Referring to fig. 1 and 3, an LED grille panel assembly in an embodiment includes pillars 100, connecting members 200, and a grille panel 300, wherein the pillars 100 are mounted on a wall 10 and extend in a vertical direction, a plurality of pillars 100 extend in the vertical direction, the plurality of pillars 100 are mounted on the wall 10 side by side in a horizontal direction at intervals, the plurality of connecting members 200 are provided, the plurality of connecting members 200 correspond to the plurality of pillars 100 one by one, and the grille panel 300 spans between two adjacent connecting members 200.
Referring to fig. 3, the connecting member 200 includes a fixing portion 210 and an extending plate 220, the extending plate 220 extends outwards along an end portion of the fixing portion 210, the fixing portion 210 is detachably connected to a side of the pillar 100 away from the wall 10, and an end portion of the grille panel 300 is detachably connected to the extending plate 220.
The grille screen 300 is detachably mounted on the wall 10 through the support 100 and the connecting piece 200, and a grille screen 300 fixing box body is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the overall weight of the grille screen assembly is reduced, and the grille screen 300 is convenient to mount and dismount quickly; the grid screen 300 is connected to the support 100 through the connecting piece 200, and the support 100 is installed on the wall 10, so that the grid screen 300 is not tightly attached to the wall 10, and heat dissipation is facilitated when the grid screen 300 runs; the connecting piece 200 is detachably connected to the supporting column 100, so that the connecting piece 200 can be replaced in time, the operation is simple and convenient, and the structural design is reasonable.
It should be noted that the grille panel assembly is suitable for being mounted on a wall 10 provided with a steel structure 101. For example, referring to fig. 4, a steel structure 101 is provided on a wall 10, the steel structure 101 is fixed to the wall 10 by expansion bolts 102, and a support 100 and the steel structure 101 are fastened by bolts 103, so that the support 100 is connected to the steel structure 101.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 1, in some embodiments, the number of the extension plates 220 may be one, and the extension plates 220 are connected to one side of the fixing portion 210. In other embodiments, the number of the extension plates 220 may be at least two, and when the number of the extension plates 220 is two, the two extension plates 220 are respectively connected to two sides of the fixing portion 210, so that two sides of the fixing portion 210 are respectively connected to the grille screens 300, thereby improving the stability and the applicability of the structural connection.
Referring to fig. 3, the number of the extension plates 220 is two, and the extension plates 220 include a first extension plate 221 and a second extension plate 222, and the first extension plate 221 and the second extension plate 222 are respectively connected to two ends of the fixing portion 210.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 1, the grille screen 300 includes a plurality of light bars 310, a first end of each light bar 310 is connected to the second extending plate 222 of the connecting member 200 corresponding to the first pillar, a second end of each light bar 310 is connected to the first extending plate 221 of the connecting member 200 corresponding to the second pillar, the light bars 310 are arranged side by side along the vertical direction, first ends of the light bars 310 are connected to the same second extending plate 222, second ends of the light bars 310 are connected to the same first extending plate 221, the first pillars and the second pillars are adjacent and spaced, and the light bars 310 span between the first pillars and the second pillars, so that the grille screen is convenient to install and has a simple and reasonable structure.
In the specific embodiment, since the connection member 200 needs to bear load and have high rigidity, the fixing portion 210, the first extension plate 221, and the second extension plate 222 are made of steel or aluminum, and the fixing portion 210, the first extension plate 221, and the second extension plate 222 are integrally formed, so that the integrity is good, and the stability of the mounting structure is improved. Alternatively, the fixing portion 210, the first extension plate 221 and the second extension plate 222 may be a split joint structure and connected by riveting or welding.
Referring to fig. 1, the grille screen 300 includes a plurality of sub-grille screens, and the plurality of sub-grille screens may form a planar structure or a non-planar structure, so that the grille screen 300 can exhibit different light display effects, and meet the installation requirements of the planar structure wall 10 or the special-shaped structure wall 10, thereby improving the applicability and the user experience.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the first extension board 221 and the second extension board 222 are parallel and located on the same vertical plane, so that the plurality of sub-grid screens are located on the same vertical plane, which has a good visual effect and integrity.
In other embodiments, the first extension board 221 and the second extension board 222 are parallel and located on different vertical planes, so that the plurality of sub-grid screens can be arranged in a staggered manner to present different light display effects.
In other embodiments, the first extension board 221 and the second extension board 222 form an included angle and are located on different vertical surfaces, so that the plurality of sub-grid screens can be arranged in the included angle, further presenting different light display effects, and meeting the installation requirements of the wall 10 with a special-shaped structure.
Referring to fig. 3, the fixing portion 210 includes a bottom plate 211, a first side plate 212 and a second side plate 213, the first side plate 212 and the second side plate 213 are disposed at two ends of the bottom plate 211, the bottom plate 211 is detachably connected to the pillar 100, the first extending plate 221 is connected to the first side plate 212, and the second extending plate 222 is connected to the second side plate 213.
In some embodiments, the first side plate 212 and the second side plate 213 are vertically connected to two ends of the bottom plate 211, the first side plate 212 and the second side plate 213 have the same height, the first extending plate 221 is vertically connected to the first side plate 212, the second extending plate 222 is vertically connected to the second side plate 213, and the first extending plate 221 and the second extending plate 222 are parallel and located on the same vertical plane.
In still other embodiments, the first side plate 212 and the second side plate 213 are connected to two ends of the bottom plate 211 at an included angle other than 90 degrees, the first extending plate 221 is connected to the first side plate 212 at an included angle other than 90 degrees, the second extending plate 222 is connected to the second side plate 213 at an included angle other than 90 degrees, and the first extending plate 221 and the second extending plate 222 are parallel and located on the same vertical plane.
In other embodiments, the first side plate 212 and the second side plate 213 are connected to two ends of the bottom plate 211 at an included angle other than 90 degrees, the first extending plate 221 is connected to the first side plate 212 at an included angle other than 90 degrees, the second extending plate 222 is connected to the second side plate 213 at an included angle other than 90 degrees, and the first extending plate 221 and the second extending plate 222 are included angles and located on different vertical planes.
In a specific embodiment, the first extension plate 221 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 212, and the second extension plate 222 is fixedly connected to the second side plate 213. For example, the first side plate 212, the second side plate 213, the first extending plate 221 and the second extending plate 222 are integrally formed, so that the integrity is good and the stability of the mounting structure is improved. Alternatively, the first side plate 212, the second side plate 213, the first extension plate 221 and the second extension plate 222 may be of a split joint structure and connected by riveting or welding.
In other embodiments, the first extension plate 221 is rotatably connected to the first side plate 212, and/or the second extension plate 222 is rotatably connected to the second side plate 213, so that the angles of the first extension plate 221 and the second extension plate 222 can be adjusted, thereby further meeting different installation requirements.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the LED grille panel assembly further includes a locking member 400, the locking member 400 is sleeved and locked outside the pillar 100, the locking member 400 is installed on the wall 10, and the bottom plate 211 and one side of the locking member 400 departing from the wall 10 are connected by a first fastening member 401.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the locking member 400 includes a cover plate 410 and a cover 420, the cover 420 has a slot 421, the support 100 is inserted into the slot 421, the cover plate 410 is covered on an opening end of the slot 421, and the cover plate 410 is connected to the cover 420 through a second fastener 402. The first fastener 401 and the second fastener 402 are screws or bolts.
It can be understood that the cover 420 includes a mounting portion 422 and an extending portion 423, the extending portion 423 extends outwards from two sides of the mounting portion 422, the mounting portion 422 and the extending portion 423 are surrounded to form a slot 421, the cover 410 abuts against the extending portion 423 and is locked by the second fastening member 402 to prevent the support 100 from being released from the slot 421, the support 100 is hollow, and the bottom plate 211 and the mounting portion 422 of the connecting member 200 are fastened to the support 100 by the first fastening member 401.
In some embodiments, the pillar 100 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the slot 421 is a square slot. In other embodiments, the pillar 100 may also be a semi-cylinder, and the engaging groove 421 may be an arc-shaped groove.
Referring to fig. 1, the grille screen 300 includes a plurality of light bars 310, each light bar 310 has a plurality of LED lights 311, and the plurality of light bars 310 span between two adjacent connectors 200 and are arranged side by side along a vertical direction, so that the grille screen is convenient to install and has a simple and reasonable structure.
In a specific embodiment, the ends of the light bars 310 are connected to the first extension plate 221 and the second extension plate 222 by screws or bolts, and the plurality of LED lamps 311 on each light bar 310 can emit light of one or more different colors to satisfy the actual light display effect.
In the LED grille screen assembly, the grille screen 300 is detachably mounted on the wall 10 through the support 100 and the connecting piece 200, and a grille screen 300 fixing box body is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the overall weight of the grille screen assembly is reduced, and the grille screen 300 is convenient to mount and dismount quickly; the grid screen 300 is connected to the support 100 through the connecting piece 200, and the support 100 is installed on the wall 10, so that the grid screen 300 is not tightly attached to the wall 10, and heat dissipation is facilitated when the grid screen 300 runs; the connecting piece 200 is detachably connected to the supporting column 100, so that the connecting piece 200 can be replaced in time, the operation is simple and convenient, and the structural design is reasonable.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
