式移动,不可避免地会形成较大冲击载荷,因此还必须配套一系列消除冲击与平衡载荷的结构,这也增大了加工难度和装配难度。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型创新提供了一种能实现高速封切的旋转式封切装置。
这种旋转式封切装置包括有机架与上下两个作封切动作的封切机构,其特征在于:所述封切机构包括有转轴、旋转座与封切组件,所述旋转座连接在转轴上,所述转轴与驱动转轴转动的动力源传动连接,所述封切组件包括有封刀、刀座、滑块、导轮座以及导轮,所述封刀安装于刀座上,所述刀座通过连轴与导轮座连接,所述滑块可转动设在连轴上并且滑动设于旋转座上,所述导轮具有两个以上并且安装在导轮座上;所述机架上设有上导向板与下导向板,所述上导向板与下导向板上均具有D型环形槽,上下两个D型环形槽的直线槽段相邻近且平行;上方封切机构的导轮处于上导向板的D型环形槽内,下方封切机构的导轮处于下导向板的D型环形槽内。
上方的封切机构的刀座上设有切刀,所述切刀位于封刀的中间位置,下方的封切机构的封刀上设有与切刀相对应的刀槽。
所述切刀可滑动设置在刀座上,所述切刀与驱动切刀滑动的驱动机构传动连接。
所述驱动机构包括有弹性件与按压件,所述弹性件设于切刀与刀座之间并驱使切刀缩回,所述切刀上连接有作用件,所述按压件连接在转轴上,所述按压件具有按压弧面,所述按压件可通过按压弧面作用于作用件上而驱使切刀伸出。
所述作用件为导向柱,所述导向柱滑动设于刀座的导向孔内。
上方封切机构的转轴可转动地安装在上导向板上,所述上导向板可上下滑动地安装在机架上,所述机架与上导向板之间设有驱动上导向板往下移动的弹簧。
上方封切机构的转轴上连接有上齿轮,下方封切机构的转轴上连接有下齿轮,所述上齿轮与下齿轮啮合,所述动力源通过传动齿轮与下齿轮或者上齿轮传动连接。
所述转轴连接在旋转座的中间位置,所述旋转座的两端均设有封切组件。
所述旋转座具有滑槽,所述滑块滑动设置于旋转座的滑槽内。
所述导轮为滑轮或者轴承。
按照本实用新型提供的一种旋转式封切装置,采用上下两个旋转结构的封切机构,避免了现有水平往复运动产生的冲击载荷,而且结合D型环形槽,使封刀沿D型轨迹运动,从而加长了封合时间,有利于包装膜高速下依然得到最佳的热封效果,保障封合气密性要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,这种旋转式封切装置包括有机架1与上下两个作封切动作的封切机构2,经横向封合的包装膜从上下两个封切机构2之间经过,就被封切下来一个个单独的包装袋,如图6所示。
如图1与图2所示,封切机构2包括有转轴20、旋转座21与封切组件,旋转座21连接在转轴20上,转轴20与驱动转轴20转动的动力源传动连接,通过动力源的驱动,转轴20转动,转轴20上的旋转座21就实现旋转。封切组件包括有封刀26(封刀26具有一个热封面)、刀座22、滑块23、导轮座24以及导轮29,封刀26安装于刀座22上,而刀座22通过连轴27与导轮座24连接,滑块23通过轴承可转动设在连轴27上,另外滑块23还滑动设于旋转座21上(滑块23在旋转座21上滑动可以采用多种方式,比如导轨、导杆或者导槽,本实用新型具是在旋转座21上设置滑槽210,该滑块滑动23设置于旋转座21的滑槽210内),而导轮29具有两个以上(包括两个),并且安装在导轮座24上。在机架1上设有上导向板3与下导向板4,上导向板3具有D型环形槽30,下导向板4也具有D型环形槽,上下两个D型环形槽30的直线槽段相邻近且平行;上方封切机构的导轮29位于上导向板3的D型环形槽30内,而位于下方的封切机构的导轮位于下导向板4的D型环形槽内。
该旋转式封切装置的工作原理如下:如图2与图3所示,动力源驱动上下两个封切机构2的转轴20转动,上方封切机构的封切组件与下方封切机构的封切组件作同步旋转运动,在导轮29的导向下,封切组件沿D型环形槽30的轨迹作D型环形式上下动作,当导轮29从D型环形槽30的弧线槽段过渡到直线槽段时,由于直径发生变化,导轮29就通过连轴27迫使滑块23在旋转座21上滑动,由于滑块23通过轴承可转动设在连轴27,而连轴27将刀座22与导轮座24连接,因此整个封切组件就相对旋转座21移动,这样封切组件的导轮29就能进入到D型环形槽30的直线槽段内;当导轮29进入到D型环形槽30的直线槽段时,由于上下两个D型环形槽30的直线槽段相邻近且平行,上方的封刀26与下方的封刀就压合在一起,由此对包装膜进行热封,由于D型环形槽30的直线槽段具有一定的长度,并且一个导轮座24上具有两个以上的导轮29,而两个导轮29在直线槽段内能限制连轴27转动(由于滑块23可转动设置在连轴27上,因此滑块23随旋转座21转动的过程中不会驱使连轴27转动),即保证导轮29在直线槽段内时,刀座22一直处于水平状态,这样导轮29在D型环形槽30的直线槽段行进过程中,封刀26的热封面一直处于水平状态,这样上下两个封刀26就有一定的时间压合在一起,由此加长了封合时间,即使在高速旋转情况下,包装膜依然得到最佳的热封效果,保障封合气密性要求。
当然,上下两个封切组件在热封的同时,还需要将包装膜切断,为此,如图5所示,上方封切机构的刀座22上设有切刀25,切刀25位于封刀26的中间位置,下方封切机构的封刀26上设有与切刀25相对应的刀槽252(当然,切刀25可以位于下方,而刀槽252位于上方)。当上方的封刀26与下方的封刀压合在一起时,上方的切刀25就进入到下方的刀槽252内,这样就能从连续的包装膜上切下一个包装袋,由于切刀25位于封刀26的中间位置,一次切断动作,封刀26能同时完成相邻两个包装袋的端封。
为了驱使切刀25作裁切动作,切刀25可滑动设置在刀座22上,该切刀25与驱动切刀25滑动的驱动机构传动连接。通过驱动机构的驱动,切刀25进入刀槽252内,从而对包装膜进行裁切。
驱动机构可以气缸、电机等动力源,但是这样会增加成本,而且由于封切组件是作旋转运动,因此结构会较为复杂。为了最大限度简化结构,降低成本,如图4与图5所示,本实用新型的驱动机构采用弹性件28(为拉簧)与按压件9的组合,弹性件28设于切刀25与刀座22之间并驱使切刀25缩回,而按压件9连接在转轴20上,按压件9具有按压弧面90,在切刀25上连接有作用件250,由于按压件9可随转轴20一起转动,并且当导轮29从D型环形槽30的弧线槽段过渡到直线槽段时,刀座22向转轴20方向靠近,这样按压件9就通过其按压弧面90逐渐作用于作用件250上而驱使切刀25伸出。通过这种结构,可以不需要任何动力源,只需利用转轴20的转动带动按压件9压在切刀25上,从而使切刀25实现裁切动作,这种驱动机构结构更加合理,成本更低,不容易出故障,相对于以前的气缸式切刀减少了噪声,另外由于是纯机械运动带来驱动,因此提高了切断精确性。
这里值得一提的是,如果设置好切刀的位置,也不需要采用驱动机构,当上下封刀26逐渐压合在一起时,切刀25也会逐渐进入到刀槽252内,这样也能完成裁切,然而这种方式会导致切刀25进入刀槽252的深度不够,即无法实现较大的裁切动作,因此对于较厚的包装膜裁切效果可能不是很好,而对于较薄的包装膜可以实现裁切。
由于切刀25在刀座22上可以滑动,刀座22可以设置滑槽或者导轨,而切刀25本身滑动设置在刀座22上,只是这种结构较为复杂,而且加工也不方便;为了简化结构,本实用新型的作用件250为导向柱,该导向柱滑动设于刀座22的导向孔内。通过这种结构,导向柱可以在刀座22的导向孔内滑动,既起到导向的作用,又具有与按压件9相作用的功能,因此结构更加合理,加工更加方便。
为了能调节上下两个封刀26的压合力,本实用新型将上方封切机构的转轴20可转动地安装在上导向板3上,而上导向板3可上下滑动地安装在机架1上,机架1与上导向板3之间设有驱动上导向板3往下移动的弹簧5。弹簧5可以压着上导向板3,由于上方封切机构的转轴20可转动地安装在上导向板3上,因此上方封切机构2的封刀26具有往下移动的趋势,这样上下两封刀26之间的压力就可以通过采用不同的弹簧5而实现调节,从而适应不同厚度包装膜的热封。当然,这种结构的另一个好处是,即使上下两封刀26之间压合住外来不小心掉落在其中的硬性物件,由于上方封切机构2的弹性,也不会使封刀26损坏。这里值得一提的是,如果不考虑上述因素的话,上导向板3与下导向板4可以为一块板。
上方封切机构2的转轴20上连接有上齿轮6,下方封切机构的转轴上连接有下齿轮7,上齿轮6与下齿轮7啮合,动力源通过传动齿轮8与下齿轮7或者上齿轮6传动连接。这样其中一个齿轮顺时针转动时,另一个齿轮就逆时针转动;为了驱动一个齿轮转动,下齿轮7或上齿轮6与传动齿轮8啮合,该传动齿轮8与动力源(电机)传动连接,通过动力源(电机)的驱动,传动齿轮8转动,下齿轮7与上齿轮6就转动起来。
如图2所示,一个旋转座21上可以安装一个封切组件,这样旋转座旋转一周完成一次封切。为了提高效率,本实用新型将转轴20连接在旋转座21的中间位置,在旋转座21的两端均设有封切组件,即一个旋转座21上安装两个封切组件,这样旋转座21旋转半圈就完成一次封切,旋转一周就完成两次封切,效率提升了一倍。当然,还可以在旋转座21上安装三个以上的封切组件,这样可以大大提供封切效率。然而,一个旋转座21上安装两个封切组件能达到300包/分钟的封切速度,对于市面上最高速的包装机来说,已经可以满足生产要求。

1.旋转式封切装置,包括有机架(1)与上下两个作封切动作的封切机构(2),其特征在于:所述封切机构(2)包括有转轴(20)、旋转座(21)与封切组件,所述旋转座(21)连接在转轴(20)上,所述转轴(20)与驱动转轴(20)转动的动力源传动连接,所述封切组件包括有封刀(26)、刀座(22)、滑块(23)、导轮座(24)以及导轮(29),所述封刀(26)安装于刀座(22)上,所述刀座(22)通过连轴(27)与导轮座(24)连接,所述滑块(23)可转动设在连轴(27)上并且滑动设于旋转座(21)上,所述导轮(29)具有两个以上并且安装在导轮座(24)上;所述机架(1)上设有上导向板(3)与下导向板(4),所述上导向板(3)与下导向板(4)上均具有D型环形槽(30),上下两个D型环形槽(30)的直线槽段相邻近且平行;上方封切机构的导轮(29)处于上导向板(3)的D型环形槽(30)内,下方封切机构的导轮处于下导向板(4)的D型环形槽(30)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:上方的封切机构(2)的刀座上设有切刀(25),所述切刀(25)位于封刀(26)的中间位置,下方的封切机构(2)的封刀(26)上设有与切刀(25)相对应的刀槽(252)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:所述切刀(25)可滑动设置在刀座(22)上,所述切刀(25)与驱动切刀(25)滑动的驱动机构传动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括有弹性件(28)与按压件(9),所述弹性件(28)设于切刀(25)与刀座(22)之间并驱使切刀(25)缩回,所述切刀(25)上连接有作用件(250),所述按压件(9)连接在转轴(20)上,所述按压件(9)具有按压弧面(90),所述按压件(9)可通过按压弧面(90)作用于作用件(250)上而驱使切刀(25)伸出。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:所述作用件(250)为导向柱,所述导向柱滑动设于刀座(22)的导向孔内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:上方封切机构的转轴(20)可转动地安装在上导向板(3)上,所述上导向板(3)可上下滑动地安装在机架(1)上,所述机架(1)与上导向板(3)之间设有驱动上导向板(3)往下移动的弹簧(5)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:上方封切机构的转轴(20)上连接有上齿轮(6),下方封切机构的转轴上连接有下齿轮(7),所述上齿轮(6)与下齿轮(7)啮合,所述动力源通过传动齿轮(8)与下齿轮(7)或者上齿轮(6)传动连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(20)连接在旋转座(21)的中间位置,所述旋转座(21)的两端均设有封切组件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:所述旋转座(21)具有滑槽(210),所述滑块(23)滑动设置于旋转座(21)的滑槽(210)内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式封切装置,其特征在于:所述导轮(29)为滑轮或者轴承。
