Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a storage box pre-buried mounting structure, which includes a fixing base 100; the fixing seat 100 is pre-embedded at one side of the door liner 300 of the household appliance door body 10, which is far away from the household appliance box body, so as to form a sealing structure at one side of the household appliance door body; the fixing base 100 is provided with a connecting part 1111 for rotationally connecting with the storage box 200; the connecting part 1111 is matched with the second through groove 311 arranged on the side wall of the concave part 310 of the door liner 300; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the connecting portion or the storage box passes through the second through groove 311, the connecting portion 1111 is rotatably connected with the outer wall of the storage box 200, that is, the connecting portion 1111 is rotatably connected with the storage box 200 through the second through groove 311, so as to install the storage box 200, so that the storage box 200 can rotate relative to the door liner 300 in the door liner 300, and the storage box 200 can rotate relative to the door liner 300.
In an embodiment, after the fixing base 100 is pre-embedded in the side of the door liner 300 of the household appliance door body 10 away from the household appliance cabinet body, the fixing base 100 covers the back surface of the side wall of the second through groove 311 disposed in the recessed portion 310 to cover the second through groove 311, so as to form a sealing structure on one side of the household appliance door body, so as to prevent the foaming material from overflowing from the second through groove 311 of the door liner 300 during subsequent foaming.
In one embodiment, the two connection portions 1111 are respectively disposed on two sides of the back surface of the recess portion 310 of the door core 300, and two side walls of the recess portion 310 are respectively provided with a second through groove 311 corresponding to the two connection portions 1111, so as to allow the connection portions 1111 to be rotatably connected to the connection shaft 220 of the storage box 200.
In one embodiment, the two connecting portions 1111 are located on one side of the back surface of the recess 310 of the door bladder 300; the connecting shaft 220 of the storage box 200 is disposed at the bottom end of the box body 210 of the storage box 200 and deviates from the opening end of the storage box 200. At this time, the opening end of the storage box 200 is farthest from the rotational connection point of the storage box 200 and the fixing base 100, and the distance from the opening end of the storage box 200 to the door liner 300 can be maximized. A second through slot 311 is formed on a side wall of the recess 310, and the two connection portions 1111 are rotatably connected to the two connection shafts 220 of the storage box 200. Or, two second through grooves 311 are disposed on a side wall corresponding to the recessed portion 310, and correspond to the two connecting portions 1111 respectively. When the connecting shaft 220 is located at the bottom end of the box body 210 of the storage box 200, the storage box 200 is opened, that is, the open end of the box body 210 rotates relative to the connecting shaft formed by the two connecting shafts 220 at the bottom end, the open end of the box body 210 is gradually far away from the door liner 300, further, the open end of the box body 210 can only rotate a certain angle relative to the corresponding connecting shaft due to the limit of the inner wall of the concave part 310 of the door liner 300, and finally the storage box 200 is opened at a certain angle. According to the requirement, the distance from the end of the connecting shaft 220 of the storage box 200 to the bottom end of the box body 210 and the specific position of the storage box 200 in the recess 310 of the door liner 300 can be adjusted to adjust the opening angle of the storage box 200.
