Specifically, the output shaft 211 of the driving member 210 is sleeved with a first rotating disk 212, the first rotating disk 212 is conical, and a plurality of first driving blocks 2120 are disposed on a surface of the first rotating disk 212 facing the water tank 300. The lower end of the driving shaft 221 of the water throwing element 220 extends out of the water tank 300 and is sleeved with a second rotating disk 222, the second rotating disk 222 is conical, a plurality of first driving grooves 2220 are formed in the surface of the second rotating disk 222 facing the base 100, and each first driving block 2120 is clamped in a corresponding one of the first driving grooves 2220.
The base 100 of this embodiment is provided with an installation portion for installing the driving member 210, the installation portion is disposed on one side of the base 100 departing from the water tank 200, the base of the driving member 210 is provided with a plurality of connecting support legs 213, and the connecting support legs 213 can be provided with fixing holes to fix the base 100. The base 100 is provided with a through hole 130, and an output shaft of the driving member 210 passes through the through hole 130 and then is connected to the driving shaft 221. The upper end of output shaft 211 is equipped with the external screw thread, and the center department of first rotary disk 212 can set up the screw hole that has the internal screw thread, and first rotary disk 212 accessible threaded connection's mode is connected fixedly with output shaft 211 realization.

The first rotating disk 212 and the second rotating disk 222 can be engaged and driven by the first driving block 2120 and the first driving slot 2220. Because first rotating disk 212 and second rotating disk 222 all are coniform, can form spacing to water tank 300 in the horizontal plane after the two cooperate, prevent that water tank 300 from separating with base 100, guarantee that water tank 300 can not directly the level take out.
The second rotary disk mounting groove 340 may be located between the two second positioning portions 320, and the assembling accuracy of the first rotary disk 212 and the second rotary disk 222 may be ensured by the two second positioning portions 320.
Further, in order to reduce the vibration and noise generated during the transmission of the water curtain forming device 200, reduce the friction between the first rotating disk 212 and the second rotating disk 222, and improve the service life of the first rotating disk and the second rotating disk, in this embodiment, a rubber sleeve is sleeved on the surface of the first rotating disk 212 facing the water tank 300, and the shape of the rubber sleeve can be matched with the surface of the first rotating disk 212 facing the water tank 300.
As can be seen from the above description, the driving structure of the water curtain forming device 200 of the present embodiment includes a driving member 210 disposed on the chassis 100, and an output shaft 211 of the driving member 210 is connected to the first rotating disk 212 after passing through the through hole 130 on the chassis 100 and drives the first rotating disk 212 to rotate; the water throwing piece 220 is arranged in the water tank 300, the lower end of a driving shaft 221 of the water throwing piece 220 extends out of the water tank 300 and is connected with the second rotating disc 222, and the driving piece 210 drives the water throwing piece 220 to rotate through the meshing transmission between the first rotating disc 212 and the second rotating disc 222, so that a water curtain is formed in the water tank 300.
Further, the water throwing piece 220 of this embodiment includes a cylinder 223 and an end cover 224, the end cover 224 covers the upper end of the cylinder 223, the lower end of the cylinder 223 is provided with an opening, a gap is formed between the opening and the bottom surface of the water tank 300, the side wall of the cylinder 223 is provided with a plurality of injection holes 22311, the cylinder 223 is provided with a fixing portion 2233, the fixing portion 2233 is sleeved on the outer side of the driving shaft 221, so as to avoid the driving shaft 221 from shaking.
Through the above arrangement, when the driving member 210 drives the water throwing member 220 to rotate at a high speed, the inside of the water throwing member 220 can form a negative pressure, and water stored in the water tank 300 can enter the water throwing member 220 under the action of pressure difference, that is, water in the water tank 300 is sucked into the water throwing member 220, and is ejected through the ejection hole 22311 under the rotation driving of the water throwing member 220. The sprayed water may form water droplets dispersed in the water tank 300, thereby forming a multi-layered water curtain.
The fixing portion 2233 and the cylinder 223 may be connected by a plurality of ribs 2234, and the plurality of ribs 2234 may be uniformly disposed outside the fixing portion 2233 in a circumferential direction of the fixing portion 2233.
The side surface of the driving shaft 221 is provided with at least one positioning surface 2211, the fixing part 2233 is provided with a matching surface 22331 matched with the positioning surface 2211, and through the matching transmission between the positioning surface 2211 and the matching surface 22331, the slipping phenomenon between the driving shaft 221 and the fixing part 2233 can be prevented, which is beneficial for the driving shaft 221 to transmit the driving force to the water throwing piece 220.
Further, a shaft sleeve may be disposed between the driving shaft 221 and the fixing portion 2233 to further improve the stability of the transmission between the driving shaft 221 and the fixing portion 2233.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the driving shaft 221 is fixedly connected to the end cover 224, so as to further improve the stability of the connection between the driving shaft 221 and the water slinger 220. Specifically, the end cover 224 is provided with a connecting portion 2241, the connecting portion 2241 is provided with a connecting hole with an internal thread, the upper end of the driving shaft 221 is provided with an external thread, and the driving shaft 221 and the end cover 224 are fixedly connected in a threaded connection manner.
The barrel 223 of this embodiment may include a first section 2231 and a second section 2232 connected in series, the first section 2231 being fixedly connected to the end cap 224, the second section 2232 having an opening. The first section 2231 may be positioned on top of the second section 2232, and optionally, both may be integrally formed.

The second section 2232 has a plurality of guide ribs 22321 provided on an inner surface thereof, the plurality of guide ribs 22321 being provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of the second section 2232, and each guide rib 22321 extending from the opening in a direction close to the first section 2231. The guide ribs 22321 can guide the water flow to be lifted to the first end 2231 more quickly, thereby improving the water slinging efficiency.
The first section 2231 may be a cylindrical or conical cylinder, and the second section 2232 may be a conical cylinder, where the cross-sectional area of the second section 2232 decreases from the end near the first section 2231 to the opening, so that water can more easily climb along the inner surface of the second section 2232 and reach the spray holes 22311 quickly, thereby increasing the speed of forming the water curtain.
The outer surface of the first section 2231 is further provided with a plurality of blades 22312, and the plurality of blades 22312 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first section 2231. The blades 22312 can draw air in during the rotation of the water slinger 220, so that the air entering the water tank 300 from the air inlet 301 can pass through more water curtains, and the cleaning effect is better.

The present embodiment provides an air conditioner internal unit 1, which includes a casing, and the water-washing air device 10 as described in the first embodiment is disposed in the casing.
Specifically, the water washing air device 10 in the present embodiment may be disposed at any suitable position in the casing of the air conditioner internal unit 1, for example, as shown in fig. 15, the water washing air device 10 may be disposed at the bottom of the air conditioner internal unit 1; alternatively, as shown in fig. 16, the water washing air device 10 may be placed on top of the air conditioner indoor unit 1; in other alternative embodiments, the water wash air device may also be placed inside the air conditioner indoor unit.
The air inlet of the air washing device 10 can be directly arranged on the shell of the air conditioner indoor unit 1, and the air outlet of the air washing device 10 can also be directly arranged on the shell of the air conditioner indoor unit 1, so that the air washing device 10 can independently operate with the air conditioner. In addition, the air outlet of the air washing device 10 can also be connected with the air duct of the air conditioner indoor unit 1, so that the purified air is blown out from the air outlet of the air conditioner indoor unit 1 after passing through the heat exchanger of the air conditioner indoor unit 1, and the purpose of purifying the indoor air can also be achieved.

Claims (10)

1. A water wash air device, comprising: the device comprises a base, a water curtain forming device, a water tank and an air driving device;
the water curtain forming device is arranged in the water tank and is used for sucking water in the water tank to form a water curtain; an air inlet is formed in the side wall of the water tank, an air outlet is formed in the air driving device, the air driving device is arranged above the water tank and communicated with the water tank, and the air driving device drives air to enter the water tank from the air inlet and to be discharged from the air outlet;
and one side of the air inlet facing the inside of the water tank is provided with a water retaining structure.
2. The water washing air device of claim 1, wherein the water blocking structure comprises a water blocking sponge, and a lower end of the water blocking sponge is soaked in the water tank.
3. The water washing air device of claim 1, wherein the water retaining structure includes a plurality of water retaining fins, the water retaining fins are disposed obliquely to the air inlet, and adjacent two water retaining fins partially overlap in a lay-down direction perpendicular to the air inlet.
4. A water washed air device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the water tank is provided with a scale mark for displaying the height of the water level in the water tank.
5. A water wash air device according to claim 4, wherein the tank comprises a transparent side wall, the graduations being provided on the transparent side wall.
6. A water wash air device in accordance with claim 5 wherein said air inlet is provided in a side wall of said tank opposite said transparent side wall.
7. The air washing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the two side walls of the water tank adjacent to the transparent side wall are provided with pick-and-place parts, and the pick-and-place parts are grooves or protrusions arranged on the side wall of the water tank.
8. The air washing device according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen is disposed on a side of the air inlet facing away from the interior of the water tank, and a water blocking screen is disposed between the air driving device and the water tank.
9. An air conditioner indoor unit, characterized by comprising the water washing air device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the water washing air device is arranged at the top, the bottom or the inside of the air conditioner indoor unit.
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an air conditioner external unit and an air conditioner internal unit which are connected with each other, wherein the air conditioner internal unit adopts the air conditioner internal unit as claimed in claim 9.
