The waterproof reinforcing rib structure for the panels as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said waterproof reinforcing rib (4) comprises a first rib (401) and a second rib (402), said second rib (402) has two or more, said second rib (402) and said first rib (401) are vertically and horizontally arranged, and said second rib (402) and said first rib (401) at two sides below said hanging hole (3) form a concave shape and/or an inverted concave shape.
6. A water-proofing reinforcing bar structure for panels according to claim 5, characterized in that said female pattern at least partially surrounds said hanging hole (3).
7. The waterproof reinforcing rib structure for the panel as claimed in claim 1 or 6, wherein a reinforcing rib (7) is further provided at the joint of the air-conditioning panel (1) and the folded edge (2).
8. The waterproof reinforcing structure for panel according to claim 7, characterized in that a waterproof reinforcing rib (4) is also provided on the lower side of said reinforcing rib (7).
9. An air conditioner characterized in that it comprises the waterproof reinforcing rib structure for panel according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

The air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the air conditioner comprises an outdoor unit including a compressor and an air conditioner panel (1), the air conditioner panel (1) having a fan opening (6) formed at one side thereof and a boss (5) formed at the other side thereof, the boss (5) being positioned to correspond to the compressor.
11. An air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein the hanging hole (3) is provided on a side of the outer surface of the air conditioning panel (1) adjacent to the compressor.
