Claims (13)

1. A brush head, comprising:
a brush head body;
the brush comprises a brush head body, a first bristle group and a second bristle group, wherein the first bristle group and the second bristle group are fixedly arranged on the mounting surface of the brush head body, the first bristle group is arranged along the first direction of the brush head body and is arranged along the second direction of the brush head body, at least one side of the first bristle group is provided with the second bristle group, the first bristle group is provided with a first pointed end, the first pointed end is positioned at the head of the first bristle group and protrudes out of the end part of the second bristle group away from the brush head body, and the first direction and the second direction are vertical.
2. The brush head of claim 1 wherein the end of the second bristle set remote from the brush head body has an angled end face, the angled end face forming an angle with the mounting surface such that the end of the second bristle set remote from the brush head body has a high end face and a low end face.
3. The brush head of claim 1, wherein a first side of the first tip defines a first arcuate end surface along the first direction.
4. A brush head according to claim 3, wherein a second arcuate end surface is formed on a second side of the first tip in the first direction.
5. The brush head of claim 4 wherein the first bristle group includes a first bristle tuft located at a head of the first bristle group, the end of the first bristle tuft remote from the brush head body having the first tip.
6. The brush head of claim 5, wherein a first side of the first tip has a first end face configured as the first arcuate end face and a second side of the first tip has a second end face configured as part of the second arcuate end face along the first direction.
7. The brush head of claim 5 wherein said first bristle group further comprises a plurality of second bristle tufts, said first bristle tufts and a plurality of said second bristle tufts forming said second arcuate end surface at an end remote from said brush head body.
8. The brush head of claim 2 wherein the end of the second bristle set remote from the brush head body has a second tip, and the second tip is lower in height than the first tip, the second tip being located in a middle of the second bristle set in the first direction.
9. The brush head of claim 8, wherein a first side of the second tip is formed with a third arcuate end surface and a second side of the second tip is formed with a fourth arcuate end surface along the first direction, the third arcuate end surface and the fourth arcuate end surface being formed with the angled end surface.
10. The brush head of claim 9 wherein the second bristle group includes a third bristle tuft and a plurality of fourth bristle tufts, the third bristle tuft and the plurality of fourth bristle tufts forming the third arcuate end surface and the fourth arcuate end surface at an end distal from the brush head body.
11. The brush head of claim 10 wherein a plurality of the fourth bristle tufts are located on either side of the third bristle tuft in the first direction, the third bristle tuft having the second tips.
12. The brush head of claim 9 wherein said second bristle set is disposed on both sides of said first bristle set and said second bristle set on both sides of said first bristle set is symmetrical about said first bristle set.
13. An electric toothbrush comprising a brush head according to any one of claims 1-12.
