Further, the fixing structure 121 further includes a first through slot 1212 for accommodating the magnet 130; at least two fastening structures 1211 forming a fastening force are respectively disposed on two sidewalls of the first through groove 1212. The two fastening structures 1211 with opposite fastening forces are used for fastening the magnet 130 accommodated in the first through groove 1212 to the back of the recess 310 of the door liner 300, and the magnet 130 is directly attached to the side of the door liner 300 away from the storage box 200, so that the obstacles between the magnet 130 and the iron member 230 fixed on the storage box 200 are reduced, and the attraction between the magnet 130 and the iron member 230 is improved.
In an embodiment, the inner contour of the first through groove 1212 wraps the outer contour of the magnet 130, and the inner contour of the first through groove 1212 matches the outer contour of the magnet 130 in shape and size to limit the movement of the magnet 130 in the circumferential direction, so as to improve the mounting firmness of the magnet 130.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, first notches 1213 are respectively disposed on two sides of the fastening structure 1211. Furthermore, the fastening structures 1211 include fastening portions 12111 and receiving portions 12112, the fastening portions 12111 of the two fastening structures 1211 respectively fasten the outer wall of the magnet 130 away from the door bladder 300, and the receiving portions 12112 of the two fastening structures 1211 respectively abut against the outer walls of the two sides of the magnet 130 opposite to each other, so as to fasten the magnet 130. The two first notches 1213 are disposed on two sides of the receiving portion 12112, so that the deformation difficulty of the snap structure 1211 is reduced when the snap structure 1211 is used to assemble and disassemble the magnet 130. The first notches 1213 on both sides of the two fastening structures 1211 can be the same or different. In an embodiment, the length of the first notch 1213 on both sides of one of the locking structures 1211 is smaller than the length of the first notch 1213 on both sides of the other locking structure 1211, so that the two locking structures 1211 deform differently when the magnet 130 is assembled and disassembled, thereby facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the magnet 130 and ensuring the locking force of the two locking structures 1211 on the magnet 130.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, one side of the shaft hole 1111 facing the second through slot 311 is open; the opening of the shaft hole 1111 is provided with a clamping protrusion 11111 which can be used for clamping the connecting shaft 220. The connecting shaft 220 of the storage box 200 is clamped into the shaft hole 1111 from the opening of the shaft hole 1111, and the clamping protrusion 11111 in the shaft hole 1111 clamps the connecting shaft 220, so that the connecting shaft 220 of the storage box 200 cannot be pulled out from the shaft hole 1111 under the condition of no external force; the storage box 200 is detachably connected with the fixing seat 100, so that the storage box 200 can be conveniently repaired or replaced.
In one embodiment, the fixing base 100 abuts against each outer surface of one end of the back surface of the recess 310. Generally, the outer contour of the door liner 300 of the household appliance door body 10 is rectangular, one end of the back surface of the recessed portion 310 of the door liner 300 includes four outer walls, and the fixing seat 100 includes four side walls to respectively abut against the four outer walls of the back surface of the recessed portion 310, so that the fixing seat 100 forms an abutting force with a certain force, the back surface of the recessed portion 310 is clamped into the fixing seat 100, and the installation firmness of the fixing seat 100 and the door liner 300 is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a second gap 500 is left between an outer wall of the box body 210 close to the inner wall of the recess 310 and opposite to the connecting shaft of the box body 210 and the side wall of the recess 310, so as to limit the rotatable angle of the storage box 200 relative to the door liner 300. In an embodiment, the connecting shaft 220 is disposed at the bottom end of the box body 210, the opening 211 is disposed at the top end of the box body 210, when the storage box 200 is installed, the opening 211 of the box body 210 is installed upwards in the door liner 300, and the second gap 500 is located between the bottom of the box body 210 and one side of the concave portion 310 facing the box body 210. One end of the storage box 200 is rotatably connected to the fixing base 100, the portion of the storage box 200, which is far away from the rotating connection part, towards the outer wall of one side of the door liner 300 abuts against the inner wall of the recessed portion 310, namely, the first abutting portion 240, the first clamping groove 250, and when the iron member 230 abuts against the inner wall of the recessed portion 310 towards the outer wall of one side of the door liner 300, the second gap 500 is reserved between the outer wall of the bottom of the box body 210 and the side wall of the recessed portion 310, so that the opening 211 of the box body 210 rotates relative to the connecting shaft of the storage box 200, and the situation that the outer wall of the bottom of the box body 210 abuts against the side wall of the recessed portion 310 to make the box body 210 incapable of rotating is avoided, namely, the storage box 200 is incapable of being opened relative to the door liner 300. The size of the second gap 500 is controlled to adjust the rotatable angle of the storage box 200 relative to the door liner 300.
Further, the size of the second gap 500 is controlled to adjust the rotational angle of the storage box 200 relative to the door liner 300 to be less than or equal to 30 °, so that the user can conveniently take and place the article and the article is prevented from falling from the opening 211. For example, the storage box 200 is disposed at the bottom end of one side of the household appliance door body, and the size of the second gap 500 is controlled, so that the maximum reversible angle of the storage box 200 relative to the door liner is 20 °, that is, the rotation angle is less than or equal to 20 °, and the opening 211 of the storage box 200 faces a user, thereby facilitating the user to take and place articles.
In one embodiment, the storage box 200 further has a cover (not shown) to close the opening 211 to prevent the articles stored in the box 210 from being affected with moisture or tainted with other articles in the home appliance.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a refrigerator door body, which comprises a door liner 300 and the storage box assembly for household appliances, wherein the storage box assembly comprises a door body and a door body; the fixing seat 100 and the storage box 200 are respectively arranged at two sides of the door liner 300; the door liner 300 is provided with a second through slot 311 for allowing the fixing base 100 and the storage box 200 to be rotatably connected.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first sidewall 110 of the fixing base 100 is provided with two grooves 111, and the shaft holes 1111 of the fixing base 100 for rotatably connecting the storage box 200 are respectively disposed in the corresponding grooves 111. The connecting shaft 220 of the storage box 200 is convexly arranged at the bottom end of the box body 210.
As shown in fig. 1, the door liner 300 is recessed in a direction away from the refrigerator body to form a recess 310, and the second through groove 311 is disposed on a side wall of the recess 310. Further, the number of the second through slots 311 is two. Corresponding to the two grooves 111, respectively. The outer contour of one side of the second through slot 311 covers the outer contour of the groove 111 of the fixing base 100, so that the groove 111 is completely exposed out of the concave portion 310 through the corresponding second through slot 311, thereby facilitating the rotational connection and installation of the storage box 200. Further, the second through slot 311 is disposed on the sidewall of the bottom end of the recess 310.
Compared with the prior art, the storage box assembly for the household appliances is characterized in that the storage box is rotatably connected into the concave part of the door liner through the fixing seat pre-embedded in the side, away from the household appliance box body, of the door liner, the storage box rotates relative to the rotating connection part to be opened or closed relative to the door liner, and therefore a user can take and place articles conveniently.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the applications listed in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in all kinds of fields of adaptation of the invention, and further modifications can be easily implemented by those skilled in the art, so that the invention is not limited to the specific details and the examples shown herein, without departing from the general concept defined by the claims and the scope of equivalents.

Claims (15)

1. A storage box assembly for household appliances comprises a storage box assembly arranged in a household appliance door body (10); the storage box assembly is characterized by comprising a fixed seat (100) and a storage box (200); the fixing seat (100) and the storage box (200) are respectively arranged on two sides of a door liner (300) of the household appliance door body (10), and the fixing seat (100) is pre-embedded in the household appliance door body (10); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
through a second through groove (311) formed in the side wall of the concave portion (310) of the door liner (300), the fixed seat (100) is rotatably connected with the storage box (200), and the storage box (200) is enabled to rotate relative to the door liner (300).
2. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 1, wherein the storage box (200) comprises a box body (210) for storing articles; the box body (210) is convexly provided with a connecting shaft (220) which is used for being rotatably connected with the fixed seat (100).
3. The storage box assembly for the household appliances according to claim 2, wherein a second gap (500) is left between an outer wall of one side of the box body (210) close to the inner wall of the recess (310) and opposite to the connecting shaft of the box body (210) and the side wall of the recess (310) to limit a rotatable angle of the storage box (200) relative to the door liner (300).
4. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 3, wherein the rotatable angle is 30 ° or less.
5. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 2, wherein an opening (211) is provided at one end of the box body (210); the connecting shaft (220) is far away from the opening (211).
6. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 3, wherein the connecting shaft (220) is convexly disposed at the bottom end of the box body (210).

The storage box assembly for the household appliances according to claim 1, further comprising a magnet (130) and an iron assembly (230) which are matched with each other, so that a part of the outer wall of one side of the storage box (200), which is far away from the rotating connection part, abuts against one side of the door liner (300).

The storage box assembly for the household appliances according to claim 7, wherein the storage box (200) is provided with a first abutting portion (240) for abutting against the inner wall of the recess portion (310), so that a first gap (400) is reserved between the outer wall of the box body (210) of the storage box (200) departing from the household appliance and the recess portion (310).
9. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 7, wherein the magnet (130) is disposed on the second sidewall (120) of the fixing base (100) facing the door liner (300); the iron piece (230) is arranged on one side wall of the storage box (200) facing the door liner (300).
10. The storage box assembly for the household appliances according to claim 7, wherein the magnet (130) and/or the iron member (230) are fixed by a snap or a slot.
11. The storage box assembly for the household electrical appliances according to claim 7, wherein an outer wall of the iron member (230) facing to one side of the door liner (300) abuts against the door liner (300).

A storage box assembly for household electrical appliances according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the fixing base (100) is provided with a shaft hole (1111) rotatably connected with the storage box (200); the shaft hole (1111) is matched with a second through groove (311) arranged on the side wall of the concave part (310) of the door liner (300); the shaft hole (1111) is rotatably connected with the storage box (200) through the second through groove (311).
13. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 12, wherein the fixing base (100) is of a bent structure and abuts against at least two outer walls of the back surface of the recess (310) of the door liner (300).
14. The storage box assembly for household appliances according to claim 13, wherein the first sidewall (110) of the fixing base (100) is provided with a groove (111), and the shaft hole (1111) is disposed in the groove (111); the first side wall (110) abuts against the back face of the side wall of the recess (310) to cover the second through groove (311).
15. A refrigerator door comprising a door liner (300) and a storage box assembly for an electric appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 14; the door liner (300) is provided with a second through groove (311) which is used for enabling the fixing seat (100) and the storage box (200) to be rotatably connected.
