The aluminum profile is cleaned more cleanly through the lifting motion and the rotating motion of the clamping mechanism 51.
In another embodiment, the clamping device can be applied to the spraying process, and the surface of the aluminum profile is uniformly sprayed and the spraying efficiency is high through the lifting motion and the rotating motion of the clamping mechanism 51.

A clamping device for a spraying production line is characterized by comprising a rack; the rack is provided with a guide rail along the length direction; the guide rail is connected with a sliding block in a sliding manner; the sliding block is provided with a clamping assembly; the clamping assembly comprises a transmission block, a clamping block and a driving block for driving the clamping block to move up and down; the transmission block comprises a rotating shaft, an eccentric wheel, a connecting arm, a connecting shaft and a rotating sleeve set, wherein the connecting shaft and the rotating sleeve set are vertically arranged; one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the output end of the driving block, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the eccentric wheel; one end of the connecting arm is hinged with the output end of the eccentric wheel, and the other end of the connecting arm is hinged with the connecting shaft; the connecting shaft penetrates through the rotating sleeve set; the rotating sleeve set comprises a fixed sleeve sleeved on the connecting shaft and a rotating sleeve sleeved on the fixed sleeve and capable of rotating relative to the fixed sleeve; the outer wall of the rotating sleeve is provided with threads around the periphery of the rotating sleeve; the rotating sleeve is provided with a connecting block; one end of the connecting block, which is far away from the rotating sleeve, extends to the side of one end of the connecting shaft, which is far away from the connecting arm; a rack block is arranged on the rack along the guide of the guide rail; the rack block is in meshed connection with the thread of the rotating sleeve; the sliding block is also provided with a fixed rod; one end of the fixed rod, which is far away from the sliding block, is connected with the fixed sleeve; one end of the connecting shaft, which is far away from the connecting arm, extends outwards in the circumferential direction to form a butting block; the clamping block comprises a clamping mechanism for clamping the aluminum profile and an installation block abutted against the abutting block; one end of the mounting block is connected with the connecting shaft in a sliding manner and rotates synchronously, and the other end of the mounting block is connected with the connecting block in a sliding manner; the clamping mechanism is arranged on the mounting block.

The clamping device for the spraying production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing sleeve is provided with a passage penetrating through two end faces thereof; the connecting shaft is connected in the channel in a penetrating manner; the fixing sleeve comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the rotating sleeve is sleeved on the second connecting part.

The clamping device for the spraying production line according to claim 1, wherein the periphery of the top of the rotating sleeve extends outwards to form an eave part; the eave exhibition part is provided with a first mounting hole; the peripheral side of the middle part of the rotating sleeve extends outwards to form an outer edge part; a second mounting hole which is coaxial with the first mounting hole is formed in the outer edge part; the eave extension part is positioned above the outer edge part; one end of the connecting block, which is far away from the mounting block, penetrates through the second mounting hole and is inserted into the first mounting hole.
