Detailed Description
The present application will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, whereby one skilled in the art can, with reference to the description, make an implementation.
As shown in fig. 1-10, the present application provides a floor brush structure, which comprises a housing 1 formed with a cavity, in which an end cap 7 for mounting a rolling brush body 2 is disposed; the rolling brush body 2 can be in rolling contact with the ground under the action of the power part of the sweeper so as to clean the ground.
As an embodiment of the present application, the rolling brush body 2 is provided with rolling brush body bristles 3 for cleaning the ground; in a specific application scene, the number of the rolling brush body hair strips 3 can be two or more; in order to simplify the drawings, only two rolling brush body hair strips 3 are shown in the drawings.
Specifically, the rolling brush body bristle bar 3 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the rolling brush body 2 substantially in the axial direction of the rolling brush body 2; and the rolling brush body bristle bar 3 is provided with at least one bent section 30 so that other foreign matters such as hair, wool, fluff, etc. wound on the rolling brush body bristle bar can be gathered at the bent section 30 when the rolling brush body 2 rolls with respect to the end cap 7. It will be appreciated that the brush body bristle bars 3 may be configured in a V-shape, a W-shape, or a multi-segment sinusoidal shape, with the tip thereof being at the bend 30 as described above.
In order to effectively clean the floor, the brush body bristle strip comprises at least one first bristle strip and at least one second bristle strip; wherein, the first wool top and the second wool top are arranged on the rolling brush body 2 at intervals, and the average hardness of the second wool top is less than that of the first wool top. For convenience of description, the first wool top is exemplified as the bristle top 31, and the second wool top is exemplified as the soft wool top 32.
Further, the bristle strip 31 comprises a substrate 310, and a first sub-strip 311 for cleaning foreign matters and a second sub-strip 312 for supporting the foreign matters are arranged on the substrate 310 at intervals; wherein, the hardness of the first sub-wool top 311 is greater than that of the second sub-wool top 312. In a specific application scenario, there may be one first sub-bristle strip 311, two second sub-bristle strips 312, and the second sub-bristle strips 312 are disposed on two sides of the first sub-bristle strip 311, so that the foreign matter wound on the rolling brush body bristle strip can float on the surface of the rolling brush body bristle strip under the action of the second sub-bristle strips 312, and is not trapped in the first sub-bristle strip 311. Of course, the number of the second sub-wool tops 312 can also be more than two, and one or more first sub-wool tops 311 are arranged between the adjacent second sub-wool tops 312; the arrangement relationship between the first sub-wool top and the second sub-wool top can meet the requirement that the foreign matters wound on the rolling brush body wool top are not sunk into the first sub-wool top 311.
For convenience of understanding, the hardness values of the second wool top, the first sub-wool top 311 and the second sub-wool top 312 are defined as a, b and c; in an application scenario where there are one first sub-top 311 and two second sub-tops 312, the average hardness of the first top is d, i.e., d = (2 × c + b)/3. It is further understood that b > c, and b > d > a.
In consideration of the situation that the roller-brush body hair strips 3 may be worn, deformed, dropped or broken after a period of use, the roller-brush body hair strips 3 are detachably provided on the roller brush body 2. Specifically, an inverted T-shaped mounting notch is formed in the rolling brush body 2, and the mounting end (including the above-mentioned substrate) of the rolling brush body bristle bar 3 can be inserted into the mounting notch along the axial direction of the rolling brush body 2.
The inventors of the present application found in the long-term development that the larger the diameter of the roll brush, the more difficult it is for hair to be wound around the roll brush. However, if the diameter of the roll brush is increased on one side, the volume of the whole floor brush is increased, and the floor brush is heavy.
In view of this, the hair straightening ribs 20 are further protruded on the roller brush body 2 to increase the maximum winding length of the foreign matter on the roller brush body 2, that is, to increase the winding radius of the foreign matter such as hair on the roller brush body 2. Specifically, the bristle bars 20 and the rolling brush body bristle bar 3 are arranged at intervals, and have the same bending section 30 and winding direction as the rolling brush body bristle bar 3. Wherein, the exposed height of the smooth bristle bar 20 on the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush body 2 is less than or equal to the exposed height of the rolling brush body bristle strip 3 on the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush body 2, so that the volume of the rolling brush is not increased.
Specifically, the feather rib 20 includes an engaging portion 201 connected to the roll brush body 2 and a convex rib 202 provided on the engaging portion 201; in order to be able to increase the winding radius of foreign matter on the brush body 2 more effectively, the ribs 202 are oriented substantially in the radial direction of the brush body 2.
In order not to generate extra manufacturing cost, the feather ribs 20 and the rolling brush body 2 are made of the same material. The feather ribs 20 may be integrally formed with the roll brush body 2, or may be fixed to the roll brush body 2 by conventional means such as rib-planting and bonding.
In the cleaning process of the rolling brush, foreign matters are wound on the end cover 7 and are difficult to be directly transferred to the rolling brush body; thus, in the present application, the spacer 9 is provided in the installation gap between the end cap 7 and the roller brush body 2, and the outer edge 91 is higher than the outer edge 201 of the feather rib 20 and higher than the connecting end 21 of the roller brush body 2 and the spacer 9, so that the foreign matter on the spacer 9 can smoothly transit to the roller brush body 2. Further, the spacer 9 smoothly transitions from the end surface of the end cap 7 to the feather ribs 20, so that the hair on the end cap 7 can transition to the roller body 2 through the spacer 9 when the roller body 2 is rotated at a high speed.
In order to enable foreign matters on the end cover 7 to be transferred onto the spacer 9, the mounting surface of the spacer 9 is not less than 1mm lower than the inner surface of the end cover 7, and part of the spacer 9 is exposed out of the projection area of the end cover 7 on the rolling brush body 2.
In a specific application scenario, the spacer 9 may be at least one of velveteen, steel bars, and hair. When the spacer 9 is made of velveteen, the spacer can be fixed on the rolling brush body 2 and can rotate relative to the end cover 7 along with the rolling brush body 2; wherein, the fixing mode of the velveteen can select conventional means such as adhesion, integral forming or flocking and the like. When the spacer 9 is used for bar planting or hair planting, the root part can be fixed on the circumferential surface of the rolling brush body 2, and also can be arranged on the driven part 8 which rolls synchronously with the rolling brush body 2; in addition, the extension direction of the planted bristles can extend along the axial direction of the rolling brush body 2, so that the tops of the planted bristles are opposite to foreign matters, and the rolling brush has a good effect of preventing the foreign matters.
Considering that the foreign matters wound on the rolling brush are not easy to be effectively cleaned out, the housing wool tops 4 are arranged in the cavity of the housing 1, and an overlapping area is arranged between the housing wool tops 4 and the rolling brush body wool tops 3 for combing the hair wound on the rolling brush body 2. Further, the end of the case wool top 4 is disposed toward the roll brush body 2; the shell wool tops 4 are hard wool tops.
In order to enable the hair on the roller brush body 2 to be combed effectively, the housing wool tops 4 are arranged in a linear manner, and the overlapping amount of the housing wool tops 3 with the roller brush body wool tops 3 is more than 50% of the length of the roller brush body wool tops 3 exposed out of the roller brush body 2. Therefore, when the rolling brush body 2 drives the rolling brush body wool tops 3 to rotate towards the air suction opening 10 formed in the shell 1, the rolling brush body wool tops 3 and the shell wool tops 4 can be fully overlapped to generate relative movement; thereby enabling the hairs wound on the roller brush body 2 to be pushed by the housing bristles 4 to the bent sections 30 of the roller brush body bristles 3, thereby facilitating the floor brush structure to suck the hairs from the suction opening 10.
Specifically, when the rolling brush body bristle bar 3 has one bent section 30, the air suction openings 10 can be arranged to be one and right opposite to the bent section 30, so as to achieve a better foreign matter suction effect; when the roll brush body bristle bar 3 has a plurality of bent sections 30, the suction opening 10 may be provided in plurality to correspond to the plurality of bent sections 30.
Considering that when the hair wound on the rolling brush body 2 is too long or densely wound, it may not be easily combed by the housing hair strips 4, a plurality of comb teeth 5 are provided in the cavity, which have an overlapping area with the rolling brush body hair strips 3, for pulling the hair wound on the rolling brush body 2 to be cut.
Furthermore, a plurality of comb teeth 5 are arranged in a linear type, and the tooth tips of the comb teeth face the rolling brush body 2.
The overlapping amount of the tooth tips of the comb teeth 5 and the rolling brush body hair strips 3 is more than 50 percent of the length of the rolling brush body hair strips 3 exposed out of the rolling brush body 2; thus, the comb teeth 5 and the roller brush body bristle 3 can be sufficiently overlapped, and the comb teeth 5 can stably comb the hair wound on the roller brush body 2 when the roller brush body 2 is rotated.
Considering that the rolling brush body hair stripe 3 having the bending section 30 can cause the hair to be wound on the rolling brush body 2 obliquely, and the hook can take place for the hair and the rolling brush body hair stripe 3, a plurality of comb teeth 5 are two kinds of distribution density setting: the distribution density of the comb teeth 5 at the center position is greater than the distribution density of the comb teeth 5 at the both end positions.
Through the mode, the comb teeth 5 with the two sparse ends can pull the hair apart to move the hair; meanwhile, the comb teeth 5 with dense middle can pull out the hair and break the knotted hair, so that the air suction opening 10 can suck the hair away easily.
As an embodiment of the application, a mounting seat 6 is fixed in the cavity, and the shell wool tops 4 and the comb teeth 5 are both mounted on the mounting seat 6; specifically, the shell wool tops 4 are detachably arranged on the mounting seat 6, and the comb teeth 5 and the mounting seat 6 are integrally formed.
The application provides a scrubbing brush structure can be used to the machine of sweeping the floor for clean ground.
In summary, in the present application, the height of the end face of one end of the spacer 9 contacting the roller brush body 2 is set to be greater than the height of the roller brush body 2, and the end of the smooth bristle bar 20 is covered, so that the hair wound on the end cap is transited to the roller brush body; the hair straightening ribs 20 arranged on the rolling brush body 2 increase the winding radius of the hair on the rolling brush body 2 on the premise of not changing the diameter of the rolling brush and not increasing the volume of the rolling brush, so that the hair is less prone to being wound on the rolling brush; as the shell wool tops 4 and the plurality of comb teeth 5 are arranged in the cavity of the shell 1, the shell wool tops can be matched with the rolling brush body wool tops 3 with the bending sections 30 to stably gather and comb hair, and broken hair is directly sucked out through the air suction opening 10; the housing wool tops 4 are used for squeezing and pushing hair to the middle part of the rolling brush body 2, and the comb teeth 5 are used for pulling the hair apart and breaking the hair so as to suck the hair out.
While the embodiments of the present application have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the applications listed in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in a variety of fields suitable for this application, and further modifications will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and it is therefore not intended to be limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
